      I am very very upset!!!Fraud! Costco auto charges your credit card for membership I did not authorize and then it took hours to resolve - long phone holds and no way to cancel membership online. Management doesn't care - I will never never walk in that store again.Absolute fraud!

      We got a new house and need a bedroom . Shower doors tv etc. Costco said it takes 30 days to recognize me In my new house and I cannot buy anything from them. Only after 30 days. Sleeping in the floor for 30 days?. No. Shower? No tv. No furniture? We use to love them. Now igive them 0 in 1 to 5

      Costco Delivery guy hit my Building delivering to my neighbor, shook my Building and then drove away like he did nothing, but many witnessed this. I have been trying for 5 weeks after getting a Estimate for the $1650.00 Damages, for them to pay, but they say its company they Sub-contract out the Delivery. Well they are giving me and the Police Officer the Run a round. I am a Member of Costco and so disappointed to have this happen and NO ONE is paying for my damages. Just all saying , will get back to ya, which never happens so I call and call and still no Resolve, Pitiful.

      Buyer beware when using Costco for services involving sub-contractors to install things like playsets!! Very obviously they don't check into the companies they use for these installs or look at sites like the BBB. What has happened to Costco? Used to be such a good company and I trusted them. I never looked at reviews of Costco sub-contractors because I trusted Costco so much. Never again! Shame on you Costco!I purchased a playset from Costco recently and chose a Backyard Product playset because they do install and I don't have time to put a playset together. I was contacted by Backyard Playsets to set an install date about 4 weeks out for 9/12. I took an entire day off from work to be there to make sure it was done right. The install was on a Monday and I received an email on Friday after 4:00 saying the install had been cancelled due to a "truck issue". It was late Friday and no way I could schedule to work on Monday so I lost money. I tried many times to call and nobody ever answers the phones, ever. I was then scheduled for the next Saturday 9/17 to have the install. 9/17 came and nobody showed up! NO email, no phone call!! There my daughter and I sat waiting, I told her it was going to happen. Think anyone answered a phone, nope! Absolutely no way to contact this company, no way to email, only able to leave a message to not get called back. I then got an email 2 days later blaming "supply chain issues ", despite being told when my first install was cancelled, that the playset was there, just needed a truck. Seemed like another lie from a dishonest company. Unbelievably terrible company with terrible customer service. Buyer beware and shame on you Costco for using such a terrible company as a sub-contractor. Many many reviews just like this one on BBB about Backyard Products, do you have internet Costco or were they just the lowest price? I have since cancelled the order for a refund and will find a playset somewhere else.

      My mother in law came to live with me after my father in law passed away. I am her POA and we got rid of her citi bank costco card. Months later we received a bill for costco membership renewal. I called to cancel, talked to 5 different departments, upon being transferred to a six the call just ended. I called back and it couldn't find her account. Thinking it was canceled we received bill and called again. I finally paid the $200 and canceled the membership. Low and behold I just received another bill for $2. What do I have to do? They are making money off people that are trying to cancel. This is outrageous. Very poor customer care. My mother in law can not read or write, this is unreal.

      Ordered some furniture from Costco.com. Due to app switching, each item got added twice. Realized that within 5 minutes and requested an order update.Not getting email updates, called customer service 4 times and confirmed the update is working. Got an email about shipping. Then from the tracking page, surprisingly found that my order is cancelled. Called them again, escalate to a manager who just kept repeating: your order is cancelled, there is nothing else we can do. Other than that, he refused to answer any questions. i.e. why an order update get the whole order cancelled? The answer is "I cannot tell you." Worst customer support experience. Period.

      UNTRUSTWORTHY. I have been a member of Costco / earlier ********** for 50 years. I have excellent credit. I carry a Costco Citi card that includes car rental deductible damage insurance coverage. I went on vacation to remote ****** and I found out they cancelled my card.AVOID, AVOID AVOID.They cancelled the card, made me reapply, ran a credit report (which can hurt my credit rating), and stranded me for several days with out this card. I found I cannot trust them!This is a joint card from Citi and Costco.

      Visited Costco today.At checkout they missed an item.At exit, they did not see it either.When I arrived at my car, I noticed that I was not charged an for an item so I went back in and told them.They were rude and then charged me for a different item. I told them that was not the item.Then they continued to be rude and refunded the item they mischarged me and charged me for the item they missed.That is 20 minutes I will never get back.So costco cashier blew it, costco exit receipt auditor missed it and then I ** to do the "right thing" and the customer service desk was rude, took up a bunch of my time and messed up the fix.I can't believe how incompetent and non customer-service oriented ******************** has become. That is just sad.

      Costco is participating in predatory practices. I signed up for a Groupon deal and was told by the associate at my local Costco that Costco would send me the 40-dollar cash card and 40-dollar online coupon in the mail. It has been several weeks, and I asked my local Costco again about the card. They stated that they might be backed up. I recently contacted Costco Online, and they said I was supposed to sign up for automatic renewal for the items. Their own associated did not know of this!!! I am requesting to have my 40-dollar cash card and 40-dollar online coupon sent to me as this is not OK. I would love for anyone from coporate to contact me.

      CAUTION!! If you are offer a promotion when opening your membership at the store DO NOT TAKE IT! Is a scam. I just found out a was a victim of it!!!I went for a regular membership and the employee feed me FALSE INFORMATION stating that if I open the most expensive one, the executive one, I was going to receive a gift card for the same value of the membership making it essentially Free. Of course I took the deal thinking it was great, but it was all LIES. I just called customer service after receiving a gift card of only $60 (not even half of the cost of the executive membership) and they told me that what my account shows is that the employee opened a gold membership worth $60, then upgrade that membership to the executive one on the same day and then got me approved for the credit card with them. So out of their lies the employee made a great sale with me with a brand new membership, an upgrade to a more expensive one, and a freshly opened credit card on my name. Which looked GREAT on their numbers and quotas and instead of offering me something to make up for the **** they just down grade my membership (that I do not need or want anyways), and apologize for been missed informed by their employee. NOTHING ELSE! Showing just how much they care about their customers. This is why we are now a **** Club family and NEVER looking back. Costco is just taking advantage of you how ever they can. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY MEMBERSHIP PROMOTIONS FROM THEM.
