      I got insurance through American Family based on their relationship with Costco. After 6 months my premium was increased from$600+ to over $900+. No accidents, no new drivers, etc. I will not be using Costco's partners any longer.

      Its no wonder this store is tanking. From their miserable employees that treat customers as less than and stupid. I never, nor will I ever, join their membership club. Its not worth the price to be disrespected by employees. Costco, and its employees need to realize:Its not the customers fault you have created your own problems by making things more difficult. You need to seriously get together and figure out whats important to you because youre hemorrhaging customers and money if you continue down this path.

      Dear BBB,I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience at the ********************* in ****** from July 11, 2023, to July 17, 2023. While the images portrayed a picturesque setting, it is with great disappointment that I must express my dissatisfaction with this particular resort.It was evident that the resort was extremely dated. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness and poor quality of food left much to be desired. The buffet restaurant, in particular, had limited selections, and the same menu was repeated every day. Additionally, our group couldn't dine together at the same table, even for my daughter's birthday celebration.I can confidently say that this resort was the worst I have stayed at. I find it perplexing that ****** would include this establishment in their list of travel destinations. Despite my efforts to address the issues with ******, they were unable to assist me and stated that they cannot take any action on their end as they only sell the tickets.Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning in the elevator and buffet restaurant created discomfort for both guests and employees. The sight of employees sweating and dripping during meal times was highly unappealing.Considering the amount I spent on this trip, nearly $11,000 for a group of 11 people for a duration of 5 days, it is disheartening to conclude that the experience did not reflect the value of the investment.The overall quality of service fell well below expectations.Despite my numerous attempts to provide visual evidence of the resort's shortcomings through photographs, ****** declined to review them. This leads me to question the validity of the 3.9 rating attributed to the hotel, as some of the 5-star reviews seem to be unrelated to this particular property.I write this email not only to express my disappointment but also to bring these matters to your attention.       I called this location to inform them that their water had a distinct metallic odor and taste. They reported that no one else had mentioned such experience. I found out that my neighbor who also purchases ******** water had reported the same. I looked online and there was several message boards reporting that the metallic taste was due to the carcinogenic plastic material seeping into the water. The water had been left out in the sun making the water unsafe for drinking. I called them back acting like a new customer reporting the same and they again lied to me and said that no one else had reported is similar experience.

      ************ , ** awful customer service!!last time accused me of stealing cause i threw out my purchase receipt instead of my food receipt.,...$20 of applesauce!this time , my card wouldnt work at self check out( has a big limit) tried to speak to uscan rep, she told me i was insufficient funds, shes a liar!!!i would never reccommend this store, staff is awful!!!

      Spent a lot of money on new appliances from Costco to have them installed and the old ones hauled away. The guys that did the installation did some highly questionable things to get everything set up. On their way out, their big box truck got caught on wires connected to the house and ripped them out. They hung the wires up on my fence and just left, didn't even knock on my door to say anything. I called Costco about both issues and they said they would open a property damage claim for the wires and then send a "senior team" to verify the installation to make sure everything was working as expected. The "senior team" shows up and its the same guys from before, but with a couple new people. I didn't want the same folks that did the initial janky installation and also ripped wires out of my house for which I have an open property damage claim to be back in my home so I sent them away. Costco calls me a few minutes later and the customer service agent seemed unhinged. This woman was arguing with me over why I wouldn't let them in the house and I tried explaining everything leading up to this situation and asked her if she could at all understand why I had a concern with the same people being back in the house and she said "no." Oh, and the microwave that was delivered later came in damaged which was just par for the course. Save your time, money, and sanity, and run as far away from Costco as you can.

      Have had to return Costco produce many times as it is generally bad or goes bad in a day or so.Looks fresh in the packaging though.Produce manager said they ship produce to stores in unrefrigerated trucks and this is thus common.Will no longer buy any produce from Costco.

      Would not take back a faulty heater that I had for less than a month.
