      I originally got my membership when I lived in ******** almost 2 years ago, I bought the ****** membership at that time, it was so long ago I forgot there were different prices for each one,my membership expired, I renewed it at *******,******* location ,I believe representative name was ********, an African American female with glasses and a very long **** hairstyle she took my information and said my renewal would be ****** I asked her why was it ****** and she said that's how much it is if you want all of the perks, thankfully my daughter was there and showed me the different memberships displayed on the wall, I told her I didn't want the executive membership this time, she kept trying to push it on me, I had to tell her 3 times to give me the ***** membership, once I didn't take the executive membership the rest of the transaction was very unpleasant and sarcastic, while I was trying to sign into my old account, because she said it was necessary, for the renewal process, she then said okay how will you be paying I said with credit,but hold on I'm still signing into my account give me a second, when I said that she abruptly walked off and started helping another customer, then when I complained about her to another representative. ****************** hope that's her name said she left because I was moving too slow and I can't multi-task, it's other things that happened my picture Id, looks horrible because of the bad experience with her it was humiliating and disrespectful. I hope someone can speak with her and retrain her on acceptable customer service.*******************************

      Costco took my truck in for a s**** in the tire. The tech at some point backed into something with it and broke the tail light. They stated that their cameras are not in a location to be able to see when it happened and therefore will not cover it. It's a brand new truck and was not damaged previously.

      Costco Tire Center in Wheaton, ********: On 10/23, I brought my car there for a tire rotation.The technicians ruined a lugnut and a stud. They told me to complete a claim form and seek repairs at a different shop. Two staff members confirmed I could go ahead with the repair and return later with a receipt for reimbursement. I complied with their instructions. On 10/24, I had the damaged parts fixed by a ********* shop for $350. I revisited the tire center in Wheaton on 10/27, expecting to have the tires properly rotated and to receive the promised refund. To my dismay, the staff and the manager at there attempted to avoid their responsibility. Furthermore, I was informed that another lugnut and stud on the same wheel were found to be in poor condition, and they refused to perform the tire rotation. It's important to note that I had purchased my tires from this same center in September 2022, and they had been exclusively serviced by the Costco Tire Center. The implication is clear: any damage to the lugnuts and studs must have occurred during their previous service visits. This situation is not only exasperating but also erodes the trust I once had in Costco Tire Center in Wheaton.It's worth mentioning that this is not an isolated incident. In March, the same center caused a similar problem, but at that time, they promptly acknowledged their mistake and refunded me for the repair. While it inconvenienced me, I appreciated their commitment to rectify their error. However, this time, their conduct has been nothing short of evasive, casting doubt on their willingness to uphold the service commitment associated with the tire package I purchased from them. I strongly urge other customers to carefully reconsider conducting business with this center. My experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied, and it is apparent that they need to address their negligence and stand by their service commitments.

      Costco online makes it impossible to do with. Ordered tv, Costco cancelled Saying I didn't live at that address. I called and veried I live there. Ordered again. Canceled again. Same reason. Why would you buy something here?

      P&G had a promotion running at Costco (spend $200 on PG products, get $50 Costco shop card), which I id. I received two digital cards each worth $25. One worked, the other one had already been redeemed at a warehouse in a different state (not by me). I have tried to get a replacement contating the P&G contact. They say that it is my responsibility that the card had been used. Costco shop card customer service told me they are aware that duplicate cards have been issued to members, but they can't do anything about it an that I need to contact P&G. I guess, this is also a way for P&G to save money and issue duplicate cards, i.e. whoever is faster, can cash it, the second person will just be told: Not our responsibility that the card was used. I have contacted Costco corporate to make them aware of the issue, but all they told me is that it is not their responsibility. They have a campaign running and then make it the customers' responsibility, if the promise of the campaign is not honored. I would have expected someone from corporate to step up and contact someone about the issue, since it looks like I am not the only one with the problem. But I have spent way too much time trying to resolve the issue for a $25 shop card, but wanted to let people at least know about it. I will definitely skip any other promotions offered by Costco in the future!

      They do not send back overpayment in a timely manner it took over six weeks for mine. I called and called several time they said that I will receive a check in ten days and then they said fifteen days and still no check. Finally I told them to cancel the check and told them to electronically transfer the money to my bank, it still took four days.

      I had an absolutely disheartening experience at the ****** location, particularly with the manager, ***. I was informed by ***** at the self-checkout about a new policy regarding carts. When I asked for clarification, she suggested I speak with a manager. Initially, I had no intention of pursuing the matter further. However, I saw ***** consult with ***, who appeared to be the manager on duty.I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with both the customer service and product quality at your ****** location in *********, ******. Upon inquiring about a new cart policy, the manager dismissively stated that it was "common knowledge," delivering this message in an unacceptably demeaning manner.Moreover, this location has consistently provided subpar productsmoldy bread, rotted cabbage, and potatoes, to name a few. Being in ******, it's not feasible to make frequent return trips to correct these errors.I was already contemplating discontinuing my membership due to the lackluster benefits and poor product quality. This latest incident has only further cemented my decision. I refuse to pay for such a deplorable level of service and product quality.

      I applied for six different credit cards and was approved for all of them, receiving them in less than five business days. However, when we visited Costco, it took over a week for them to even send out their Citi credit card. It's strange to me that in 2023, you can get approved for a Costco Citi credit card, which can only be used at Costco, and yet you have to wait two weeks for the card to arrive so you can use the credit. This situation is ridiculous. Three years ago, I was approved for a Best Buy card with no interest, and I could use it on the same day because it's a Best Buy credit card. It's frustrating that Costco's system seems stuck in the ****s. For a company I held in such high regard, the situation this has put me and my engagement party in is a backward and silly excuse. I will never see Costco the same way again.

      Costco made a terrible decision to check member cards twice: 1) at the entrance and 2) at the self-checkout line. If the company feels non members are buying and getting away with it they ought to find more intelligent way to verify and deal with the issue. I felt insulted having to prove twice I was member after being a member for more than a couple of decades.

      In August our ***** been experiencing problems with board WiFi wasnt connecting. Allstate/Square Trade sent out a technician who replaced board and it worked for month. We called Square Trade back and they decided to send us check $363.99 cover cost TV minus $286 it Cost repair it. I waited 2weeks receive check called back TV Service DESIJA LLC left several messages never called back? I called Square Trade Allstate 5 times getting an answer were Processing Check you will get email and receive it in 5-7 business days. In October I was shopping at Costco talked to membership regarding this PROBLEM their answer was its a 3rd party Sorry its not up to us refund your money??? I Highly suggest NEVER PURCHASING a Warranty from Square Trade/Allstate.
