      Bought mattress 3 weeks ago, first shipping got lost and only after my call phone to the customers service, they told me that the shipping got lost and they will send me a new one, and in a few days it will be at our house (of curse without even some compensation because of the delay)When the date of the second shipping passed I sent another question on the chat and they even didn't sent the mattress. We bought a mattress from another store because we waited too much time and within 2 days we had the mattress.Really disappointed to see that a big company as costco don't take thier customers seriously.

      Costco delivered a washer and dryer and the installer did not follow manufacturer instructions. washer leaked everywhere through basement ceiling and vents causing hundreds of dollars of damages. The manufacturer is disclaiming liability, the installer says it wasn't their fault, and Costco refuses to help or stand behind the product/service they sold. Terrible customer service and terrible way to treat long time customers.

      This Costco in ********, **. On *********** is HORRIBLE!!!! Every time Ive come in Ive been harassed by ***!!! Hes the most rude and unprofessional worker *** ever encountered. LITERALLY YELLED AT US that we couldnt use a coupon with our company name on it when my accountant (whos on the account) was there to show proof! Thankfully the Manager stepped in and helped the situation. Never been so angry at an associate. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

      I went to Costco.com to order a washer/dryer set to be delivered and set up at home. I placed the order, and a delivery schedule calendar popped up, showing me the dates available for delivery. I selected the first available date to be only 4 days from the order date. After I selected that date, I got a message that Costco would call me the night before with the delivery timeframe for the next day. I was busy and couldn't answer the phone when I got the call, expecting a voice message with the timeframe. Instead, I got a message that I needed to call them back. When I did have the time to call them back, they said since I didn't answer the phone, they canceled my delivery, and the earliest they could deliver was now a week out. That was unacceptable, so I canceled my order. I will buy it from a competitor of theirs instead. Oh, and the icing on the cake was I tried to cancel the order using the online website, and it failed multiple times, so I had to call the Costco support telephone number and go through that automated phone tree from h*** I entered my 10-digit order number, which said we have to transfer you to a representative, so much for it being an automated process. Well, the first thing the representative asked for was my order number. This ****** me off even more since the phone system should have passed that information to them. I gave it to them, and then I had to verify my name and address. This ****** me off even more. I asked how many people call and give a valid 10-digit order number to cancel randomly. Long story short, I canceled the order and will buy from a competitor.

      I ordered an Apple iPhone from Costco online on August 15, 2023. They immediately took the money $1,300.00 out of my account. Two weeks later it still had not arrived. I called and they told me the package came empty to **** They said they would send out another one ASAP. It is September 13th today and I still have not received the phone. I called again and they did not have any answers. I was told again that they would send out another phone. When I told them that it had been a month without a phone and they had my money for that time, they said sorry. This company is incompetent and I would never order from them again. I do not have confidence that I will receive my phone. Buyer beware.

      I bought the car battery from Costoc last year. The one-year old car battery was dead on a parking lot so that I brought it to Costco and requested the replacement of the battery according to the 36 month warranty. However, Costco refunded, and charged a 10% fee for the new battery. I requested to Costco the free-replacement of the car battery, not refunding because the label on the battery indicated the replacement for the 36-month warranty. I also mentioned that I got the free-replacement of the other car battery prior. The Costco manager said that the batter price increased from the last year.I called Costco customer service and I told the service representative that Costco gave me the free-replacement of the car battery when I requested the replacement, even though Costco initially charged a fee for the battery price increase. Costco does not provide any explanation or statement on why Costco gives free-replacement for the defective car battery and when Costco charges a fee for the defective battery replacement according to the warranty.

      Costco online and delivery services are a complete RIP OFF.Customer service is non-existent and can never give a factual answer just !and blame.For major appliances go to ********** or Lewes, they are ****************** because they can give you a set Delivery Date and set up with no issues.Costco rescheduled my ******* refrigerator for over a month! I finally canceled my order and went to **********. Got the same make and model, better price too. Got it delivered and installed in 4 days.I'm no longer a Costco member and very happy too.

      I purchase the 2 pound Sun Date organic medjool dates from Costco and every single package that I've purchased has contained between 1-5 dates filled with black mold and/or worm p*** I began to purchase the boxes that had been packaged the freshest, hoping this would stop, which did not change a thing. Every single box still contained black molded dates and some with worm p*** When I returned the moldy dates to costcos management, they told me I could only return produce that was at least 50% there, but would not show me the policy that stated this. They also reccomended I buy dates elsewhere instead of returning the moldy dates.

      Bought a 4 piece appliance set online. Everything was fine from delivery and installation. 6 months in, the range was starting to act weird. We tried to find the serial number but it was missing the sticker. All the other units had one but the range was missing theirs. We got an ** tech through the manufacturer warranty and she reluctantly fixed the unit despite **s stance not to fix items with no sticker. Well the unit broke again and that is our issue now. ** came out again and would not touch unit. Was on phone with Costco and ** and each blamed the other. it goes down to Costco as they were the ones that sold the package and did not check the unit for appropriate stickers. Costco Concierge would only all new to get multiple quotes to fix the issue that would cost me money up front which should never be the case as it was under warranty. And it was set in stoneb that we would be reimbursed. I kept asking for a unit that has a serial number/product code sticker on unit. They have denied multiple times. ** said this should have never been sold. Costco won't right the wrong they did. Will never buy any appliance from Costco again.

      On 8/16/23 I ordered a bed and two drawer chests. The website listing clearly states Delivery, setup and packaging removal included. On 8/19/23 the two-man delivery team set up the bed, but refused to take the chests to the second floor bedroom, stating the chests were too heavy. They arranged for a four-man team to come the following Saturday to move the chests. On 8/26/23 another two-man team arrived and quickly hauled the two chests to the second floor without a problem. They then returned to their truck, I assumed to get tools for unpacking and assembly. They left without completing the work! At 8:01 a.m. I called Costco Delivery and the rep told me the second team would be there soon to unpack and assemble the chests. At 9:11 a.m. I called again to ask the status of the second team, and was asked to wait until 10:00 a.m. and call back. At 10:14 I called to let Costco know that I still didnt have the second team there. I requested to speak with a supervisor, and **********, a supervisor with Costco Logistics, came on the line. He personally reached out to the delivery company to ensure a team came back out. The same team that first came was again sent out, and they were not happy to have returned! They unpacked the chests, but then proceeded to leave. I asked them if they were going to assemble the legs, and they said no, and left. At 12:15 p.m. I received a call from Costco Delivery and the rep told me the two-man team that had been twice to my home did not feel comfortable with me. This was an insult, since I exchanged very few words with these men, and all I asked was if they were going to assemble the chest legs. I now must schedule a third Saturday to get this delivery complete. Poor, poor customer service. I will think twice before ordering from Costco Online again.
