Solgen Power installation went pretty smoothly and happened over a quicker time period than we anticipated. Check-ins throughout the process, which was great. There was a communication glitch in the initial phase when we started on the roofing project, where we werent told when the roofers would show up and we woke up one morning (day after New Years), to hear footsteps on the roof. Turns out, they were here. Would have appreciated a heads up. But overall, pleased with our decision and the company. This is what resulted in the four and not five stars.Solgen Power LLC

Great experience but came up just short of 5 stars. Everyone was very professional and we were able to work around our tricky schedule to get all of our questions answered. The one place where I think they could do better is that I talked to a *lot* of different folks across the process. Felt like there were a few questions that I answered multiple times or asked multiple times because there were multiple people reaching out. We also flipped the switch and were generating power for over a week and someone reached out and asked if I was ready to turn it on. All in all, good stuff. Its working and were happy to be generating this power ourself!Solgen Power LLC
