Getting things set up with Solgen was easy and the correspondence was usually quick. There were some concerns with the installers and some delays with the power company, but things were sorted out well. The system itself seems to perform well.

I am so happy with my Solar panels. Solgene did a great job even when there were issues that came up they worked hard to keep my installation on track. Also every single employee I dealt with was knowledgeable, polite and helpful . Great company. Thanks for helping me do a small part to save this planet ??.Solgen Power LLC

This system is amazing! It has made a big dent in my electric bill! Solgen Company, all involved were professional and knowledgable about the system the process and my system. I was extremely proud of my decision to go solar with this company as the building inspector revealed that he was ******* home after my inspection to turn his Solgen system on that day. That says something about the company when a professional knowledgable tradesmen chose Solgen for his own home.Solgen Power LLC

I never thought about going solar because I was never educated on the systems that were provided. Thanks to the Solgen team for sitting down with me to explain how solar panels worked and the benefit of now owning your own power! We signed our solar contract September of 2022. They made quick work of getting plans together and a site visit. They were actually about 15 thousand more than the previous company we had talked to but they were more forthright and less pushy. Though they do contact you alot during sales and set up. They were understanding of our tree line and gave a forward credit twords tree trimming or removal. That helped get one overgrown tree off our front hill and even helped our neighbors panels work better. We had our install in late October. Inspections and turn up followed. We only had a few things that were off for me, but I am also a highly meticulous contractor so I am picky. I had to end up running a data cable from my network switch all the way out to my garage to make my Sense Device function. Which it does read and report to the app on my phone...but I found out today they are no longer selling that device with the system due to errors with it. So maybe we will have to change something out in the future. Overall it's all working and my July power bill by time credits stacked up I owe nothing and have a 200$ credit. Winter we don't produce as much and I still have to pay PSE but that's understandable with out adding a battery backup system to the house aswell.Solgen Power LLC

This company wasted our time. We contacted them via an add. Spoke with company representative and did all that they asked for prep work. Gave electric bill annd kWh graph etc. Solgen set up a time when we were to have a ********* meeting. We worked our day around the meeting, and when the meeting started, the company wasnt ready with any information for us. They started explaining a ground solar, which we had told them previously we absolutely did not want. Then the company quoted us a price more than our electric bill for 25 years. When we said that was not acceptable, they hung up on us. Solgen was unprepared, unprofessional and downright rude.Solgen Power LLC
