I reviewed my Consumer Reports and noticed that there was an inaccurate accounts on my credit report *************************** have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with Maximum Accuracy. I contacted the credit bureaus and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and this disputed item may not appear on my credit report if it cannot be supported by any evidence or proof.Business Response

The original creditor *** Communications accepted payment in April 2020 for my debt in the amount of $192 with the agreement of removing this debt from my credit report as a goodwill deletion, however CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING the collection agency has failed to remove this collection from my account which has negatively impacted the way creditors see me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because the response provided by Transworld as they failed to review the original complaint in detail. My request was to delete the derogatory **** from my credit report from a closed paid account on shown on my FICO report as a agreement of this deletion took place in April of 2020 when I paid off the balance of $192. ********************* used this opportunity to harass me about a later account that is not in question during my original complaint, therefore it should be the responsibility of Convergent Outsourcing Inc to reply to my request of deleting my previous history with them in April 2020. For your records I am added proof of payment and what appears on my credit report in hopes you can continue to advocate a resolution with the original creditor and/or the original debt collector Convergent Outsourcing.

In November 2023 I noticed an overdue account on my credit report from ******** I notified them that it was fraud, yet ******* still sold my information about this debt that is fraudulent. I am receiving calls about paying this debt that is not mine. I have never had an account with ******* and this was opened under my maiden name. I have legally changed my name since 2022 and this account was opened 2023. Additionally this account was opened with a Norcross address where my mother lives. I have never lived in that address and I haven't lived with her since 2020. I have been trying to work with ******* but they are such a pain to work with. This company should not have this information. I have been an **** customer since 2017 and have paid my bill every month.Business Response

Will not tell me what this supposed collection how much it is it for which company it is from. Very rude Lawyer said see you in court and hung up on me. That was on May 9th. Today May 15th refused to give me any information because he said my file was sealed and are taking me to court because I was disrespectful to so called Lawyer.
