      To Whom it may concern,This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.CONVERGENT OUTSOURCING ACCT #:9943**** BAL. $941.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ****g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i).       This company is continously reporting erroneous, derogatory information about me which is killing my credit & my Professional image. They've failed to send any proof of their claim because they have none since this account has never even existed. Therefore, my only wish is to have them permanently remove the inaccuracies that Ive disputed from my credit file immediately.

      This company has repeatedly been in contact with me in regards to a debt collection that is over 12 years old. In my state they cannot collect on anything over six years. They are fraudulently trying to attempt to collect money that they legally cannot. They are attempting to harass for a debt that is passed the statute of limitations

      On July 27, 2022 I called Convergent Outsourcing to settle a debt that they claim they had. When I spoke with the representative *************************** she stated that they no longer had the debt and that it was returned back to the original debtor. I asked her could they remove the debt from my credit report and she told me that she was not going to remove it because it was still owed. I told her it was against the law to falsely leave the account on my credit report if they no longer had the account and she stated that she was not going to remove because I still owed the debt. She was very rude and still refused to removed the debt form my credit report under their name. My request is that the debt be removed from my credit report if they no longer have it. They do not have the debt so therefore they should not be reporting it.

      I have reached out via certified mail requesting verification of debt almost 2 months ago and I still have not received any information or response back in regards to the account. I have allowed the appropriate time period and i ask the account be removed from my credit report. My information was apart of a equifax data breach and company failed to reply.
