    TXU Energy has falsely provided my personal information to Convergent Sonar(Outsourcing) collection agency and they have placed an erroneous collection for $2,620.86 on my Experian and Transunion credit reports. I have filed an FTC complaint (report # *********) and contacted both Convergent Sonar and TXU Energy but they refuse to remove the erroneous collection from my reports. Convergent Sonar(Outsourcing) collection agency has illegally harassed me on multiple occasions in which I have proof and evidence of so I will also be contacting my lawyer and the Attorney General regarding this issue as I want a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.     I called to set up a payment plan of $200 since that is what I could afford and because I could not do $500 dollars a month they said that if It is not paid in full then when they sell the account it would still go to collections. Then I said I cannot pay the amount and she said ok well I will note it as a refusal to pay. I have never missed a payment with ******* ever in 9 years and when I changed companies due to their overbilling me for over 2years. My final bill was sent to these people.

    I accept the fact that it is closed I found a way to pay the bill, however I want to note they were dishonest and the money ultimately went to ******** I want nothing but to say that this company uses bullying and fear tactics with lying and little concern for the consumer. Even If you are trying to pay your bill.

    ******** the original ****** has since came on Better Business Bureau in June and cleared this account as a courtesy and convergent outsourcing does not want to remove. It continues changing the date to **** date so that I can stay on my credit longer. Ive sent them proof I sent them the letter and they still will not remove it. This is wreaking havoc on my chances of buying a home being that the situation is what it is. I have been trying to get this taken care of for years they have not even thought of contacting ******* to see that this has been removed.
