I have used this service twice the first time was for my o2 sensors which a perv named ***** performed on my car. I had the work done at my job so I was kind enough to give him a free meal for fixing my car along with his pay. My car not only had to have the o2 sensors replaced again 5 months later. I had to block ***** weird self because he felt that a meal meant I was interested in him. Smh can't even be nice anymore. I do not recommend this company to anyone they buy cheap parts and have crack jobs working for them I will continue to go to ************************ at least I won't get hit on while my car is being fixed.

This ********** based company quote"The price we quote you is the price we charge". I schedualed ****** ( who looks 100% like a druggy in person as oppossed to his clean cut profile picture ) That part had an affect on me when he arrived to replace the front and back brake pads. The price that I got locked in according to the invoice was ****** but ****** took a picture of the brakes and called me over as i watched then told me that I needed Rotors and he has to charge me for an inspection of the brake pads/stearing/ suspension , removal of grease , brake pad set removed . ( he tooka picture and left he never did anything then he told me I had aprooved of the price change and left as I stood there saying I didn't approove of any changes. Then they paid ******** to send their add in my ******** feed the next day. ( a regional add ) Then they made an offer to save $50.00 on the next visit advising me to add rotors along with the brake pads ( a very cheap product DO NOT USE ). I reported the misuse of my credentials to my bank. ( dispute is pending ) I reported to the ******** Atorny Genral ( BBB ) and filed a claim in small claims court.

Made a service appt for $154. The mechanic hadn't even left when it was time for my appt. Cancelled my appt and paid the $50 fee. Was charged for both the service (that I never received) and the cancellation fee and they didn't want to refund me. Have had to get my bank to dispute the transaction. Just dirty tricks to get money any way they can. Tried reaching out to their customer ********************** and was told jibberish. Didn't even make sense nor coherent.

The mechanics are great the company is the worst they don't answer questions from the office they keep sending you things to promote them even though you're against them 100% cuz they don't read them I gather they charge me for product they didn't use their quote was almost $200 off of what they charged me didn't ask me about the charges but I see they said I okayed it and I never talk to them and only had one side done of my gasket 1.6 hours each they charge me whatever cost for both sides to be done left everything up to the mechanic to talk to me about and they wouldn't answer the phone or any of my emails I've been going to them for 40 plus months never again and I hope this helped you decide not to use them thank you

My car was leaking oil, throwing it all over the front pulleys on the motor. I thought it was the front crankshaft seal, because it was leaking that badly. So I got on their website and made an appointment for Friday at 8 am. Friday morning, the mechanic canceled the appointment and rescheduled for Monday. So, I'm without a car all weekend. Monday rolls around, and what do you know, the mechanic cancels the appointment again. Sets up another one for Tuesday at 7:30 am. Tuesday, the mechanic doesn't cancel, but at 7:30, no mechanic shows up. I'm pacing the floors until 10:30 pm when I finally get a notification from the YourMechanic App that the mechanic is on his way. Two hours later, he pulls up in my driveway.
He starts to work on the car. To his credit, he determines that it wasn't the crankshaft seal, but it was just a camshaft sensor that was leaking, an inexpensive fix. He gets on the phone, orders the part and says he'll be back later. At 4pm, I call the man, and he informs me that he'll be back tomorrow morning. I tell him that simply won't do, because I have to be at work and I won't be there. At 7:30pm he shows up and puts on the part.
My card was billed for the crankshaft sensor job, $280. The job that was performed, was considerably cheaper than that.
I got a call from YourMechanic after the mechanic left, and they informed me that the negative balance, my change, would not be put back on my credit card, but would be kept by them as a credit for "the next time" I use their services. This is totally unacceptable, especially since the experience was terrible. This one hour job turned into a three day ordeal. I will never use their service again. I'd like the remainder of my money credited back on my credit card. Overall, a horrible experience.

Awful experience. The mechanic, ********, came to the house due to a check engine light. He determined that there was a problem with the thermostat, which he then replaced. Two weeks later, the Jeep overheated and I was stranded for hours. Had to get towed home (hour and a half away). ******** came back out to replace the new thermostat as he stated the first one must have been defective. Three months later, my 18 y/o daughter is driving the Jeep to her summer job in ** (5 hours away). The Jeep overheats on the side of the highway, 3 hours from home. I have it towed to a local mechanic. They told me the thermostat was not replaced correctly. ******** had stripped the bolt and used plastic to keep the thermostat in place. The new mechanic fixes the problem and I pick up the Jeep. I file a warranty claim with YourMechanic. They will not honor the claim as they stated, that I should have allowed them to fix the Jeep. My 18 y/o daughter is broken down on the side of a highway and I am supposed to wait 3-4 days for YourMechanic to come out and inspect the vehicle? I kept YourMechanic in the loop every step of the way. They told me that they would take care of the warranty claim. It has been 5 months. They have never called me back. They finally told me today, after I called them, that they would not honor the claim because I didn't give them a chance to fix it. They are awful. Bad mechanic and the worst customer service.

The mechanics are for the most part pretty good. The website and customer service department is 100% absolute garbage. Incompetent and inability to hold and have intelligent conversations. Never ever willing to help, all they say is sorry or i understand. Website lags, gliches and mostly ineffective. Here is the best part, when asked what they are willing to do about.......they say they can do nothing. They through away new and existing customers by doing nothing and they simply don't care.
