Sales people receive commission for everything you buy at Nordstroms. This creates a toxic environment which is unhealthy. It also allows for bullying of some sales associates over others. If you shop in Nordstroms, someone unlocking a room for you to try on clothes will get the commission even though someone else may help you after. Just be aware. Choose your sales associate carefully. Some are like ambulance chasers while others are helpful and geniune.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstrom is the worst company ever. I placed an order #(Four,two,nine,nine,nine,nine,two,five,four). for a bag worth $433.50 on June 17th 2023.I got a notification that my package was out for delivery on June 20th with a delivery company called UDS. I have never heard of them. Nobody rang the bell, or contacted me. I got a notification from Nordstrom that package was delivered to my mail room, not my apartment, as I had indicated my complete address as i work from home. I went to the mail room, and there was no package there for me. The courier company had left a picture with a proof of delivery that belongs to someone else and was delivered by ***** on the 4th floor. The package has a different name on it, and was in a ***** envelope. How does a bag fit in an envelope? I contacted Nordstrom with all the pictures and proof that my package was not delivered.but they say, they are not responsible for the courier drivers, and the update is final.Since Nordstrom has taken ot upon themselves to frustrate me this past two days for deciding to spend my money on their website.I have spoken to over 10 different people regarding this. Nordstrom says that they are not able to refund me as the package already says it was delivered. I do not know what happened to using a professional delivery company that can be accounted for. You choose to give my package to a delivery company that have not be heard of, and now you saying you do not have control over the delivery company.Do not patronize Nordstrom.They willingly steal your money.They are thieves in broad day light!!!Nordstrom, Inc.

On 6/9/2023, My two sisters, nephew and I were visiting family in ****, our first trip ever to **********, and decided to go to the **************************************. After visiting the pier, we walked around to see the local shops and restaurants. We noticed a Nordstrom located at ************ and decided to go in to look around. Since we had been walking for a while, we decided to visit the ladies' room before looking around. We checked the directory on the 1st floor and found that the restrooms were on the second. I went into the restroom 1st while my sisters and nephew were looking around. I must note, as I was walking into the restroom, there were three women coming out of the restroom who appeared to be Caucasian. My family and I are African ********. There was no one else in sight, no employees, customers, security...no one. When I exited the restroom, there was a plain clothed male security person standing directly in front of the walkway that led from the restroom to the women's clothing department. Additionally, there was another plain clothed male security person walking on the aisleway near the same area looking at me. I am aware that these two men were security due to their obvious focus on me, and my family members as well as their obvious behaviors, as they were not shopping, had no bags, and again their focus on my family members and I. They continued to stand and watch ** until we left the area. I was and I am Livid!! After my sister's came out of the restroom, I told them that we had security following us around the store for no reason, like we were criminals. One of my sisters reported that she was also approached by an older man who asked what she was looking for. Our plan was to shop but after being racially profiled, after only being in the store for 5 minutes, we left! We left feeling violated, disrespected, and so very disappointed in this brand as we have patronized Nordstrom for YEARS! Needless to say, what started off as a good day ended badly! 0 stars!Nordstrom, Inc.

It's not possible to give zero starts but that's what they deserve. Especially the store #*** in ********** **. The Store Manager..MaryNel* Maddo*..is about as unprofessional, rude, and ignorant woman you could ever come across. As a now former employee, who was terminated because someone didn't like a conversation they overheard about pride flags, I can tell you very certainly that this company has purposefully created a racist and sexist work environment that is discriminatory against anyone Nordstrom deems as less important that anyone else. Which is ironic since they fall over themselves daily attempting to shove more woke racism agenda's down your throat. Among other things here is a short list of the things the store manager allows to go on in her store. 1 Non white people being able to blast music with the ** word" clearly audible to other employees and customers. 2. Employees flirting, and conducting sexual congress on company grounds, in the back of the building and in the parking lot. 3. They arbitrarily conduct incredibly rude and passive aggressive "bag checks" on certain employees while completely ignoring other employees with multiple bags not being checked. 4. Using her "management staff" to harass, lie, bully, intimidate and the terminate people who she doesn't personally feel has kissed her as* enough. 5. Chastising staff for "racist mannequins" while not being aware of herself to know she is the one who is responsible for store equipment. 6. Creating a hostile work environment for anyone who doesn't submit to her whim. 7. Making incredibly rude and demeaning comments about employees or customers to other company employees. 8. Have absolutely no idea how certain elements of the business function, then being completely beligerant when you attempt to explain something, and then incredibly rude and dismissive when attempting to explain to her the most basic of principles. She has single handedly destroyed what used to be one of the best companies.Nordstrom, Inc.

Horrifying experience with Nordstrom and its customer service. I placed an order with this company and my order shows delivered; however I did not receive it. I have called the courier and Nordstrom multiple times to no avail. They have failed to resolve the matter and at this point. To make matters worse they provided false information claiming they will research the issue and after getting off the phone I received an email two minutes later stating they can't do anything. I neither have the items that I ordered or my money back. It is astonishing that a company of this magnitute will treat customers like this or ship high ticket items without signature or insurance.I am out of money and have been ripped off by this company. I will never shop here nor recommend anyone to shop here.Nordstrom, Inc.

I requested to investigate the package theft and assist in recovering the undelivered item or securing a refund. As a customer, I am in the title to see the proof of delivery before my card is charged. Instead of a proper investigation, my profile has been flagged since I called a few times about the missing package. On May 5th, at approximately 12:30 PM, I was playing with my kids in the parking lot behind my house when I received an email notification on my watch stating that the package had been delivered. No observed moving vehicles in the vicinity and conducting a thorough search around my house, including the front door, I was unable to locate the package.
Immediately following the incident, I contacted Nordstrom to report the missing package. The associate filed a request on my behalf, requesting a detailed investigation and proof of delivery. I was informed that the investigation had already taken place and that the proof of delivery showed that the package was delivered successfully. I have not been provided with any evidence of this deliveryIn an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted the delivery carrier, LaserShip. However, they were unable to produce any evidence of the delivery for the tracking number!
I have filed a Police Report -Package Theft available upon your requestThe incident involves an undelivered package I ordered from Nordstrom. I have been in constant communication with Nordstrom's customer service and corporate departments, making numerous phone calls and sending emails for over three weeks. Unfortunately, no resolution has been reached, and I feel caught in the middle of a dispute between the seller (Nordstrom) and the delivery services (FedEx, UPS, and LaserShip). I was present at home during the supposed delivery, it is unlikely that the package was stolen from my premises. It appears that someone is attempting to take advantage of the situation by falsely claiming the delivery was made!Nordstrom, Inc.

I purchased Clinique face moisturizer via the website as I have for years. I was notified that the package was delivered however after a week of waiting I still dont have the package. Ive called 3 times to request a replacement item or a refund only to be denied because they claim to have confirmation of the delivery. While that *** be true, I dont have my order! Its possible that it was mis-delivered. There is no evidence on my ring camera of the delivery either. Nordstrom is more concerned about possibly being ripped off of a $45 face cream losing a loyal customer of 20 years rather than do whats right! So Im out $ and I dont have the product. I will be paying off my Nordstrom credit card and closing the account asap and giving my business to Ulta or Macys!Nordstrom, Inc.

I think Nordstrom Park ******* ONLY hires idiots. Have been trying to order a medical prosthesis for weeks and no one can handle this simple order. Shop anywhere else as no one needs this kind of aggravation......Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstorm use to have great customer service. They seem to have deployed new returns system which gives incorrect and false status's and loses the tracking. I have had a number of returns sent to Nordstrom, and have received updates such as "in transit" then "received" and have waited weeks for a refund and been told by multiple agents they are backed up or it is still processing or "your return was processed 15 days ago you should see the refund on your credit card I will escalate it" only for the return status to change back to "delivered". The agents then tell me there is no history of the return so all of the status's were false and that they do not keep the chat history where the previous agents told me the refund was processed. And they refuse to refund you even though they received the items at some point but clearly lost them in their warehouse. Make sure to take screenshots of the status, all of the convos with the agents and file a police report! I have been a customer and ********************** card holder for years, but am closing my accounts. I can't afford to pay for items that I returned the way they asked, using the system they provided with proof that the item was scanned by the postal service and sent to them. It's like being robbed.Nordstrom, Inc.
