      I placed an order with Nordstrom for two blazers and received an email stating that one blazer was ready for pickup at a Nordstrom Rack. I went to a Nordstrom rack and they confirmed that one blazer was ready for pickup. When I opened the box at home I had one blazer in the box. However, the next day I received an email stating I had picked up both items. I contacted customer service via chat and I was told both blazers were packed in the box even though they were not and to contact the store myself. I indicated that I purchased the item from Nordstrom so Im not sure why Im responsible for contacting Nordstrom Rack which was only utilized for pickup and ended the chat. I work in reputation risk and its very disappointing that the Nordstrom associate placed onus on me for a mistake made by Nordstrom. Im not sure why the second blazer was missing but the documentation initially sent by Nordstrom was accurate as I only have one blazer.

      I never received the second blazer and yet I was charged for it by Nordstrom. Their response does not in any way address my complaint. I was charged for two blazers but only receive one blazer.

      I have been calling customer service for three days in relation to their carrier CDL. They told me to wait after CDL customer service yelled at me on the phone while their customer service agent was on the phone. I am currently requesting a refund for horrible communication after a error in the system stated that my package was delivered. Never using their online store again.

      Horrible customer service. Received a "Retail therapy" gift card. Was told I couldn't use it because they "always have problems with those. " Person at the register was rude and had an attitude as if it was my fault. I am general manager, employees not knowing how to do something shouldn't be the consumers issue.

      Nordstrom Return department have received my return, using the label from Nordstrom website but they've lost it inside the warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. How is the Nordstrom return department loss is my problem as a consumer???? And don't know what you would call it but I call it theft and fraud and for the company of Nordstrom reputation, this is simply unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund or I will dedicate all my free time to make sure everyone if the world knows about Nordstrom return policy. So much for being "fair" to your customers!!!!!!

      Don't buy anything at nordstrom. They never return money for the return of eyeglasses, claiming that they have not physically received the return. They scam buyers with returns. Will make you guilty

      On 18Feb2023 went to Nordstrom Rack *********** purchased *** slippers for $17.97 The threading came loose on one foot. Wore slippers at most 4 times. On 03Mar2023 took it back to Nordstrom Rack to explain the defect but cashier turned us back without event asking for the receipt. Called customer service same day from *********** Nordstrom Rack parking lot to report the issue. Customer server was of no help. I can provide a copy of the receipt and pic of the defective product.

      Ordered Dansko clogs at Nordstrom.com. When I received them, the box contained a left Dansko shoe and a right Sanita shoe (another clog brand). I was annoyed but figured mistakes happen and decided to order from Nordstrom again. This time I order the Sanita brand because they seemed to fit better. While I wait for my new shoes to come, I drive to the Nordstrom store a couple days later (2/20/23) to return the first order. When I get home, to my surprise, my new order has arrived (same day as the return). This is great news because I really need them for work. So I open the box and discover a left Sanita shoe and a right Dansko. I could not believe it!!! I was furious. I call customer service and they preceded to call the store to see if they still had the return that I'd made earlier. She told me to return to the store and I could make a complete set. I wasn't offered anything for my trouble and now I have to drive to the store AGAIN!! But I do it because I want comfy shoes for work. I get to the store only 25 minutes after the customer service call and the store is unable to find the initial order. They said that they saw it earlier but couldn't ***********. So after all trouble, gas money and time, I still have no shoes. I am very upset and disappointed because twice something was sent to me without first being verified that it was correct. And then no one cared enough to try to actually fix it.

      On 2/2/23 at 12:43pm EST I contacted Nordstrom in reference to a refund i had not received. I still have other items i just found out have not been refunded as well but due to my experience mentioned below i do not feel like the one employee it seems in the department will treat me fairly. I have not reached out to the department of labor yet but am highly considering it. I also feel discriminated against. See below. On the above date i was then transferred to the Finance department to a "supervisor" ******. If you listen to the call you can hear the below details.-****** stated he'd refund me for 2 of the items i caught weren't refunded.-I then was thankful but requested an email of sort to be sent to someone who could make enhancements to the Nordstrom return process as i often have the above issue. After this request ****** only responded he was not sure if they will be keeping me as a customer. This had nothing to do with my call. I felt insulted. I then questioned fraud within the company. I asked for the address for Nordstrom he wouldn't provide & acted like letters were a thing of the past so I asked for the ********** wouldn't provide. I asked to be transferred to his manager he said he was the supervisor. I asked to be transferred to a ************* said he would not be transferring me. I asked him for the ph# to corporate he repeated he would not provide. I asked him for any identifying information such as employee#, ext., last name- he would not provide. And I quote "I will not be transferring you". Then he threatened to reverse my return items. I am extremely frustrated and angry at what took ********* do not feel like Nordstrom has the proper protocols to properly conduct business. I am considering sending letters to our states *********** as well as the ************************* and expect to hear back from Nordstrom within a timely manner. Someone who is capable of properly handling customer complaints and whom i feel confident with.

      I saw an add on FB for Personalized Letter Banks. Was excited to order these for my 16 grandkids for Christmas so I did. The price was for about 57 dollars. The company received my order and payment. I kept up with the tracking and found out that they were supposed to be coming from ***** and the site address was listed as ONKYS.CLOTHESCL..... I waited and waited for my order. Even Emailed them. It took forever to them to respond. Finally got a email stating my order was delivered, but I didn't receive what I had ordered. For some reason I was sent a cheap ring. How is that 16 Personalized Letter Banks?? I complained that I wanted a refund, but never have a heard from them. I was so excited to give my grandkids something unique and even divided my change jar to get them started. So very disappointed with this company.
