      I have been a Nordstrom card holder for 15 years. I have been a Nordstrom employee for the last 6 years. Nordstrom employees must use their credit cards or purchase a gift card to use their discount for purchases. That means if you return an item your item is returned to the original tender (ie Nordstrom card or gift card). My Nordstrom card is active and in good standing as never late or over limit with the credit bureaus. Nordstrom card services raised my credit limit over $2,000 a few months ago. Without notice and without justification they informed me my Nordstrom card is closed. This is a cash grab by Nordstrom credit to get employees to use only gift cards and to get stuck with gift card tender for purchases and returns. Nordstrom did not inform me of this change to randomly close my job with the required 45 day notice. I have issued my resignation from this company as this is fraud they are committing towards their employees.

      Spoke to at least 4 different Nordstrom employees regarding an order I placed over the weekend. It clearly states that item will be ready for pickup on 9/11. Today is 9/12 and as stated in their online, pick up is ready YESTERDAY! their chat agents, call reps and even an associate at their *********, ** locations all admit thats wrong info. Well its info they provided listed on their website. If this isnt false advertising or a scam, I dont know what is. You commit and sell something that isnt, is just plain fraud! Bunch of apologies are polite and all, but the fact of the matter is You are selling something that your employees admit to being incorrect! You shouldnt say a ready for pickup date when its not ready. You are scamming people.

      TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a high priced item from Nordstrom and received an email stating I has up to 1 hour to cancel. I ended up finding the item elsewhere for less money within 5 minutes of placing my order. I clicked my link to cancel and they will not allow a cancelation. So now I'm stuck waiting on this item that I DO NOT want while Nordstrom refuses to honor their promises. This isn't the first time I've been unhappy with them, but it will be my last purchase. The chat "manager" could not have cared any less what I thought and I was very kind and patient. She told "If you can't cancel, I can't so nothing I can do." I asked to have my concern elevated and she outright refused. ****** learned.

Typically, you do have a one-hour window to cancel the order, but anytime you place an order for same day pickup, or expedited shipping the order is fast tracked through our system so that we can get the order fulfilled in the time we promised. If you have not already done so I would advise filing a police report. Once the investigation officer ******** us with a subpoena, we will be able to release the details of our investigation and any other details we have gathered regarding the delivery.

      ******************** ordered three bras on Aug. 2, 2023. The bras were supposedly delivered on three separate days - two from **** and one from ****** I received email confirmation for all three deliveries, but I never received any of the items. I called your customer service and spoke to a man named ***** on August 9th. He said the items were probably stolen and he would refund my money. I then received an email stating that a refund was denied because evidence showed the products were delivered. I called the next day ***** again was my POC and stated that he needed to investigate and would send a confirmation with the refund. I then immediately received another email that the refund was denied. I cannot believe that all three of these items were stolen. None of the items were place in my mailbox or in the larger secured mailbox that **** carriers will place items when they dont fit in my postal code mailbox. I did see a photo of a package in my delivery area from ****** but the picture was taken from a distance and nothing identifies the package as belonging to me. Furthermore, I have a **** app for Informed Delivery and there was nothing on my dashboard which showed delivery of any packages. I find it unacceptable that your company will not honor my refund as this is the first incident of an this occurring. *** also informed **** and ***** of non-delivery and also put in a request for my bank to investigate the matter. I do believe there is fraud within your ranks based on the number of negative reviews posted. I suggest upper management conduct full investigation into these matters immediately as I and other customers clearly trusted and valued your brand and were FAILED. I am still requesting a full refund and hope to not have to take this matter to higher authorities.

      I ordered over $3000 worth of shoes and clothing for my partner of over 23 years. This is the first time I can afford to buy him these things. One of the deliveries arrived, the box was missing two items one pair of $1000 shoes ****** (the only item I bought gor myself so we could match) and a t-shirt. I called and Nordstrom is saying I am liable for the items because they concluded they were delivered. Why would high value items be shipped with regular clear tape ? Where is the care ? I see broken seal tape with lesser value items. The clear tape was sliced with a very sharp object and then items taken and the box re sealed with the same regular clear tape. NORDSTROM THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I am so disappointed how could you basically say I am a liar? I was so excited about this and I will be returning the entire order as well as never again purchasing from this store unless I receive the service I expect.

      Yesterday I went to the Nordstroms at the mall near my home to return two clothing items I had ordered from the Anniversary sale. The sales person first asked me for a receipt in an rude tone. (I didn't say this, but it is quite common to not receive a receipt in online orders). I said that I didn't have one, and she disapprovingly at the items as though they weren't high quality or from Nordstrom's. I gave her my phone number, and she asked for my Nordstrom's card. I asked how far back items could be returned she said 2 weeks (which is lie) and then she back pedaled and said two years. Eventually she found the transactions and credited my card. She was rude and disrespectful. She gave terrible customer service. Their sales people need customer service and DEI training. This has happened to me many times in the last few years and even though I've been a long time customer, I see no reason to shop at ********************'s anymore.

      Hello I am a Nordstrom card holder and have been for several years now always loved but recently not very much.. several days ago I purchased 2 dresses for my wife however only 1 dress came in and the other did not. I waited very patiently to see what would happen sended them the next day or 2 later after the package was delivered sended them a email saying my package had never arrived even tho it says delivered waited very patiently again over the next several days, finally I got fed up with it today reached out to them and they send me a email saying that I was gonna have to take the lost on that dress that cost me over 300 dollars.. also starting that is basically my fault that they didnt deliver it correctly and for future reasons I should be more careful CARFUL ABOUT WHAT!! What is it that I did to cause this Nordstrom??? Unacceptable. Completely ridiculous. if Nordstrom dont want me to cancel my card and stop shopping there completely theyll need to provide a refund and then some! Because this is been completely ridiculous never in life again!! Shame on you Nordstrom you people better fix this cause im not letting this go at all!

You will see this reflected on your next statement depending on your billing cycle. Though we were able to issue this refund it is our recommendation that you contact your local police department to report the missing items as stolen.

      I spent 40 minutes shopping and trying on clothes at a Nordstrom location in *****. When I attempted to purchase a skirt I was refused because it was apparently restricted to card members during a week-long promotional sale. No sales person alerted shoppers to this restriction. The item was not marked individually with any kind of special tag warning shoppers, and the entire floor had yellow signs throughout but it was not made clear that items were entirely off-limits to non-members, and no way to know which items were part of the "sale". They also refused to sell it for the non-sale price, which I said I'd pay. I was just turned away. Really bad experience and a bizarre tactic by Nordstrom.

      Bait and Switch!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!I bought a Burberry suit on the Nordstrom application, but it was not hemmed. The app claimed that Nordstrom had selected free basic alterations and listed hemming as a free service, so I scheduled an appointment. It wasn't until I was in the fitting room with my suit on that they tried to upcharge me because I purchased the suit on sale. None of this is mentioned on the app when signing up for alterations.(see picture)Alterations were more expensive than other tailors that I have used for altering suits in the past. I told them it was a bait and switch and that I was leaving. They asked me to wait to talk to the manager. After waiting for several minutes the manager finally came and I complained about their dishonesty, but he was not helpful or understanding, though he did acknowledge how misleading the wording on the app was.You might think after spending four digits $$$$ on a suit at a store that you might get some better customer service, but not from *********************. Giant waste of time. Terrible customer service from the top down. Saks, *************************, BG or any other department store are surely a better choice. I won't make the mistake of buying another suit here.I don't appreciate the dishonest from Nordstrom, and I am taking my suit elsewhere for alterations.
