POOR Employee Experience! Worked on Sales From for 1 month until I quit due to being Verbally Assaulted by coworker on my Sales Floor in my Department. Employee Harassed me by Verbal Assault and Humuliated me in front of a line of customers and fellow sales employee on sales floor. Screamed and Yelled in my Face, Hovering over me, accusing me of stealing her customer. This happened 2-3 times. Reported to management and employee stayed on front in my department and was scheduled when I was scheduled, Still Having Horrific flashbacks.Nordstrom, Inc.

I was recently in the *******, ** store with my mother and it was extremely hot . My 86 year old mother got light headed and we had to leave. This is the second visit to this store with these conditions. I asked an employee about it the first time and they stated they had no idea what was going on with the air. All the employees also looked like they were in turmoil. Working in those conditions is horrible and inhumane. I called the home office in ******* but they didn't seem to care. I will be reaching out to CBS news as well. Poor qualityNordstrom, Inc.

I ordered 2 dresses and received only one. I reached out to customer service but they didnt help me. It was an expensive dress.I live in apartment complex with 8 identical buildings. Delivery pic only showed that it was outside of lobby and couldnt really tell if it was my building. Also theres a sign saying not to leave any packages at the lobby.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstrom has lost a 30 year customer.Ordered a pair of $300 sunglasses, paid for part of it with nordstrom notes and my credit card.Received item, opened box and it was a box of perfume, not what I ordered.I chatted with a nordstrom associate who apologized and told me to return the wrong item.Returned the item, Nordstrom received it and said this:I have reviewed the return tracking for label number***************** and have found that it was delivered to Nordstrom. Though the tracking does tell us when a package was delivered it does not tell us what the package contained, and we have not been able to validate the return of item. This leaves us in a situation in which a refund cannot be issued. When looking into this, we found that ****** filed a dispute with their bank. At this time, the bank will work with our financial team directly and the customers bank will follow up with their findings. During these investigations, were not able to process any transactions. Please note that the decision made between Nordstrom and the bank will be the final result of this investigation. For updates, you will want to contact your bank directly regarding the dispute.

I made an online purchase with delivery to my home. Nordstrom sent me an email to tell me the package was delivered - I was home - and immediately looked for it. It was missing and I spoke to neighbors right away and no one saw anything. In fact, my neighbors Ring camera did not catch a delivery person doing any deliveries. I spoke to Nordstrom about this and they told me it was delivered and that I was NOT getting a refund or another package. They told me I should have my packages delivered to their store and not my home. They also said there was a picture of the delivery but it was never sent to me and they refused to share it with me. My package was worth $250 and they outright refused to help. I filed several appeals that all ended in them saying, too bad. Thankfully my credit card company was much more understanding and fully refunded me and is taking this up on my behalf. I will not order anything online at Nordstrom.Nordstrom, Inc.

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. I ordered an item on June 5 from Nordstrom Rack and paid overnight delivery after the cutoff for that day, giving me a guaranteed delivery date of June 7. When it didn't ship on the 6th, I tried to cancel and they refused. I contacted them again the morning of June 7th and that night after the delivery was missed. Every time I contacted them they stated they will not cancel and item even if it hasn't shipped and is still in the processing stage. So, I contact my attorney and my CC company. I was told that if they missed the deadline and it hadn't shipped, and I put in writing that they I no longer gave permission to charge my card as that charge was pending, to not cancel the order would be fraud. I contacted **** again to remind them that I would no longer be at the address to accept the delivery. That they could not charge my card, etc. etc. They said they will still send it, they will still charge my card, and they will take off the overnight shipping fee. I reiterated that I will not be there and will never get the item yet they said they will not stop the order, they will still charge my card, and would do nothing further to help so I filed a legal claim. Don't bother with them, ever, for any reason. It's not worth the headache and it's a scam.Nordstrom, Inc.

When an order is placed there is only about a hour window where its available to be cancelled as was advised by our customer care team. We are more than happy to remove the shipping fee if you contact our customer care team. I had a terrible experience with Nordstrom. On May 8th I bought ************************************* shoes from the website which advertised free 3 Day shipping, well they didnt ship my shoes until May 10, 2024 I didnt receive my shoes until May 15, 2024, while during the long wait I kept ogling at my shoes via the internet because I couldnt see them in person shipping is as misleading. While on the internet I found another department store that had the shoes for $200 less, so I bought them. The plan was to return the shoes from Nordstrom.com to the Nordstrom store. On May 18th I went in store to Nordstrom to return the shes where they told me they cannot accept them because theyre worn. They accused me of wearing the shoes I have pictures that I took of the shoes while sitting in Nordstrom Id love to show images of the refused shoes. The shoes that I ordered for The other department store was placed on May 16th and they arrived today May 19! True 3 day shipping the other store was better than Nordstrom in shipping time and price. The complete refusal to accept their own product in the condition that they gave it to me in is absolutely astonishing, this is Nordstrom at ************* in *******. I drove 40 minutes to return the shoe and was refused. Horrible customer service and they didnt even accept their own item.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstrom had one job. Ship the items to my home 3 days *** after my birthday. The package was about a week and a half late and came damaged. When contacting customer service they tell me Im getting a refund within 24 hours, the day arrives I get a email saying they cant process the refund and they wont exchange the item either. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILUREBought a Coach watch online from Nordstrom. Brought it to Nordstrom at the *** to get it sized and was told repeatedly by the arrogant woman working at the jewelry counter that I should take it to Fixology to have it sized - a completely different store at the ***UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE. I have been a loyal customer of ******************** for many years. DISTURBING that this was an acceptable response from a Nordstrom employee.Nordstrom, Inc.
