I am totally and greatly disappointed with the way Nordstrom **************** handled my case.I happened to be a gift card fraud victim. I was convinced by scammers to purchase $4,000 worth of Nordstrom gift cards as a way of paying for a "service".Just only about 2-3 hours after I gave the scammers the gift cards numbers, I realized that this was a fraud.I immediately contacted the Nordstrom **************** and asked that they cancel these gift cards and not allow the scammers to use them. Nordstrom assured me of canceling and "freezing" these cards. I was so relived to have their assurance. I called again the next day and again they assured me that the gift cards were cancelled and "freezed" and I was assured that the scammers could not order products thru these cards.Well, a week later I called Nordstrom again. I was told that, unfortunately, the gift cards were all used and they are now empty! I was totally shocked! I argued with them that they assured me of canceling and freezing these gift cards. And that I contacted them just 2-3 hours after it happened. They arrogantly kept telling me that there is nothing they could do....I asked that they, at least, reimburse me for their big negligence. Again their answer was they could do nothing...I am totally disgusted by their negligence. It is obvious that Nordstrom was so "hungry" to make sales that they did not cancell the fraudulent gift cards as they promised and as they should gave done.This is totally unethical. I never expected this from a company like Nordstrom who wants to keep a good reputation.I definitely expect a re imbursement from Nordstrom because of their negligence.Nordstrom, Inc.

We understand that you have provided proof of purchase for the original gift cards, clearly showing they were purchased at third-party retailers ******** CVS, and Giant. Unfortunately, due to this information, we are unable to issue a refund even if we were to make an exception to our policy. We recommend that you file a police report and consider disputing the gift card purchase with ******** CVS, and Giant, as well as with your credit card company. I stay in *****************, ** & the store is in **********, **, approximately 35 minute drive.My plan on Tuesday the 23rd was to drive down to **********, pick up package because I have a hotel in ************** to check in the same day. Also on her birthday the 24th I have a whole day planned for her and a big birthday surprise dinner that night and the next morning were taking off to fly to *********Problem 1: From my perspective I should have called before to see if package arrived, I didnt, so once arrived the front desk lady told me that package didnt arrive and to call back to see if package had came in. I left out the store, no problems, but came back to ask the lady who is delivering the package, she told me who and stated its in **** and should possibly be in tomorrow so instead of calling or coming back just call tomorrow around 11/12pm on 04/24. I purchased an adorable pair of ******************* sandals this weekend and had them shipped to my house to wear to an event tomorrow (Friday). I was home when the pristine package arrived immediately picked it off my doorstep and opened it. All tape, adhesive and glue was intact. There was no damage.Inside the box was a box of mens boxers that was tapped together (three pack) and a tiny envelope that would have come with the sandals containing replacement crystals. There were not any sandals. I immediately called customer service who put in for the refund and helped me order a new pair of sandals eventually though they will not arrive in time. My refund has been declined and I am furious. There was a standard email suggesting the issue was my problems and I should have had the item shipped to another address or the store. If you look at what was in the box you can tell that someone has strategically removed the sandals and replaced them with an equal weight item before closing the box. Maybe QC felt the little envelope of replacement crystals was the $300 sandals that I ordered to pass inspection out of the warehouse. I keep getting told that Nordstrom has weighed and check my package and that this is my problem and I will not get a refund. Did they add in the extra weight of the boxers that were sent to me too?This is not my issue. This is a theft at your warehouse before shipment and I should not be harassed like this and should have had a seamless refund. I have been promised two call backs and have received none. I have tried to stay on with customer service and they hung up on me vs escalating my call. Please process my refund immediately. This has ruined my shopping experience at Nordstrom. (I do have to say that customer team was kind, supportive and empathetic - the customer financial services team is horrific and unable to respond or escalate issues in a timeline manner)Nordstrom, Inc.

Family went to the Nordstrom Rack at *****************************, ***********, ** for the extra 75% off boots today, was told only 25% off. After confirming with the cashier a few times, informing her that we purchased similar boots at the ********* location with the 75% off but she doesn't seem to care. We had to leave the few boots we found with the cashier. After contacting the customer service with ******************** directly confirming the sales and returning to ask to speak to the manager, later she confirmed that the boots are 75% off, but they already put everything back to the floor which we can't no longer find. And told us to go back to the end of the 30 minutes waiting line again if we did find the boots we wanted to purchase. After spending 2-3 hrs, not to mention the 30 mins drive, parking and etc, we did not purchase anything. It was a complete waste of our time and extremely horrible experience. We brought similar boots with the 75% off at ********* and Queens location with no issues. When the cashier ringed up the price, it automatically ring up the amount with the 75 percent off at the other 2 locations. But for this location, the price doesn't match the tag and the cashier has to manually pick to give you what discount they thought is appropriate. It just seems disorganized and inefficient compare to the other stores. Will not visit this store again.Nordstrom, Inc.

Ordered 2 pairs of Cinq a Sept pants online. When they arrived, BOTH pairs still had security tags attached to them, and one pair was stained. I immediately contacted Nordstrom chat to notify them. The first agent was inept so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor set up a return via ***** and said she would issue a refund once it's picked up. So today I went on chat to confirm the Fed Ex time frame and that I would be refunded upon pick up. The chat agent, *****, confirmed my pick up time, but then told me I wouldn't be refunded for 10 to 14 business days. I was immediately livid. Why should I have to wait to be refunded over $400 when Nordstrom sent me items with security tags on them??? I started asking ***** to look at the notes from the previous chat and instead she pretended to not see my messages and hung up on me. I then picked up the phone and called and spoke to **** who confirmed my pick up and the fact that it would be refunded immediately upon pick up. **** told me ***** hadn't looked far enough up the previous chat (and as a result, ***** gave me misinformation) to see all of the details of me being refunded upon pick up. So maybe ***** needs to learn to do her job better or else give her job to someone who can actually perform it. I placed one more small order to use up the remainder of a Nordstrom note, and now I am done with Nordstrom. The company has gone downhill. They offer nothing like a credit or discount to atone for their errors. It's pathetic. I was also supposed to receive a survey to review *****, but that never arrived so that was a lie. Too many retailers out there with better merchandise and customer service. I would like an explanation as to who packed my order and why the sensors were still on my items, and I would like to file a formal complaint against chat agent *****. I order the items and returned all together in one box and i have took the picture for all the return items inside the box and good sealed it and drop off to the **** location which the return label issued by nordstorm . but you only refunded me partial of the cheapest items and three shoes total $454.64 you did not refund to me and the item arrived your warehouse on Feb 10th 2024 and it did indicated online said your warehouse received the item and processing refund but i never got the refund ,and now the status suddenly changed back to delivered to me instead of refund .i have all proof i did return all items inside on boxNordstrom, Inc.

I bought one pair of gym shoes and while they fit like a glove in the store, when I tried them outdoors for a short walk they really hurt my feet. The soonest i could get back to the store was one week after purchasing. I went today with my receipt and the clerk would not refund my money. Then the return manager came over and said our policy is not to refund used shoes. Since I couldnt use the shoes, I told her to throw them out and left the store out $67. TWICE I HAVE BOUGHT SHOES FROM NORDSTROM RACK, WHICH IS PART OF NORDSTROM, INC., AND THEY HAVE BEEN A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN WHAT THE SHOE SAYS. THIS WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM, BUT THEY PUT THESE MIS SIZED SHOES AS A FINAL PURCHASE AND WILL NOT LET YOU RETURN THEM. NEVER BUY SHOES FROM THEM, UNLESS YOU KNOW THEY CAN BE RETURNED. THEY EVEN ADVERTISED THESE SHOES AS "TRUE TO SIZE" AND THEY WERE AT LEAST 2 SIZES SMALLER THAN THE SHOE SAID. LAST PURCHASE FROM NORDSTROM.
