I ordered a bag for $2250 on Nordstrom and the wrong item was shipped. I assumed since it was during the holidays/Christmas time that they were really busy and got the fulfilment wrong. I did not like what I received so I shipped the item back. Nordstrom did not offer me my refund because they said my package was empty. But it was in fact not empty. I disputed with my credit card and Nordstrom have not refunded me. I included a proof of tracking/statement from **** saying my package weighed 2 pounds. Which means it was NOT empty. Nordstrom still has no explanation as to why I am not being refunded when all the proof is there. I feel wronged for their work ethics and having to pay for an item that was wrong in the first place.Nordstrom, Inc.

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your return credit and for the disappointment caused during the review of the claim. Our delivery research department have investigated this thoroughly and show that the order was successfully delivered. When looking into this, we found that our customer filed a dispute with their bank. At this time, the bank will work with our financial team directly and the customers bank will follow up with their findings. During these investigations, were not able to process any transactions. Please note that the decision made between Nordstrom and the bank will be the final result of this investigation. I'm an owner operator that booked a load from **************** to ************** ** to the distribution center..I dropped my trl on Sunday it is still not unloaded after 3 days..then was told my regular appt was sat by ****..but after I got loaded my truck broke down on Monday..it got fixed Wed night and I drove and still got here Sunday when appt was changed to Monday..I was just now informed by transportation mgr that they don't know when it will be unlded for I should've been here Saturday..and they don't have the room in the warehouse for the freight I brought..this is the 1st time in 25 yrs that I've been driving ive been treated like this..my business is listed as a veteran owned company..and I see and the way I was talked by NORDSTROM..they dont care about our combat vets..they won't let me go into there facility to use bathroom or to talk to anyone..I was told to call my broker and they'll get me a hotel room..wow..it doesn't work like that..they think I'm a company driver eventhough I explained I own the truck and the trailer..no truck stops in the area..just a small fuel stop..so FELLOW VETS, OWNER OPERATORS, DO NOT GOTO NORDSTROM UNTIL WE GET THE RESPECT WE DESERVENordstrom, Inc.

These people followed me all around the store for no reason. It was so bad when I got outside cops were outside. Listen I am a 60-year-old woman with 3 grandchildren and educated with a great job. Follow real criminals. Not all blacks that come into your establishment are stealing one day you are going to mess with the wrong person and get sued. I was at the counter buying a pair of Jordans and I heard the guy say all she is doing is buying *******. At that point, I walked out and went to a different establishment. The guy was helping me at first and then a white couple came up and he left me hanging to help them and I had money in my purse. And then the last kicker is when I was walking out the door the alarm went off on me for no reason. This must stop and will stop.Nordstrom, Inc.

I was home when the email came that my package was delivered, and when I went to check immediately, there was no package whatsoever. My buildings 24/7 concierge desk, affirms and is willing to provide email confirmation that no LaserShip packages were delivered on that specified date.Residing in a high-security, prestigious building in ****** where I pay $4k in living expenses monthly, I find it inconceivable that such a discrepancy could occur. In my three-plus years here, I've never encountered delivery issues. This raises concerns about the almost $1,000 worth of items and the security of the personal information within.I contacted LaserShip, which was clueless and has widely documented subpar online reviews. The decision to partner with a carrier known for numerous problems, unreliability, and negative feedback raises serious concerns about Nordstrom's logistics strategy.To compound matters, I ordered three of the same shirts in three different sizes for the sake of trying them on and keeping one. I never intended to spend that much money. Less than a day later after reporting the incident, they emailed me, denying a refund with zero explanation. They then told me that decision was made by AI. Now, not even 10 minutes later, after speaking with someone over the phone who told me a human would review the case, they email me saying they wont refund me.As the daughter of a professional athlete, I have hundreds of connections in ******, including athletes, lawyers, and doctors, and we will ensure they are made aware of this deplorable service. I am fully prepared to engage top-tier legal representation to address this matter, if necessary.This situation needs to be rectified by ensuring the delivery of my ordered items or providing a ************. In my life, I have never stooped to the level of taking a mere piece of gum without paying, and yet, the way I've been treated here feels like an outright robbery. Please be prepared to hear a lot more from me.Nordstrom, Inc.

At 1st I had some issues receiving a cologne purchased from
Nordstrom.com which was intended as a birthday gift for my friend, and I was
unsuccessful in getting the situation resolved using the normal route of
emailing Nordstrom's customer service. Once the right contact noticed my
situation and got in touch with me from Nordstrom corporate, Nordstrom worked
with me very well to resolve my issue fully. I am grateful for their kindness
and the length they went to help me-- they really went above and beyond in the

I placed an expensive order in store and when I contacted customer care about fabric pilling, they let me know I could return it and it would take 30 days to do so by mail. I returned it, held onto the tracking number, which showed the return deliver to the Nordstrom warehouse via Pitney ***** tracking on November 4th. The order moved from return received & refund processing status to showing not ever having been returned. It is now January 8th and I've reached out several times and finally heard back from their research delivery team who noted the below in an email. "After partnering with our ****************** we have learned that the items claimed as returned have not been received by Nordstrom. At this time, Nordstrom has made the decision not to issue a refund or replacement as was requested until the items have arrived at our facility." I now don't have the item, don't have a refund and am down $1600 for this item with zero follow up and it's been over 2 months. At this point, I'd like the item back or a store credit/refund. I will definitely think twice before I ever consider shopping at Nordstrom again after this.Nordstrom, Inc.

Please avoid this store. I went in and was helped by a woman named ***. At the time I thought she was nice. But she is inept at her job. We went home with things missing from our bags, she sent items we ordered to the wrong address and, worst of all, she sold me clothing that did not fit me in areas she measured (like my neck). Im now at a wedding with clothing that doesnt fit thanks to an inept woman and her team of moronic assistants. She should not be working in this business as she has absolutely no attention to detail. Then she blamed me for the whole thing. No return call. No responsibility. Rude texts blaming the customer.Nordstrom, Inc.

I received a gift card that was already used from Nordstrom. Do not buy gift cards from this company, they do not care if the cards are stolen or misused. I never had the chance to use, the card was never used and I have the gift receipt along with the packaging. Buyer beware, I will no longer purchase gift cards for Nordstrom. They do not care to investigate or care about customers. Law enforcement will not file a $100.00 claim, this is small claims and it would cost me more to file in court. Ordered a pair of ********** jeans for $237 on 12/18 for store pickup. On about 12/24 they charged me $237. The email confirmation I received said they would be ready for pickup by 1/2. Well 1/2 rolls around, the last day of my holiday vacation, and the item still isn't available for pickup. The Nordstrom store is 80 miles round trip. I ordered it for pickup so I could purchase some other items while I was there. Namely a Canada Goose coat.So I initiate a chat with their customer service agent, Faith, to inquire if they were going to be ready today as promised. She informed me that there was a problem with the order. What problem I have no idea. So I told her to just do a refund as I've waited OVER TWO WEEKS already. She said she would. While being completely apathetic to the situation. I then get an email stating they need to do an investigation before a refund is issued which may take 1 to three business days to approve. WHAT INVESTIGATION!? IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOUR STORE FOR PICKUP!! NOT TO MY HOUSE. Refund my money that you've had since 12/24 then do your investigation? At what point do I start demanding interest?I'm going back to ordering from *************************, **** and *************** I've never been treated so poorly by a so called "Luxury Retailer" before. I placed an expensive order before christmas and two of the three items in my order did not deliver to my house! There was no option to require signature and a sketchy delivery service (lasership) was used instead of ***** or **** I complained to customer service and the associate was very sweet, she tried to even track down the items in store so i could hopefully go pick them ** in person but none were in stock. She requested a refund for me which was denied saying they have proof of delivery. I am absolutely disgusted with how this was handled and how because someone either stole or lost my package i am unable to get a replacement or a refund for my items which were CHRISTMAS GIFTS. After being on hold for hours and going back and forth in the chat with associates they stood firm on not refunding or sending a replacement for me. They told me to make a police report but that will not give me my money back. They also told me to ship with ***** or other carriers in the futurewhich i wouldve if that was an option provided to me when i placed the order. I will no longer shop at nordstrom even though my family has for years, my brother even worked for their company years ago. This is a horrible experience and im extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers.Nordstrom, Inc.
