I purchased two make up items that totaled over $100. I received a confirmation email that statedYou will receive an email when your items are ready to ship. In fact, the confirmation email said twice I would be receiving more emails regarding my order. I ordered ***** and received absolutely zero emails. I kept checking. Last night, on the 17th I checked the status and it said In process . It turns out the package was delivered at 10:47 am that morning. I live in a large apartment building and there are loads of packages, so I had no clue it was delivered. I never received any information on this package. This is the second time this happened. No communication whatsoever other than a confirmation. I found a small status link today at 3 pm and saw the package had been delivered YESTERDAY. And they now ship with a notoriously horrible shipping company, Lasership. I have shopped at Nordstrom since ****. I am done. The stores used to be so warm and they had really great customer service. Then they redesigned the store, took out the grand piano and put in a Pop-in-Shop. It became a sterile cold commercial looking store. And the customer service was horrible. I was literally abused in the store so badly, that I stopped shopping in the stores. Now Nordstrom online stinks. I tried to call their customer service and held for 15 minutes. Then I hung up. Im done with online now. If you cant send a confirmation email that you promise twice to send in the confirmation email, then you are liars who are only out to make a buck and dont care about your customers.Nordstrom, Inc.

While reviewing the order, I see that a confirmation email was sent when the order was placed, An email was sent when the order was shipped, another one was sent when the package was out for delivery, and a final email was sent when we received notification the package had been delivered. You may want to check your filter settings to make sure our emails aren't being sent to your spam folder. Our customer care team would be more than happy to assist you with checking these filters.

My NordstromRack order was delivered to an address other than my own by ***** which was obvious from the photo in the delivery confirmation. Nordstrom refused to refund me for an order I never received, which is completely insane.Nordstrom, Inc.

Nordstroms advertised a Lancome Gift with Purchase (***)) special on Cyber Monday (11/27/2023). I purchased a qualified item and received confirmation that Nordstroms would send the item and the *** on 11/27/2023. I received an email on 12/01/2023 that Nordstrom cancelled the ***. I submitted a complaint with the BBB on 12/01/2023 requesting that Nordstrom send a comparable *** as advertised on 11/27/2023. I still have not received a response from Nordstrom as of 12/11/2023.Nordstrom, Inc.

I received the wrong item in the mail and was told I now have to wait 4 weeks for a refund. Every time I ask for the refund (i already mailed the return back and the tracking number says it was received) they tell me there is nothing they can do. I find that impossible to believe. Also the only reason I returned it at all is because they sent the wrong item. But now I am done with Nordstrom.Nordstrom, Inc.

I placed an order on 11/10 for a pair of premium sneakers for $400 on the Nordstrom site and was supplied a ***** number. After several days I noticed the package was not moving and that ***** had not received the package so I contacted customer service and was told to wait longer. I contacted customer service on 11/20, the final day that I was supposed to receive the package, and was told to wait till 11/23 to give ***** enough time to deliver it. I was also told by that customer service rep that the item was shipped out but that ***** had not scanned the item. On 11/22, I called a customer service rep and was told a claim would have to be opened and once approved that I would get a refund. Apparently, the store that was supposed to have shipped this item to me never shipped it. I learned that the store is located in **********, the same state as me, so the package should've gotten to me shortly after I placed the order on 11/10. The shoe in my size is now sold out and Nordstrom have no way to rectify the situation by offering a discount on a future order except wasting my time and causing me a headache for a premium product. This is not a premium experience and I will keep this in mind the next time I shop for premium designer items online.Nordstrom, Inc.

I ordered a shirt for my husband. It was going to be a Christmas gift. It cost me $540. It was delivered by ONTRAC. To my horror, they sent me a completely different shirt. I was first told that I would get an email about "pickup". Never received one, so 24 hours later, I talked to another person. This time around, I was promised a full refund immediately and informed it would be picked up by ***** The **** person told me he did not work for ONTRAC but took the wrong shirt anyway. He said he would scan it and hope it would get processed. Fast forward to the late afternoon, I got an email saying that my refund request got "rejected". I called their customer service line immediately and was told that the email was another mistake. The person on the phone assured me that I would get a full refund right away. In less than an hour, I got an email advising me that I could keep the item if my "missing merchandise shows up". Their staff don't even have time to craft an email tailored to my situation. This company is a trash. I am going to cancel my NORDY debit card. I do not trust this company and their policy. I would shop from them when I absolutely have to and even then I would only use my credit card. Not their debit card.Nordstrom, Inc.

They sold me a pair of pants for over $600 after sizing me and tailoring them. I told them they still fit tightly but they assured me they would be okay because they will "fix" it if they are wrong. They tore 3" at seam on the first wear and I brought them back to be fixed. The store is 45 min from my house so it was two hours total travel time including parking and going in the store. They refused to do so at the suit counter and told me to go pound sand. Their excuse was they did not have a dry clean tag on them so they won't touch them. They'd hardly been worn more than 30 minutes. They took over $600 from me for defective pants and made it extremely difficult to get any recourse whatsoever. They didn't want to take them back either for my money back. I will never shop here again as long as I live and will tell everyone I know whenever they talk about clothes to never shop at Nordstrom either.Nordstrom, Inc.

I placed 2 different orders for the same pair of shoes because the first order was never delivered and they do not resend items. The second pair was sent to a previous address that was not on my account anymore and was not listed as the shipping address when the order was placed. Which I have a screenshot of the confirmation email with the correct shipping address. I start a chat where they stated they could not resend items and would have to put in a request to get me a refund. Part of the original payment was a gift card and part was a credit card. The only option for the refund was to return them to the original payments but after having such a terrible experience with both orders and then also with their customer service I did not want to spend anymore money with them so I requested that the entire refund be returned to my credit card, but they stated that was not an option because that is what the system does and they are not able to override it. Worst customer service experience Ive ever received.Nordstrom, Inc.
