They do not honor their pricing. There is a reason they have a low score. They told me they were being transparent and they lied about not honoring pricing for anyone. Stay away!Nordstrom, Inc.

*********************************************************************************** No where on this product description it mentions that this is a pre owned product . I did not know that this was a pre owned product. I would not have purchased this product if was a pre owned product. I only got to know after i received the product and it mentions on the box . And now it is a final sale product. I am completely disappointed with with a big company like Nordstrom . Definitely be careful on Nordstrom product description on their website Also the website does not allow you to review the item . it throws an error.. i am guessing this is your way to not get any bad reviews.. so had to come to BBB to keep a review Seems like many people have the same issue.. lot of mal practices seem to be going on with NordstromNordstrom, Inc.

I had to pay for my stolen package, was it funny? And there’s a a pair of shoes in a tiny box told me had checked everything was correct and all in the box, I didn’t receive my goods and still need to pay for it without refund or another shipment.Nordstrom, Inc.

Our delivery research department has communicated with you that we will not be able to move forward with a refund or replacement following the results from our internal investigation. If you have not already done so I would advise filing a police report. I received an order with missing and damaged parts. It did not come with all the parts in the photos, yet they refuse to let me return the falsely advertised product due to it being "final sale". This is not what I agreed to purchase and it is not my fault that their website is using incorrect photos that do not accurately represent what you actually receive in the mail.Nordstrom, Inc.

I received my order damaged. I reached out to Nordstrom and they did not care and just said to return it to get my refund. So, I submit a return and then notice there's a return label included in my package. So I went ahead and used that one. I called to make sure it was fine to use that one instead of the one provided online and she said that was fine. I then asked if it would slow down my refund and she said it would not. Well, my return FINALLY got delivered back to Nordstrom and I reach out asking how long it would be for me to get my refund now that is delivered back. They said that there is no activity showing on the return label upon tracking it. I explained I used the one provided and was told this was not issue. However, apparently it does slow down the refund timing because they have no way to track my return now. I am being told to wait 14 days! Seriously?! I receive a damaged order and have to wait this long...so it's going to be over three weeks before I even see my money back for a damaged order! I also tried submitting a review about my experience with my order on Nordstrom and they kept rejecting my review. Apparently honest feedback is not allowed. I also have been live chatting with an ****** and she was zero help and I explained my frustration and her response was so sorry for the inconvenience and have a great rest of your day. **************** is JOKE!Nordstrom, Inc.

I have placed order from online. it was showing delivered but i couldnt find package. i found out that that package was stolen . i called police and report stolen package. After that i called nordstrom and informed that package was stolen and gave them report number, now they dont want to refund my money back this is insane!!Nordstrom, Inc.

Why would a high end retail store use a ***** **** delivery service.. ************ makes too much money to use a delivery service that is not a good delivery service. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and people need to go on there to read OnTrac reviews just as I thought that this high end retail store would know better to do, but obviously they dont care they just want your moneyNordstrom, Inc.

Buyer BEWARE!Nordstrom Rack has changed their return policy. If purchased online, you only have 40 days to return for full refund. You have 60 days for in-store credit. Any days over 60 - you get nothing!I recently purchased belts for my son. He didnt like them.I tried to return them, in original packing with tags and was told no for being 68 days since my online purchase date. In 2023, this seems like a very antiquated policy. I will be shopping elsewhere. No wonder Nordstrom stock continues to go down.Nordstrom, Inc.

However, this does appear to align with the Nordstrom Rack return policy that is outlined on our website. For full refunds to original tender, items purchased online must be returned by 40 days after order date, and items purchased in stores must be returned by 30 days after purchase. For eligible late returns received up to ********************** purchase date, your refund will be credited to a gift card in the amount of your purchase.

I would give Nordstrom 0 stars if possible. I ordered a pair of ***** loafers. They said they were delivered yet I never received them. Received an email at 10:23pm saying they were on their way then again at 1:17am saying they were delivered. I work multiple jobs I am sleep at 1:17am in the morning. The Nordstrom tracking posted that they were delivered at 1:41pm. I have a mail room I did not see my shoes. Ive never had this happen. I called Nordstrom they confirmed that the delivery was made outside of my door despite the fact that I have a mail room. They will not provide a refund and they never offered to properly re mail a replacement in a secure place like my mail room like any other company would.they told me to call the police but if they wouldve delivered my package in the mail room like every other company that Ive successfully purchased from my shoes would not have been stolen if they really even delivered it. Save yourself the hassle and learn from my mistake do not buy from Nordstrom they do not care for their consumers and I am just out of $1100, with nothing to show for it just a headache. They pretty much have no remorse for me giving them my hard earned money and not receiving the purchase. Nordstrom needs to be out of business if they are just taking people money.Nordstrom, Inc.

I purchased a coffee maker online. They sent me a coffee maker in an open box, that was damaged, used, and dirty, with coffee stains still on it, not even washed. I called customer service and they informed me that they would not replace it, and I would have to repurchase it, and they would not even expedite the shipping. Meanwhile, I paid for a new item.Nordstrom, Inc.
