      Zero stars. I received an email from them saying I needed to change my payment option on my account for a (1) wagon I ordered. On my credit card I was using I knew the money was there. So I was confused. So I clicked the link and changed my payment method to my bank account. So after I did this I called my credit card company and the payment wasn't denied for the $265. So now I log into Amazon.com and low and behold they are charging me for (2) wagons at $265 a piece. I called they said it was already shipped which I have proof that the website says ordered not shipped. They refuse to refund my account for the 2nd wagon they added themselves which they have done to me multiple times in the past. Why would I need over $500 in freaking wagons. I told the customer service representative I was reporting them. She had no response nor did she care. Do NOT order from Amazon.com they are rip offs and thieves. They refused to refund me for what they did.

      I've ordered items with same day or next day delivery and the delivery date has been pushed out each time. I order items because they come that quickly. Not anymore, Amazon you are the last resort. Ordering items for my business has caused a delay in my business. I will go out and pick up the item and save the hassle.

      They wrongfully billed me over $140 dollars and proceeded to tell me theres nothing they can do but have me wait up to 10 days for my money back on a completely unauthorized charge. I never agreed to the charge and they admitted that I had never agreed to it but theres nothing they can do to expedite the refund of my money they wrongfully took.

      I ordered a set of id tags for my luggage.Never received it. About 5 days went by with no notifications of its whereabouts.ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER!I received a notice its undeliverable and sent back to seller. (Of course I canceled my prime).This has happened on so many occasions I decided to post something about Amazon.Its a ID tag for a suitcase. Getting it delivered apparently was just to tough for Amazon to handle-again!Below is a copy / paste of notification and tracking,Undeliverable Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your order. Shipped with Amazon Tracking ID: Thursday, March 16 6:22 AM Package being processed at carrier facility.6:09 AM Package is returning to seller.********, ** Wednesday, March 15 6:49 AM Package left an Amazon facility.*********, ********** ** 3:29 AM Package arrived at an Amazon facility.*********, ********** ** Friday, March 10 7:00 PM Package delayed in transit 4:00 PM Package delayed in transit Carrier picked up the package.Times are shown in the local timezone.Would not be so frustrating if they cared about you. They dont. Only money. Look how fast they took my money Look how fast I received the item.Money was instantly taken.Item was never received. Even almost a half a month later.Also, Still waiting for my promised refund!

      Hey ****, you guys have been messing up a lot these days. Honestly the frequency of mishaps in delivery has been nearing your competitors levels. Get better or lose my business, how you've mismanaged the market advantage is astounding. I hope you find a way to fix the direction you guys are headed in and I hope NLP picks up how badly you've messed up for me to be writing this review. Just get better logistically or face a lot more consumer backlash. Really sad performance, low energy.

      Amazon customer support has gone so far downhill its actually hard to describe. I remember once when I had pre ordered a video game and it did not arrive on launch day. Amazon customer support not only overnighted a copy of the gane but fully refunded the cost of the purchase. Now I don't expect that level of customer support for every problem I encounter, however the attitude now from Amazon support is essentially F*** Y**. I had a Dirt bike helmet on Peime that showed next day delivery, I purchased it, the next day it shipped yet it showed the arrival date was 5 days out. I go back and look at the item and it shows if I order now I'll get it tomorrow. Obviously some glitch occurred and it was shipped from a warehouse in CA, I'm in FL. Upon contacting Amazon support they literally refused to even admit a mistake was made and instead attempted to gaslight me by explaining that next day doesn't necessarily really mean "next day". More importantly and more recently I attempted to purchase a $1600 E scooter on Amazon, fulfilled by third party not amazon. When it arrived it did not even turn on, Amazon refused to demand the seller pay return shipping. I requested refund on the 9th, Talked to them today the 15th and now they will take 3-5 days to get my refund request "to the appropriate team". And the entire way through this (scooter arrived on 4th) not once did I feel like anyone at Amazon actually gave a c*** about my issue. If there's anywhere else you can get the item you need, please do not use Amazon.

      I was banned after leaving a one star review about an awful product. I didn't violate their terms of service, I received no warnings and their assessment of my review was wrong. I felt defeated after having spent over 10k on Amazon in the preceeding two years. I trusted their reviews were correct and enjoyed being part of that process. After contacting them several times, I've received no reason for the ban and no human communication (a human that investigates, considers, and responds with facts) Yesterday they renewed my Amazon Prime membership when I had turned it off after being banned from writing reviews. How do they think a customer will continue to purchase form them when she can't leave an honest review of the product? No, it doesn't work that way.

      I have been publishing with Amazon KDP since 2019. They are awful on every level. **************** is always difficult. Generally, it takes multiple people to try to resolve. Some of the issues I've encountered:1) Delayed shipping on my books (weeks out) even when I purchase as a consumer and not via the author copies option.2) Books arriving with ************** issues, lines, words cut, crooked pages, etc. (customers receive books like this and assume it is the author's issue-which it never is. You can't upload a book without it passing their inspection). This causes terrible reviews and instantly decreases your book's value and credibility as a publisher.3) They have issues with their approval process (normally takes up to 72 hours). I've had books sitting in limbo for weeks unbeknownst to me. It has taken many attempts to resolvemultiple times.4) If you search for your book title using the exact name, your book won't come up but many other products do. Try it yourself. One of my books is called: A Compilation of Flowers (type that into their search and though NO OTHER product has that wording, my book won't come up). This is detrimental to independent authors who are already fighting to get visibility.5) They charge for ads but can't tell you what ads. I once had to pay them for ads I didn't order before I could place new ads and they had no information about what the previous charge was (IE which book, what ad, statistics, etc).6) Worst, they are cheating authors out of royalties. They aren't the publisher but the print service. IE, book list price $9.99, Print cost $5.61. Royalties s/b $2.62 @60%, they show .38 (cents!). The royalty explanation is buried, and vague. There is no way to view projected royalties unless you are in the setup process.
