      Amazon Prime as a service has become so terrible that I'm on the verge of cancelling. When I signed up, I signed up for 2 day shipping, not free music, not free movies, not free gaming, not free kindle books....free 2 day shipping. Somehow Prime as a service has completely lost focus of why people actually wanted it to begin with and now offers superfluous services tied to to it that I frankly could care less about. "2 day shipping" has now turned into a solid 4-5 to a week shipping and sometimes I don't even get the package at all! 2 times in the last week the package hasn't even shipped and I haven't received on "stated" delivery date. One of the packages was for a birthday and one for a 6 year old that spent most of the day crying that his package wasn't showing up when it said it would (I know...first world problem). However, don't sell this as a paid service if it can't meet customer expectations. This service is becoming terrible and something needs to change. My renewal is in April and for the first time in YEARS I'm seriously considering just canceling all together and going to ******* plus. Please bring back what made Amazon Prime great to begin with.

      Their customer service is absolutely horrible some of the worst Ive ever seen. I kept getting bounced around and they speak very very very poor English, the 12 month installment plan on purchase of $250 or more, that is a complete lie my order came up to almost $300 and refused to give me the 12 months, and while on the phone with them, they then decided to hang up the phone on me. Amazon customer service absolutely ***** ****. It will be a great day when Amazon can go out of business

      Amazon's customer service has disappeared. Nothing shows up on time anymore so the delivery dates are meaningless. When I reach out for help with a late order, they'll just cancel it. Never an apology or offer to make things right. They really have given up on the customer and it's showing hard. I highly recommend seeking alternatives for online shopping.

      Amazon customer support needs training and better customer service practices. I reached out after 2 fire sticks were stolen from my home to have the items blacklisted. The rep first stated that she could do the blacklist but then stated she could not. I requested to speak with a manager who was very unprofessional. I stated what I was calling for and the help I needed and his response was when calling in to customer service I do not tell him what to do, he tells me. I have sent an email to the corporate office but never got a response. I also noticed one of the firesticks that I deleted reappeared and along with 40 apps now added to my amazon account on the same day I spoke with customer service(January 28, 2023). Not only is this fraudulent but also illegal to allow access to a stolen device and have my account open to more fraudulent charges.

      I pay for an Amazon account. I ordered a product and still today it says its going to be delivered by tonight, however, it shows its not even out for delivery. I reached out and they said that it indeed was at the hub and hasnt left. My status still shows its going to be delivered today. I asked them if I could go pick it up and they told me no it will be delivered between ***** hours! This is ridiculous that my product is being held hostage! Its paid for. I asked them to make this right even talked to a supervisor they said they could do nothing. I have an Amazon warehouse in the town I live in! They could do nothing and would not allow me to pick it up! I deserve an explaination why we buy a product and arent allowed to pick it up in person. We can with fed ex, *** and even *****

      Amazon is now falsely advertising delivery times. For example, they list a product as next day delivery but you do not get the product you ordered for several days. This has happened to me more and more lately, that is why I am writing this review. I have been a Prime member for a long time now and I see how the company is changing for the worse. I have begun looking for other online product purchasing search engines that can replace Amazon.

      Why bother paying for Prime? My orders rarely show up in 2 days. They are normally delayed when shipped by ***** Really getting fed up with Amazon. All I get are excuses by people that don't really understand english..

      **************** has gone to s*** with **********************! You have a bunch of foreign people on the phone who can barely understand you. The. When you call because the drive puts a note on delivery that says HANDED TO CUSTOMER when they didnt even walk it to the door the. We go to look around for it and they didnt even deliver it. So between the s*** customer service and the lazy a** drivers. Its pathetic!!! But instead of firing those drivers that dont do the job correctly. They then wont return your money for their own f*** up.

      My order tracking page says after 1 week: "Your package may be lost We're very sorry your delivery is so late. Although it may still arrive, you can request a refund now."This means is it lost or may still arrive? They are probably traveling in space right now.I requested a refund and their refund button seems not working. ********* isn't it? Isn't this hilarious or what? Is just ridiculous.

      I think I have been scammed. Amazon is selling things (on a 3rd market) for companies over seas who then send us trash or dont send the product at all.. then Amazon says it was sold from the 3rd market so they do not have to refund the money! I bought a GoPlus Gym, it came in multiple packages late and incomplete parts.. **************** nor Amazon will return my money after many attempts.I have been robbed. If you want to stop scammersstart with the ones operating legally like AMAZON
