      My sister, who has Autism got her first job over the summer, with some guidance from a local job center who helps those with needs find work, help them train and teach them various skills. She lives with my parents and its working towards being independent and doing adult things. Shes saved every ***** of her money to purchase a gaming computer for herself. She ordered off Amazon March 2nd and found out yesterday March 6th her account was closed. We had a ton of questions about whether or not she would be receiving the computer or a refund. We spoke with four different customer service reps in 2 days getting different answers each time. Finally spoke with a supervisor, she pretty much told us there was nothing they could do and to dispute with the bank or get a lawyer and have them get the information. Absolutely ridiculous that Amazon would have a policy as such. They closed the account for absolutely no reason. We didnt ask to close it nor was there any activity that went against guidelines. Not to mention the lady threatened to hang up on me when I was asking questions. I was not swearing, yelling or anything I just wanted to make sure all bases were being covered. I cant believe they took ***** from my autistic sister and wont even help to resolve the issue. What a shame

      Working with Amazon as a business is a total nightmare. We have 100s of problems and each one takes getting a runaround for weeks.

      We ordered 2 bathroom faucets from Amazon. They were suppose to be delivered Saturday March 4, 2023. Our motorhome is at a service center waiting on these faucets and we are not able to go on our vacation because we need these faucets. Amazon is always delivering other people's packages to our home and now they have delivered are package to someone else's home. Who must not be honest enough to bring them to us. I had my husband look on line to see where they were and it says they were delivered Saturday. But just not to our house. So I called Amazon customer Service and spoke with ***************** ( he said he was a supervisor and we could not go any higher than him. I asked if they took a picture of the house they delivered the faucets to. They said no. They had no idea where they delivered them. He said he could have us some more by Wednesday. I told him NO. That he needed to over night them. That this had our vacation all messed up. He refused. He said he could cancel the order and we could reorder it, that way we would have to pay to over night them. I said NO. I told him Amazon created this problem and it is their responsibility to fix it. I am so disappointed in Amazon's response to their mistake. Then to tell me I could not go any higher than him and hang up on me.

      Amazon used to provide very good service and prompt delivery. Ever since they have been handling their own deliveries they have been a disaster, I am prime member and I am supposed to get one or two day delivery. Many of my deliveries arrive late or not at all. Some of my packages have been delivered to the wrong address. Their online delivery tracking is a joke. They tell you that the delivery will arrive today but the tracking shows it is not even close to the destination. Then for the next two days they insist it will arrive. Finally on the third day they offer a refund. I really dont want a refund. I want my product delivered so time and correctly. Im not sure why I pay $139 per year for such poor service.

      Amazon is a thief, I purchased a truck bed cover and didn't receive all the prices. Was told to return the one piece, and I would get a full refund. Purchased on Jan 21st 2023 returned the one piece Jan 25th 2023 and yet to see my payment return.

      Amazon is a benefit to foreign sellers. Mainly *****. Amazon ***** now and does not look out for the customer. There is no quality in anything Amazon presents. ******************* is a douchebag for what he has let happen to Amazon. Like he doesnt have enough money ? Amazon has ruined or dissolved countless small businesses. Amazon is not what America needs. I hope ******************* runs Amazon all the way into the ground, hes off to a good start.

      Amazon lies to their customers about delivery times and dates, they give you the runaround and hang up on you if you call, their 2 day delivery is a scam as it's 2 days from when they ship not from order date, so if you order something today and they don't ship for 3 days then your delivery is at least 5 days from the order day, what a lie about 2 day delivery and prime membership !!!

      I have been ordering Amazon Fresh for years. Orders over $35 have always had free shipping. They have now aided the minimum for free shipping to $150.00 that is an insane amount of groceries first of all. And, if they intend on leaving these orders in a hub at an apartment complex, they are going to run out of space. Anyways until they lower the amount for free shipping they have lost a Fresh customer! I can get ******* delivery for free. ?????

      Amazon has the best customer service I have ever seen with any company. If I have needed to send something back, I have always gotten a refund for it. I can cancel all the way up until my order has been shipped. Anything that's been broken, I have gotten a refund for. I can trust ordering with them.
