      Nearly impossible to get assistance or help. One click to get a trial membership but after 20 minutes of trying I can't figure out how to cancel it. AWFUL.

      Amazon Delivery's quality has dropped dramatically since the pandemic. I have had no issues with other delivery services getting the packages directly to me during this time. Amazon will now usually leave a package on my city stoop without even a knock, despite being home waiting for the package to arrive. All of my stolen packages have been under Amazon delivery using three different locations. My most recent order was divided in two. **** delivered their half, the Amazon half was left on my stoop and stolen. A customer service representative would not provide a refund on this order due to their "Risk of Loss" policy and told me to use a more "a more secure shipping address". Again, three stolen packages under Amazon Delivery in three different locations. I was willing to quietly limit Amazon usage, but then they sent an email saying I have "a high number of refunds or replacements for shipments that are marked as delivered but not received," calling it unusual account activity that could potentially close my account. This scared me, and it took a few weeks to get the confidence to write this. From now on, I only plan to use Amazon as a last resort. I recommend others do the same, especially if you live in a city since they don't include a "more secure shipping address," according to Amazon.

      My account was hacked and someone bought a camera for ****** plus tax Spent 6hrs on phone with tech and refund said would get half of my money back today from a Mr ******************* and the rest on Monday after verification of my cash app account which they already know I have put haven't seen a dime that's why I'm here

      I had a charge on my credit card that I did not recognize. I called Amazon to see if I could find out what that charge was. It was one of the most frustrating attempts to speak to someone I have ever gone through. I have the IVRs, but this one is the worst I have experienced. Then when I got someone on the line they told me that someone named ***** had used my credit card to order Prime. So I filed fraud with my credit card company. Then my son (17) lets me know that he got an email that his prime was being disputed. He did not even know that he had prime and did not feel that he had signed up for Prime. We reviewed his account and sure enough it was on there so now I had to call my credit card company back up to let them know. Then I tried to contact Amazon to lodge a complaint to let them know. They do everything in there power to make sure you can't speak to someone or have an easy avenue to complain so I came here to share my experience. I like a lot of things about Amazon, but my goodness get your act together. I have spent hours when this could have been a quick call to find out what happened. I know that every company does its best to not have humans answer the phone but some questions can't be answered by a computer and there needs to be a quick way to let you know of a complaint instead of making someone jump through a bunch of hoops. Very, very disappointed. I used to be a promoter of your organization, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

      I ordered a DAP concrete water seal on Feb 24 o. Feb26 item was shown as undeliverable Why? Just a long list of list of possible reasons. So on Feb 26 I reordered the product. On Feb 28 with alerts and cameras (I brought from Amazon) Delivery guy put in my bench storage IAs he was walking to the truck I got the package and it was empty. I called and they started a replacement order. At noon on March 2 I got the alert the package was 10 stops away It got to 9 then it went it would deliver by 5 pm then 10 then at 9 pm package is undeliverable. Both undeliverable I. Receive a refund once the product is returned All attempts to find out why this happened was fruitless. When my Prime membership expires I plan to stop using Amazon

      Terrible customer service. Could barely understand the broken English. Told to verify a new account by purchasing a gift card through Amazon at another retailer. Was told once the purchase was complete I would have to charge refunded. I didn't get verified but did have $100 taken from my credit card. Called customer service. They have no record of the transaction and called a liar. I am a disabled vet and all of this is hard on me. Let the buyer beware.

      I've had Amazon for over 8 years, the customer service have become unreliable, very rude and just not what the company used to be..Dont understand why the drop off so noticeable, guess it's back to ordering ******* ONLINE..I will be canceling after 8 years and moving on

      Amazon used to have one of the best customer service departments in online ordering. Now, only Chewy is left. The last four times I've talked with an Amazon representative, the agents were rude and one even mimicked me. I pay his salary, and perhaps the company can remind him and others like him that customers matter. I wonder if the agents are poorly vetted and poorly paid. I know they're poorly trained. Even so, they are the face of the company. Please take customer reviews seriously, or you will continue to be at the bottom of the barrel. I ordered electronics from Best Buy and DVDs from Target today to avoid giving Amazon any more of my money.

      All of a sudden Amazon took away my privilege's to write a review for a product i had ordered. This was done quite a long time back but I have been trying to reach customer service but no response. I have no other option but to report them for removing this privilege's.       Amazon is filled with a bunch of liars from the top chair all the way down ! I will never use Amazon ever again .
