      They took over Brown ***** Tickets and have been *** on paying what they owe. They dont answer support requests and are now months into trying to weasel their way out of paying what they owe. Don't trust them. Don't let them handle your gig. They will steal from you and you'll never hear from them again. Too bad ZERO stars isn't an option.

      We have used BPT for years for our tiny nonprofit, but we are still owed money from last July !Over $16,000 , and no response from the company at all. Won't use them again.

      We have been waiting over 20 days now for the funds from our event. We are owed $28,000!!! We have opened a complaint with the Attorney General for **************** (they are a ******* based business.). If you have not received your payment in the 10 day period and they do not respond to your e-mail, open a Consumer Complaint with the **************** AG.

      we use brown paper tickets for an event, and were so proud of our pre-sale numbers, but it doesnt matter because brown paper tickets arbitrarily decided to not pay **.

      BPT is always the cheapest ticket option I find when events come to town. Their website is easy to navigate and you can choose to print your tickets at home or have physical copies mailed to you.
