      ******* Flamenco has used Brown Paper Tickets (BPT) to sell tickets to our arts events since 2014 with no issues. This spring, we have yet to receive the funds from two shows. The total owed is $8,850.******* Flamenco is a flamenco arts studio newly located in downtown ********, ******. We require these funds to pay rent, utilities, instructors, etc. BPT and Events.com (the new owner) are not answering phone calls or directly replying to emails. Other than automated replies to emails, we have not received a response to our inquiries regarding the late payments.

      I'm still waiting on a payment for an event on 6/17/23. I haven't been provided with any payment or updates on payments. This is unacceptable.

      We used Brown Paper Tickets successfully 4 times in past years. They handled our library's Literary Stroll on May 7, 2023 and owe ** $650. They have not paid ** and only respond to my emails with automatic messages that they will be contacting me.

      Like many of these reviewers, we too have been affected by the atrocious negligence of this company. Our non-profit hosted 2 events this year, March 18th and June 3rd and have yet to receive any of the ticket sale funds (close to $3,000). Numerous attempts to contact support have been unanswered. Events.com and BPT need to be held accountable for these actions. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

      We hosted a library fundraiser and used Brown Paper Tickets for online sales. I have emailed and got an auto response. We had the event on May 5th and have not received payment yet. I saw that it was acquired by Events.com which also is not answering the phone. I'm not sure what to do!

      Our recital was on May 13, 2023 and we used Brown Paper Tickets. We have yet to receive disbursement of $13,960!!! We have sent several emails and have received only auto replies. I am Co-Owner of **********************, LLC in *********, ********. This is the first time we have had an issue with this company. Based on the numerous current negative reviews we are considering turning this over to an attorney.

      With a vast array of partner stores available, I consistently find items that appeal to me. I'm exceedingly satisfied with this software and would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

      Brown Paper Tickets has owed our organization monies from tickets sold for over 7 months. Their phone lines are down and they are impossible to get a hold of. Despite my numerous requests to help ** set up automatic payments to our organization's bank account, they never acquiesced nor even contacted me back. At present, we are owed close to $6,000 in unpaid ticket monies accrued. I understand that they have been purchased by Events.com, who, also, have been of no help, passing the buck back to BPT. I recommend NOT using their service for ticketing; their interface is in desperate need of updating, their flow is confusing, their reports generated come out as nonsense, and it is impossible to speak to anyone. On top of that, they hold monies and you have to remind and remind them to disburse them to you--if they decide they want to comply. We are a small, re-emerging non-profit venue and their negligence is causing ** incredible financial hardships. We will be pursuing legal action should this issue not be resolved.
