Boundless was a stress-relief to use. The process of obtaining a fiance **** is overly complex, and they made it as simple to do as you possibly could. Everyone arrived to their calls on time, scheduling with the lawyer was super easy, the call was great, and everything so far has been relatively easy. Of course, now that the application is sent off, I don't know how well they help after this point during the long wait, but I guess I will see. So far though, I feel relatively comfortable about what they put together and sent in for me. I'm just hoping their service continues being just as helpful with the remaining part.

Scam. They demand payment before the process even starts, the consultant didn't show up for the scheduled call and now, a year later, they keep sending me spam emails and refuse to remove my email address from their database.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

I can not get a real lawyer nor a supervisor on the phone.This service is terrible. Do not spend your money here, get a lawyer.Boundless sent me an incomplete application and had me send it to the ****** The ***** rejected it and Boundless did not alert **** waited 6 months for no reason and need to resubmit the application.Don't waste your time and money here.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

We take full responsibility for ensuring your application is complete and ready for submission.Upon thorough review, we have observed that the package we sent you were complete and contained all the necessary government forms, along with supporting documents and detailed instructions on where to sign and mail them. Unfortunately, your application was rejected by the ***** due to missing signatures, rendering it incomplete. We regret any miscommunication that might have caused this oversight.
We want to stress that Boundless, as a preparer, does not receive notification from the ***** in the event of application rejection. The rejection notice is sent directly to the applicant's mailing address. We understand that you received the rejection notice in January but only recently discovered it. We sincerely apologize for any delay or confusion this caused.

Backend support is quite good at this company. I think it's an okay and suitable service for people who have straightforward applications and just want to avoid the hassle. However, chat support is very poor and you can tell most of them lack proper etiquette and education. For that reason I had to go with another company since the value for money drops extremely much due to this. Still, I feel the upper layers of support are good and the service is overall decently done.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

Don't use this service. It is basically a scam. They demand payment before you fill out any forms, and heaven forbid you change your mind or have complications because their refund policy is 14 days from payment, regardless of whether they have had to do ANY work at all to help you.Use at your own risk.Boundless Immigration, Inc.

I have used their service to help me fill out a I-129F petition and all they do is put together a package to send to USCIS. This is something that anyone can do without the assistance of Boundless. $1,200 seems like a waste of money and they don't even follow up with you after the petition has been approved. Ultimately my fianc's was denied and I demanded a refund from Boundless. They had the nerve to tell me that I haven't disclosed my fianc's crime history but it was never asked in any of the questionnaires or the I-129F itself. Overall, trash company and I highly recommend if you want any real assistance with immigration, please hire a real immigration attorney.Boundless Immigration, Inc.
