My husband and I are extremely pleased to have worked with Boundless! I won't say it was super easy (of course, it is a whole process) but I will say the only tedious part was gathering the documents, and honestly, it was not even that bad since they provided a document with a list and instructions of what we needed. They explained and broke down EVERYTHING, then they reviewed, listened to our questions, and made sure we completely understood it all. They also followed up with us to make sure we were getting all of our stuff and avoid delaying the process. When we received our package, I was impressed by how neatly they gathered our documents, put our case together, and made sure one more time that we filled out what was left with ease, as they included a little card with instructions and sticky notes in the file. Absolutely amazing, I don't know if we could have done it as smoothly as it was with Boundless. Thank you so much!!!

After calling me for months and days asking why I haven't started my marriage based green card application I gave if a shot ... They assured whatever documents were hard to find they would help out hence the $1200 charge .. I began making payments and got stuck on how to create a template ( not computer literate) this company simply couldn't help with just creating a template at this point I had paid about $700 ..I decided to ask for a refund since they were wasting my time and I find it quite expensive to be paying $1200 to a company that can't help with the part of the application I was having difficulty with... They said as long as the application wasn't completed and checked I would get my refund.. it's been 2 months of contacting them they have refused to give me a refund or respond.. I have lost $700 and time PLEASE don't fall prey like I did be very careful with this companyBoundless Immigration, Inc.

About the refund process, we want to clarify that our policy indicates claims should be made within a 14-day window from the initial payment date. Unfortunately, your request for a refund was made beyond this timeframe, and as a result, we are unable to process a refund at this time. Your future payments have been cancelled, rest assured your card will no longer be deducted. And with that, the account has been updated accordingly. We apologize for any confusion regarding this matter.

5 starsThe entire process of information gathering and review was very easy and straightforward. I don't think we ever would have figured out which specific information and documents we would need on our own -- at least not without significantly more time and effort. The amount of time and effort we saved was well worth the price of the service!I'm writing this review before sending the materials to USCIS with the assumption that there will be no issues with information we have provided, due to the thorough review process. 5 starsI feel so bad for those who had a terrible time with their process with Boundless. My wife and I have had a very clear and easy time with getting her and her son a green card to live with me here in the US. Our initial questionnaire was easily filled out, we had all our needed documents beforehand, photos, and proofs as needed. Everything went very smoothly. I received my USCIS packets in a very timely manner. All instructions for me were clear and concise. The lawyer assigned to our packet was also very knowledgeable and even noticed some things we could have done instead of the direction we went, it was very eye-opening. Every time I called, I got the answers that I sought - professional and straightforward. I had already done a lot of homework on what was going to be needed, especially as a disabled veteran. I believe if you are well prepared and know what you're expected to have and not have beforehand - you're going to enjoy your time with Boundless. Boundless Immigration: A Disappointing Experience Boundless Immigration promises to simplify your immigration journey, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After paying the full amount upfront, I received an RFE (Request for Evidence) due to poorly filled forms on one of the files. Instead of rectifying their errors, they insisted that I hire a lawyer to handle the **** despite the issue being caused by their own negligence.Unnecessary Expenses and Unfulfilled Promises Despite paying for their services, I was now being asked to incur additional expenses for a lawyer to resolve an issue that was not of my making. Boundless Immigration failed to take responsibility for their mistakes and instead placed the financial burden on me.Additional Fees for ****** Services I decided to seek alternative assistance for the **** but Boundless Immigration refused to refund the $300 I paid for the lawyer services I never utilized. They maintained that they had provided me with "valuable services," even though I had not received the assistance I had originally paid for.Unreasonable Approach and Disregard for Customer Satisfaction **********************'s approach is unreasonable and unfair. They should have acknowledged their error and taken the necessary steps to correct it without demanding additional payment from me. Their insistence on payment for unused services, even though the issue was caused by their negligence, is a clear indication of their lack of accountability and their willingness to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.A Cautionary Tale My experience with Boundless Immigration serves as a cautionary tale for those considering their services. I urge anyone contemplating using Boundless Immigration to think twice. This is an updated review now that we have finally completed the green card process ourselves. I decreased my initial two-star review to one. Issues arose throughout the process, but I'll focus on three points.First, the initial phase was continually delayed due to technical errors in their system, conflicting written directions, and a failure to account for basic technical functionality (e.g., simple replies like a "Thanks!" from the attorney triggering a review and holding up the process).Second, confusion and errors occurred from Boundless staff. We've been married over a decade, have lived together outside the US in our own home nearly that entire time, and have plenty of shared assets. Our case was very straightforward. Yet trying to get answers to questions was incredibly difficult.The most frustrating aspect occurred due to my wife using a nickname that doesn't appear on official documents. We used that nickname for captions and social media, but all other documentation used her official name. They failed to catch this, and it led to an *** that delayed the process again. We then simply gave up on them, as responses to our inquiries regarding the *** became even slower. Third, Boundless blamed the customer rather than take responsibility for the issues on their end. In response to this same review on ******* Boundless claimed, "we noticed that you have made some errors in terms of the input of overlapping dates, and this has caused discrepancies in your document." Yet that was precisely one of the issues I raised during the process. The system would not support entering the dates properly and instead returned an error each time. When I tried to raise this issue with the support team, they again stated they were "confused" and indicated that THEY would fix it after I explained our situation multiple times.Ultimately, I don't feel that Boundless is worth the cost unless you need a great deal of help and can't afford to hire an independent attorney.Boundless Immigration, Inc.
