The Diamond "Elements" parking garage in ******** does not clearly state their rates. Nor do they provide a machine to pay with either cash or credit car. Instead you have to download the app and register in a completely non-obvious process. I am fed up with them and will never park there again. They are a horrible greedy company that charges $66 for one hour of parking at completely off peak times.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Charged 55 dollars for ***** parking. No disputing. Shame on them was helped by there lot person on there on line fill . Came back 3 hours later to find a 55 dollar bill. Called there customer ********************** couldn't get a hold of anybody had to pay so I wouldn't be charged more. We thought we had done the scanning and everything right. Very dishonest company. We provided proof that we were at the business where we were parked and they still gave us a ticket and would not remove the fine after providing the proof. How can they issue a ticket based on person walking away from their vehicle. This is very unprofessional. A parking ticket issued by the city is $40 they charge $80!Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I went to the mall on my lunch break with my girlfriend went into the mall with her decided to drive around mall and park as close to the edge because I was on lunch ******* and I needed to run to the Professional building to see if they had a specific Iron tablet the shoppers did not have when I checked. Did I mentioned I bought a chocolate at the shoppers lucky I took a receipt as proof normally I wouldnt as I actually went back to the mall and bought lunch and did not take a receipt. I came back to the mall bought lunch and was driving back to work when I saw this yellow thing on my car. I called as soon as I got back to my desk upset ofcourse. This guy would not even hear me out he just hung up. I called back and a girl picked up I said to her would you not be upset if you wrongfully got a parking ticket and her response wouldnt know Ive never gotten a ticket and laughed in the phone. I told her I will *** this company as what they did is not right if he was paying attention to his job before giving me a ticked minutes after I left my car her would have seen my movement. It's a ****** learned for most of us to pay. We can pay this but it's a highway robbery for most of us. Why not give a grace ****** of 10 minutes if that person did not go back to move the vehicle then ticket should be issued. But $80 for even a less than 10 minutes, wishing someday this company experienced an emergency of cannot have a time to pay because it's a life and death situation. Where is the consideration for people now a days. It's all about money!!!That was a robbery. It's a business of" I rather like them to park illegal than they pay at the meter". I received a ticket today when I parked to take my 2-month-old baby to do a medical procedure (surgery) at a clinic. When parking and trying to pay using the ** code, the app gave an error. Another person who was there was also unable to pay. I looked for a employee to help with the situation but no one there knew how to help. I tried several times to pay, and i was already late, It was cold outside, I'm sorry, but I had a 2-month-old baby in the car, going for a medical procedure, and I didn't have time to call and it's absurd that there is no employee or a physical machine to make the payment, it seems like the company makes it difficult for the customer to make payments in order to impose fines.I tried to make the payment, but due to an error in your app/system, it was not possible to make the payment and I wont accept to be punished for something that was not my fault.It's a shame, I can not understand how the goverment still allows this type of company to be open. No one was there to help with the regular payment, but to issue the fine appeared, questionable. The company only survives by doing suggestive things, it's a shame, let's look for lawyers to solve this problem.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I parked at **** ******** ***** which is the parking of CIBC bank. There was a sign that I missed. It says to register your car at the bank and it also said that customers can park there for no later for 30 mins. I was preoccupied with all the cars in the parking lot that day and that maybe the reason I missed the sign. I have never parked at that bank before.
I used the ATM machine and thank goodness had a receipt of the transactions. My transaction was 12:41pm and the ticket they gave me was 12:44 pm. That day I also was talking to one of the customers for a few minutes there too before I left the bank.
When I that the picture of the atm tranaction they denied it. The appeal agent comments see below. They sent this to my email without anyone's name for me to further contact.
"APPEALS AGENT COMMENT(S): Please note that we have reviewed and denied the provided documentation. This receipt/documentation has a time stamp from before the notice was issued. There is no way for us to determine how long the driver was off of the lot. This notice will remain open and payable in our system.
I acknowledge I did not see the sign, but I did used the bank and the atm maching.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I was parked in front of the building I was moving out of so I could load the last few things and avoid having to run down to the parkade.I was there just over an hour and they charged me $80 (ridiculous!!). Has to be one of the most hated businesses in *******. Free parking lots by the Ferry, Diamond's has no lights can't see any signs. Jump on a Ferry at 6am in the dark, come back 4 hours later and see it's a paid lot, no problem, happy to pay a little parking fee. No, I get a notice saying it's not $8 it's $92. And $14 of that are "handling fees". What a F*n scam. They design their lots to do this and they're predatory.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I was parked legally in a private lot. Although the painting on the space said reserved for temple, the **** clearly said that applied only to Wednesday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm and Sundays. I was parked there today, Thursday, from approx. 10:30am to 12:45pm.When I got home, I called the number on the ticket, area code 509 in **************** but got the message that the number was no longer in service.I then Googled and found a location in *********, **, and left a voice message saying either the issuer didn't look at the sign or that this was a scam, and that, unless the ticket was rescinded, I would take further action, including legal action. I'm awaiting a call back. I also notified the business where I was parked what had occurred because, if this happened to me, it could happen to others who might not bother to fight it.Diamond Parking Services, LLC
