      I wen off for a drink and came back as normal customer. Try to dispute ticket not working. Call service line and the replacement said everything is ridiculous this is unacceptable service and not professional service at all.

      I was 10 minutes late because I didn't hear the warning text. Most ************* allow this. They left me a ticket for $65, for being 10 minutes late! They should only be allowed to charge me for an extra hour. There was No signage warning of such fees. This company has been getting away with highway robbery for many years. The city, county & state should put a stop to this.

      I paid for an hour parking and parked 10min on ****** in *********. When I returned I had an $80 parking ticket saying I parked in a RESERVED space, that had Zero signage for you to see! Unless you park and look at the back of the pillar!!!. There was zero signage upon entering the stall on the pillar, the stall itself and there was no front wall in front of the parking stall, there was the side walk with no wall. I disputed online and sent a picture which clearly showed no Signage on their supposed reserved space! They rejected and said Reserved, with no reply information or number to contact. So I called the parking dispute number today October 6 9:19am and tried to explain my situation. They transferred me to this women, who was absolutely unprofessional and disgustingly rude towards me, right off the bat. She told me the signage is on the other side of the pole. The back side of pillar! Where you can't see! And rudely said that I should have seen it when I exited my vehicle, which is untrue. She was cruel, rude and even hung up on me! I called back 3 times to get her name and they just intentionally put me on hold for 5 mins each time and then hung up on me again. This left me completely upset and crying because I was calmly explaining my situation and can't believe they react and treat people like this! So mean and cruel! They don't care about an explanation, your paying no matter what! No negotiating or resolution skills whatsoever! What kind of people work for this company! Why not just put clear signage for everyone! This company is obviously a SCAM and I feel they must do this intentionally to rip people off for there hard earned money. And I can bring this to court but it will still cost me!

      I recently had an unfortunate experience with their parking payment system. I attempted to pay for parking, but the machine wasn't working correctly, and I didn't receive a payment slip. However, the screen indicated otherwise, which led to some confusion. I even took a photo of the screen for reference.Upon my return, I was unpleasantly surprised to find an $80 ticket on my windshield. I decided to submit an appeal, but it was unfortunately denied.When I called their customer **********************, I was informed that it's a matter of "my fault" that the transaction didn't go through if I didn't get a slip. While I respect their perspective, I believe that clearer instructions or a more reliable machine could have prevented this situation.It's disheartening that a small $4 payment turned into an $80 fine. It makes me wonder about the maintenance of their parking equipment and whether this situation is, unfortunately, a loophole they can exploit for additional revenue.

      I parked in (U074 Zone32074 in ***, ****) to go nearby to a deli to get a sandwich. I paid the $12 fee to park for up to 2 hrs. Below I am pasting a copy of the email verification that I paid.Parking Session Details Started9/30/2023 12:58 PM Ends9/30/2023 2:58 PM Parking Fee$12.00 Transaction Fee$0.90 Taxes$0.00 Amount Paid$12.90 Zone32074 Location **************, ** SpaceN/A License Plate Number (Removed)Then at 1:31 PM (over 30 minutes after I received email proof of payment, (so it was not a system glitch or delayed email or whatever clever way they attempt to deflect the fault.) checker ***** came by and wrote a ticket anyway demanding $61.50 if I pay the notice within 15 days.This is the 3rd time I have interacted with this company in my life, all 3 times they have come back after me with a ticket after I paid, but this is the first time I held on to the proof. The 2nd time it was a cash box and I paid but had no proof. I called and explained what happened and they said they would mark it paid and take it off. Months later they came after my credit anyway.This company has waisted at least 20 hours of my life over the years trying to resolve the 3 tickets that I should never have been written in the first place. I am truly upset that I take the time to do the right thing in life, and they show up and just write the ticket anyway, immediately putting me on the defensive like I need to prove my innocence to avoid paying more or them coming after my credit months later after I lose the proof. I suspect they are using this method as a business practice and it feels like THEFT. Just ticket everyone and see what they can collect.I will now do everything in my power to avoid using anything Diamond parking service related, I paid for a service to make my life a little easier, it just turns out to be a huge hassle every time. I believe Diamond parking service to be knowingly writing tickets and taking parking fees they are not ***********.

      I was double-charged for parking and it took two months and many hours of work to get the duplicate charge reversed. The hurdles seemed designed to frustrate customers so they give up. After all, their own records must have shown multiple payments for the same vehicle at the same lot at the same time. They could have just reversed the duplicate charge, but instead they delayed and disputed for two months.What's more, even though I was charged multiple times, I never received any proof of payment, so I would have had even more hassle if I had been ticketed.The online payment system (**********************) gave me multiple error messages when I tried to pay for parking at the *********************** lot in *******. It kept saying my payment did not go through and to re-enter my card info. I knew I was entering the correct information, so I checked my credit card online and discovered that multiple charges were pending.I immediately called Diamond Parking at the phone number on the sign at the lot. I was told they could not take care of the issue and that they would email me instructions. They sent me an incredibly long form requiring copies of my credit card statement and other information. I sent the information, but did not get a response. Then they said they didn't receive it, so I sent it again. I finally got a credit two months after notifying them of the duplicate charge.

      I urge 'The ***************************' to reconsider it's contract and business liason with 'Diamond Parking Service'. I state this as a caution to fellow patrons who use the Parking facilities, in and around businesses that my fellow patrons visit. The parking payment kiosk is designed to reject your payment, it prints a receipt that states 'No cardholder Verification' or 'Declined Reciept'. Dear Patron, this is a warning that you are now registered as a target for a larger 'Failure to Pay' ticket!!! Get out of the Parking lot immediately, do NOT be scammed!These establishments do not want your business!!!

      Was parked in the mall parking lot waiting for it to open, I got out of my vehicle and walked to the nearest gas station to use the washroom and when came back there was a ticket of $80 to pay within 10 days or $120 after that. That to me is steep, this to me seems like a scam and they feel like you are in debt to them. This is unethical practices and I don't even know how this is even legal. To me the fine is ridiculous and a cash cow to fill their pockets. They have a dispute process, I don't even know why they have it because it's always going to be 100% denied every time cuz they are just in it to take your money. Very shady and corrupt industry, it needs to be regulated.

      Had the unfortunate experience of needing to park in a Diamond operated parking lot near a restaurant on 9/24/2023. The parking lot does NOT have adequate signage to indicate that it is in fact a PAID parking lot/garage. The only evidence to indicate that it is a PAID parking lot/garage is a very small KIOSK like machine shoved in between a bunch of parked vehicles. They really NEED to up their signage game but why should they? They obviously make a lot of money of people unknowingly parking in their lot/garage (Yes I am calling out your lack of business ethics). Do not get me started on their $20+ for parking for roughly an hour, nor will I mention the GROSSLY over price fee ($56.00) for unknowingly parking in their unsecured parking lot/garage. IF YOU SEE THE DIAMOND PARKING NAME GO ELSEWHERE! YOUR FEE WILL GO TO COLLECTIONS WILL IT WILL REMIAN!

      This company is absolute trash and is a predatory parking company. They charges me $60 for parking for 2hrs. I would leave zero stars but thats not an option
