      I visited the Doctor at the *****************. ****************** would not take my payment after repeated tries. I tried their help line to no avail and had to get to my doctor's ************ I was ticketed and they did not believe my appeal when I told them I tried to pay. I believe there is a concerted effort to let their machines lapse in maintenance so that they can charge outrageous fines on the public. This is not the only parking garage that is doing this and they are scammers who need to be exposed.

      Paid for parking, have receipt and verification, everything fine on my end but they still ticket me saying I never paid. This company is running a scam/fraud. Completely incompetent.

      They are scammers. I was wrongly given a ticket, after a few attempts, they still denied telling the ticket was issued correctly. It was a store parking lot with 2 hours free parking. I was there only for 40 minutes - yet, still gave me a ticket. Shame on them. Dishonest ********.

      Diamond parking service sent a past due notice and are unable to take care of any disputes on the phone. They require everyone to go online and try to navigate their nightmare website. As it turns out I was at the store at the same time that they said that they issued me a ticket, and that I would have the ability to see the ticket photo they placed on a window of the car on their website. Trying to navigate their website is impossible. They appear to be a dishonest company.

      I pay for a monthly parking permit and have for over 1 year. I was ticketed while having paid my bill on time each month. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to answer my questions and told me to file a dispute.

      Went to the post office at the shoppers for 20 minutes.. parked at the free 1 hour parking spot.. Didnt go anywhere else.. I was there for 20 minutes and got a ticket.. Just scammers.. Would give 0 stars if I could.. went through to dispute.. Had to collage pictures for my proof because only one picture is available to be downloaded.. no proof on their end.. just a scam.. never will I park at their parking or patron a store with them.. just horrible..

      Paid for 2 hours of parking and got a ticket 11 minutes after it expired. I came out 15 minutes after it expired. A grace ****** would be nice after youve already paid to park there. Will never use their lots again.

      It's such a shame that leaving zero star is not an option. On 12/03/2023, I parked at a Steveston diamond parking lot. I paid the 4 hours parking rate sometimes between 3-3:30pm. At the time of purchase, the machine went black before it printed a receipt for me. I saw that the transaction appeared on my credit card statement, hence I proceeded even without a receipt from the machine. Sometimes after 4pm on the same day, a ticket was issued to my car. I disputed it on diamond parking website first, followed by an email with a lot of detailed information. So far, I've only received an automated email saying that my dispute is denied. After the dispute denied email, I've sent in another email with more information. I also called their office and the lady only told me to wait for the email response. So far, no response from Diamond Parking yet. This company basically refuses to communicate with you within their set time frame of increasing your ticket cost. I should not be ticketed in the first place when I already paid the 4 hours rate. Diamond Parking is mainly there to rob your money without any just cause. Absolutely avoid their parking lots. You will get ticketed even if you pay for the parking rate.

      Parking lot Wy026-Heritage Bank in ******* is very poorly marked as a private parking lot. Most of the people who park there have no clue. There was no sign nor was my parking space marked pay to park. All the people I had dinner with, none of them got a ticket in the same poorly marked lot and they have been parking for years there to eat at the restaurant. I arrived at 6:30 pm for a birthday dinner and did not see any signs saying I had to pay. The sign I did see was several cars over and I did not think it applied to me. I asked my company and they said there was no fee in that lot. I am grateful I was the only one that got a ticket but upset that your website said I had to pay the ticket then show proof of payment before disputing the ticket. There was no where to dispute the ticket after I paid. Shoddy business

      I went to medical office with senior mother for my mother emergency medical problem.***************************************** - This is medical building address where we visited.Parking lot is free from 1st floor to 4th floor.There was no reserve parking **** on the ground at each parking spot.That's why I parked at reserve parking spot. which is I did not know that was reserve parking.I got off the vehicle went to office and come back all time was around 10 minutes.I found Parking violation ticket on windshield which is $65.50.I asked about this ticket to security guard, and he said that Parking man was in his car and watched you until you get off the car and going in office and then issued violation ticket and attached your vehicle. he said That so bad, issuing ticket without warning or notice. He should have told you move your car. Anyway, I have no reason to park at reserve parking at Free Parking Zone in the medical building If there was **** for reserve parking on the ground.Our pierce county or ************** should control parking ticket not this type of private company.
