      20 dollars for 1 hour of parking is ridiculous. I paid for parking using their app and selected 4hrs for $20, which is expensive, but reasonable to me. Nope, I come back to my car and theres a parking ticket for $65, which includes all types of fees, and when I go to pay it, I get hit with more fees. RIDICULOUS.

      Was given a completely unreasonable ticket and when appealing to explain why was ignored and given a copy pasted response. Emailed again about the situation and was basically told to eat dirt with a passive aggressive response. Wonderful company doing a wonderful service to the community.

      Absolutely 0 stars!!! Offer 885 "watched" me park in a lot of a closed business in ******* for 4 minutes exactly, immediately ticketed me with a $80 fine & ran! Called customer **********************, very rude. Filed a appeal & got a form letter back denying. ******* doesn't need a unscrupulous company as Diamond Parking!!!

      Tried to fine me even though I registered and even though it was free. Sketchy business. Now I gotta dispute the thing. Diamond shouldnt be allowed to conduct business.

      On August 24, 2023, I parked at **************************************************. Parking in this area is handled by Diamond Parking. While the parking sign says maximum 90 minutes, I received a $86.50 ticket that has a issued time of 60 minutes from when I started to park. I contested the ticket but was denied. I re-submitted the complaint to Diamond Parking customer ********************** and received the following response:"APPEALS AGENT COMMENT(S): This notice was issued to the vehicle because it had exceeded the 30 minute maximum posted time limit which is strictly enforced. There is ample parking throughout the lot which offers drivers an extended time limit to utilize the parking lot. If the driver is going to utilize a business longer than the posted time limit, they should choose a section better suited for the length of time that is needed. At this time, this notice will remain open and payable in our system. *Please note that all stalls directly in front of the businesses are 30 min Max."It is clear that they did not even bother to check where I was parked (which is in a section away from the 30 minutes parking area) and assumed that I parked in the 30 minutes restricted area.I will not pay the fine which the ticket claims will double after 10 days.Never park in a mall/area where parking is handled by Diamond Parking as the business has a low regard for customers.

      Diamond fined me for a fault through their third party app. Contested and sent in payment information along with all corresponding details and was still declined. Response was not adequate, nor did it allow for a proper follow up. They did not try to find a mutual resolution and were not willing to make an effort to prevent this from happening in the future. They had the appropriate information to research the complaint through customer ********************** channels and failed to do so.At this point, if they reply to this complaint, they are only doing so to save face. They had time to resolve through private channels and did not do so in bona fides, so it would only be in an effort to save their BBB Rating, and their canned response to all customer complaints is no longer appropriate to address this situation.

      On July 29, 2023, a friend drove my new car (with temporary registration) to a Mariner's baseball game and parked in a Diamond Parking lot. My friend used the parking app to pay for parking. When he returned to my car, there was a parking violation on the windshield. He checked the app to ensure that he'd paid properly (he did), but his finger had hit an 8 instead of a 9 on his phone keypad on the 8 digit temporary car license.He gave me the ticket and I emailed Diamond Parking appealing the ticket, along with a copy of the receipt from the parking app clearly showing the parking was paid for, but ***** had missed the 9 and struck the 8 instead.The appeal was denied despite the parking obviously having been paid for. Diamond Parking is the worst. If this goes to collections, it will be dismissed as it was clearly paid.

      I have been unjustly fined for $86.50 by Diamond parking on *********** steet- *************** parking lot. The notice number is #********. We did appeal within a day explaining that because of the bladder issue (medically someone needs to explain to them maybe why) we had to rush to the washroom before checking out the bc liquor. It got brutally denied with this reasoning: A parking notice was issued to the vehicle for a walk off. This vehicle was parked on private property that is strictly reserved for customers only while conducting business on the property. Drivers are not permitted to leave the property without their vehicle and/or go conduct business elsewhere. The signs on the facility clearly state these rules and regulations. Our officer witnessed the driver and/or passengers of the vehicle leave the property without the vehicle. I cant believe this happened and wanted to inform everyone else to know what kind of parking service we are dealing with in the city if *********!
