Zero stars. It was my mistake. I misread the sign on the downtown lot that said public parking welcome after 5 pm. I did not notice the small print saying pay in advance. I assumed (foolishly)?that public parking welcome meant there was no fee in off hours. So my $6-$8 fee should be paid. But a penalty of FORTY SIX FIFTY is ridiculous! Im happy to pay my fee plus a reasonable penalty, but THIS is absurd. Park with care if you see Diamond on the sign.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Never Ever Park When You See Diamond Parking Very unethical, money robbing parking company. City suppose to intervene this company's parking ticket issuing practice. They do not have a machine to pay. I pay at a machine for the parking lot and put the ticket at the dashboard, when I came back and see they issued a parking ticket of $80 which is way too much more than the ****************. This company suppose to put very clear sign which says it is private parking lot and only you can pay by the phone.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Threatening letter according to provincial legislation claiming they saw me walk off the lot when at the time they say I walked off I was in an appointment.Filed a dispute, dismissed just as everyone online and in every review I have seen has said. They then informed me that if there were 4 people in a car and even 1 walked off the lot you would receive a ticket, no where is this crazy policy listed.I have now sent the only evidence I have which is a bank statement showing I frequented businesses in that lot but I doubt it will make any difference as they say they saw me walk off at a time I was factually in an appointment which started 30 mins before they claimed I walked off.When it was suggested that they mistook someone walking near or past my car for me they asked why that would happen, my only response to that is, well it is a parking lot lots of people walking around.Based on reviews I see here and other things I have read online, I understand that the facts of a matter seem not to matter to this business and how they can continue to operate in this manner with threatening letters about provincial legislation and making it sound like you are breaking a city law when you are not is ridiculous. Most of all it is upsetting that even though I explained that at the time they claim to have seen me walk off the lot I was no where near my car and instead was in an appointment and had been for 30 mins is frustrating and I feel as those now I am being asked to pay almost ************************************** a lot they patrol.Feels like there are no standards here and no recourse for people to legitimately appeal the invoices they receive. Also as of the letter I received today July 27th, I have been told to pay within 7 days of July 25th and that cash payments will not be accepted among other things, including threatening towing my vehicle.I do not believe disputes are actually considered and have actually never heard of a successful one.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

One star is a far reach for this scam of a company. The only point for them is they have spots. Thats because they make it so hard to pay and when you walk away to ********* they sneak up and blast you a ticket. The scam: make 6$ impossible to pay so we ticket them 80$. I should have known but this is a very horrible business model. The customer ********************** was hands down the worst.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

1 starI filed a notice of dispute on Diamond Parking company website with file #******-bf2b0f32, but received no reply, so I decided to submit this review. Yesterday my original plan was to visit to Dann Go Cake Lab in the Garden City Plaza, ******** ** with my friend. I drove into Garden City Plaza from ************. and saw a big sign stating "Parking Rules - Garden City Plaza - 3 Hours **** Customer ******************** Only" right in front of me at the entrance (I did have a photo of this signage, but no features to upload here). Obviously it is a common universal understanding to everyone that we are allowed to park in this parking lot for **** 3 hrs as a customer just like everywhere else with the same signage. However, after I got off my vehicle and found out that Dann Go Cake Lab was already closed earlier at 7pm. My friend and I decided to spend a few minutes to walk around//within the plaza to see if any other shop/restaurant would be of our interests; unfortunately nothing found of our interests, then we drove and left the plaza in around 10 mins after. Upon arrival of our 2nd stop, we then noticed there was a ticket attached to the wiper of my vehicle. Having stated the above, dispute reason is that: - due to confusion of parking rules, being innocent of staying there for just a short while and received a parking ticket like this ... to me, it's like a trap being set up on purpose to grab money from visitors like us. Unbelievable this is happening in this modern world.Still awaiting a reply for my dispute before the payment deadline within 10 days; otherwise, they will impose additional charge ... thank you.Review fromHope N

I parked at ********** in ****** for the first time ever two weeks ago, where there is insufficient signage or instructions for validating parking. We had dinner at a restaurant and scanned in to validate as we returned to the garage, only to find a ticket. We were on vacation, so when I finally had a chance to pay the ticket 14 days later, you charged me another $30 - despite my still being within the prescribed period + a $1 transaction fee. Your business practices are PREDATORY and the set-up at ****** is a SCAM. Your fees are unconscionable - it's a parking space - $90 is inappropriate. FOR SHAME.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

spent 15 min trying to pay for parking the app did not provide the option to enter the license plate only the number pad pops up on my phone. The same thing happened when going to the website. Was not able to get past the license plate screen to actually pay. This led to a ticket and the dispute process is not great or helpful. On July 6 2023 I received a ticket, I submitted a dispute with evidence that I paid the fee. The dispute was summarily dismissed and there appears to be no recourse or way to resolve the fact that I paid the fee, and now will have to pay a fine. This is a scam.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

This company has numerous quality control issues. First of all, their phone lines don't work properly. The voice machine doesn't register any keypad selection and therefore the message just repeats itself and you never get a human. Second, their parkinglots have multiple different signs telling you to pay by QR code, the problem is, all the signs are different, lead to different websites, and have different text numbers written on them. This is obviously a scam that is defrauding customers, and yet when I emailed them, there was no response. They are not responsive whatsoever!Diamond Parking Services, LLC

THis is the 3d time that I have parked here ((since we love honeycourt restaurant). 3 times, I have paid for parking and wwe still have received a citation. I have disputed these 3 citations, but its very tough and time consuming to do this every time. I am more concerned for others who may not have the ability to file a dispute and end up paying for the ticket in order to avoid a penalty. As a business owner, this is very very concerning. Businesses should not get away with such activity, it should be considered theft in my opinion. Happening once, maybe, I can accept..but after this 3d inicent on less than 8 months, I am convinced that this parking company is purposely trying to steal from helpless people. I even jokingly said to my group when we parked here...I bet we will get a parking ticket (after paying for it) and sure enough it is what happened. I am hoping that someone who can make a change, can get involved and help with this problem.Diamond Parking Services, LLC
