On June 13th, 2023 I submitted a dispute for a parking ticket that I received. In that dispute I provided evidence as to why I actually paid for the parking spot. 15 days later and hours of trying to get ahold of customer ********************** I havent received ZERO RESPONSE to my dispute AND calls that I had to eventually pay the the fine by the 15th day before being charged even more. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would like a response to my appeal right away. My reference number ends in #****.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

6/16/23: I paid for 10 hrs of parking in lot in ******* (*******) and minutes after I left, I got a ticket left on my truck. Turns out I mis-typed the lic plate number by one digit in the online parking app. I called to try to dispute it many, many times but no one ever answers the phone. I emailed w/ proof of payment and logged dispute on their website too but no response there either. Looks like they are giving me only 15 days before upping the cost from $65 to $102. What can I do from here when no one answers the phone and no response to emails?Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I was 3 minutes late registering for the parking mobile because I was waiting for my friends outside the restaurant. Once I got into the restaurant, I registered. When I got my car, I saw the ticket. **** dollars punishment is too ridiculous. ******** does not lack a parking lot; you should not charge people unfair and illegal money that much! I called the number over five times, and no one responded. I disputed with the evidence that I registered, but still no response. Awful!I am not the only one who experienced the same problem. You should reflect on your company, why so many people come here to complain about you!Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I parked in a lot in ******** ** and submitted my credit card information to pay for two hours. I came back in one hour and received a ticket. There were also four other people who came out of the restaurant and each one of them also received a ticket even though they paid. The person writing the tickets was giving a ticket to almost every car. He said I needed to show him a receipt that I paid. I did not receive an email and I did not see the charge on my credit card. This is a total scam. I tried to call and could not speak with anyone. I started an on-line chat, but when I stated the issue they prevented me from typing in the chat box. After 45 minutes I quit the chat and started another, but I was again unable to type a response in the chat after I initially stated the issue. I ended up just paying the $52 plus a "handling fee" but I should have only had to pay the initial $4.65 I initially paid. It is so unfair and such a corrupt way of doing business. Otherwise I would have had to pay a late fee which almost doubled the cost.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I have been trying to get in contact with someone to start the process to pay my parking ticket off. I sent in an email as well as left a voice mail. I have not been contacted back form anyone. I want to pay my ticket off yet there just seems to be no one in the office at all. This is just getting extremely frustrating. I hope ***** can use a different company.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I sure wished I had read the reviews on here before parking at a diamond parking lot!! I paid my space off my phone. Later as we got into our vehicle there was a ticket on my windshield saying we didnt pay.. had to call wait 2 hours on phone just so some man could be rude and not helpful at all.. 2 days later had to call again. I have showed proof of payment and they still want more!!! What more do you want. I show bank statement you took the money out of my account!!! Very good ****** Learned. 1 starOn May 18/23 I parked our vehicle in parking lot behind *********** in ******* ** in order d=for my husband , with dementia to attend a dr **** in the **** bldg. I accessed the lot from Cedar Ave and discovered the PAY Parking evident on many sites. However noticed some sites were not so designated. I parked in one of these sites thinking that these were not pay. However when I returned **** minutes later there was a citation on my window stating I owed $80. I am a pensioner and getting my husband to the doctor is challenge enough. I was devastated and immediately called the # on the back of the citation to explain my dilemma. I was told that I would need to submit an appeal via email. I returned 2 hours later and was able to talk with the parking lot attendant who agreed with me that the lack of signage on these few stalls was 'confusing' . His immediate supervisor arrived and this person was very condescending and suggested that I 'should know that a P encircled means the the lot is a Pay all stalls lot...this is a 'universal signage". I sent in my appeal with the 1 allowed photo on that day (the 18th). I never had any response so on May 26th I called to Diamond Parking and was told that I had been emailed a response on the 18th. I searched my emails to no avail so he sent another. The address on the email did not indicate the company nor was a subject specified, which causes me to wonder if this in fact is associated with Diamond Parking. I did attempt to contact SOFA property management. However, this was a convoluted process. There seems to be no one who can designate who is responsible for the parking lot contract with this company or to ask for clearer signage to ensure that other unaware patrons don't come to the same conclusion and get billed the enormous amount of $80 which increases to $111.50 if initial payment is not made within 10 days. Please post adequate signage. I looked around to make sure there were no signs when I parked at a large grocery store parking lot. I was running late to a dinner and couldn't find street parking.There were no signs indicating I need to pay. The spaces were not numbered.I have to pay $65 because I didn't notice one tiny sign high above eye level posted at a different entrance from where I drove in.This feels like a deceptive way to make money.I wouldn't have parked here if I saw signs asking for payment.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I was staying at the Double Tree Hilton at ************************** Ct while attending an event at the ***************** down the street. My room was not ready so I drove across the street to Chili's for lunch. I parked in a Handicap Parking space because I have a ***** DV license plate on my car. When I returned I had a parking ticket on my car. The photo shows the front of the car. I asked a parking employee why I received a ticket. He looked at the front of the car and noticed that the tag had expired but I pointed out that the one in the back where were have been instructed to place it, expired in ****. I have contacted Diamond Parking but have not received a call in return. I will probably pay this ticket but I am disappointed that the employee gave a Disabled Veteran a parking ticket.Diamond Parking Services, LLC
