I parked at the diamond parking lot. I wasn't able to pay using my credit card with the machine, nor did it work trying to scan it. There was a ticket on my windshield when I returned a couple of hours later. I called them to explain when I got home, but the supervisor for the parking lot did not change the matter and I was advised to pay the $46.50 fine or after 15 days $83.***************************Diamond Parking Services, LLC

I parked at one of their monitored lots and there is a sign that Browns Social House customers register their plate at the restaurant for free parking. I registered my plate with the Offstreet app, received confirmation, and thought all was well. Returned to my car and found a violation ticket on my windshield. Tried to appeal via the email address provided by Offstreet for Diamond Parking and its inactive and their website www.diamondparking.ca is down. Once we reviewed your ticket, there was no record of your plate registered in Offstreet which is why the ticket was issued. We asked you provide the necessary documentation to support your claim of being at the restaurant. After receiving your email with the receipts, your notice was voided as a one-time courtesy. This company is a scam, Ive been wrongly given 2 tickets and a warning when their machine is the problem and they scam students why should a college student pay $2 an hour to park at the school. Let alone their lots are in the ghetto part of town and they have no protection from people stealing out of your car even though you pay a ton of money to park there.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Worst company to deal, there staff are so rude when you speak to them, all they care about is getting a payment. I continue to get parking tickets from them, even though the building manager and strata has informed them that my parking pass is valid. Its not fair to get a ticket with a valid parking pass over and over again. However its fair for there staff to park in Handicap spots or loading zones.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Total scam with the online appeal process. Received a parking ticket after dropping off my wife for an appointment inside the private complex and leaving for groceries while waiting for my wife to be done.Appealed online with a copy of receipt from the appointment and was denied. This is a scam. This business intentionally lures visitors in with their "Public parking" sign, and no indication of associated fees. They then patrol the lot and aggressively ticket visitors the moment they leave their vehicle. So even if you leave for 5 minutes to use nearby wifi to pay, you may come back to find you have already been ticketed. Their customer support is terrible and will not resolve disputes fairly. I have not been a Diamond Parking Service employee or knew them personally before, however, they are mean and greedy, that company is not providing a service at all. They don't leave any notice and then they'd send a letter with overcharges and interest of the notice that they didn't leave ! their business is based on entrapping as many people as possible and then charge them an exorbitant penalty fee, which gets doubled after a short grace ****** that you'd miss because you're not aware of the very first notice (which you missed because they don't leave one) The signs of designate free or paid parking are very poorly placed and often illegible, and that's in purpose to make as many people to fall their trap. Absolute scammers. Parked to go shop in a store in the strip mall that has free parking. Came out to the attendant giving me a ticket, I was told I parked in the wrong row for shopping there and was a simple misunderstanding. The parking attendant assured me the ticket would be cancelled and now Im receiving past due notices. I disputed the ticket and let them know their employee told me he was cancelling it and did not. They refused. Worst business ever, extremely rude staff. Ill never park in one of their lots again and will make sure to tell everyone I know not to. I was going to a recovery club, i literally parked my car at 10:58am , went to go get my boyfriends credit card to pay, within 7 minutes i had a ticket on my windshield. these guys wait for you to walk away and give barely any time to get the plate register before they issue a ticket.Diamond Parking Services, LLC

Scam Scam Scam...parked in public parking in downtown ***** on a Saturday night to have dinner. When I returned to my car I found a ticket on my window. The sign in the lot clearly states public parking after 5 pm, weekends and holidays, and yet these scammers gave me a ticket. Is it illegal to steal from people in ******* still?
