Ecoshield rep disregarded my very obvious no solicitation signs. I tried to send them an e-mail about it with supporting photos and their e-mail address is now blocked by them. As I read the reviews below I see that this is a constant offense by them. I sleep in the daytime due to night work; this is very unwelcome marketing. My ring camera shows the salesperson did not have displayed the door-to-door license as required by **********************. I plan to file a complaint with the City.Ecoshield Pest Control

They will scam you for every *****. When they offer discounts, they add that amount back onto their regularly maintenance fees. And if you cancel, you get hit with fees. Run! Run fast!Ecoshield Pest Control

While the service itself and the onsite staff were always very nice and appeared thorough, I'm unfortunately going through an incredible ordeal (still unresolved) in trying to stop service AFTER my contract ended!! Not what I expected from a supposedly respected, customer-friendly organization. I was told repeatedly that because of supposed rescheduled (on whose part it was never made entirely clear) appointments, my contract had unfulfilled services that had to take place AND that I had to pay for - even if it was beyond the expired 24 month contract period. . Remember - my contract had ended and in my opinion Ecoshield is committing false advertising. Basically, a 24 month contract ends when THEY say it does -- despite what a ontract says. Never mind as I had told them that I HAD JUST LOST MY JOB and that regardless - the contract boldly stated the contract was for 24 months which had passed. With EcoShield be very, VERY careful to read the fine print because, in my opinion they do not walk whatthey talk you when the sell you.Ecoshield Pest Control

I hired EcoShield to address an ant and rodent problem. Despite several visits to my property and paying over $1,800 for a team to assess and remediate access points, I have seen no improvement. In fact, the situation has worsened over the past few months.When I tried to cancel the service, I encountered resistance from their call center. The representatives keep repeating the same lines, escalating the issue to managers, and offering to send another technician. One technician who was sent only dealt with the ants and promised to inform his manager about the rodent issue, but I haven't heard back in over a week.Despite my insistence on canceling, the call center staff refuses to comply. They keep offering discounts and escalating my call to supervisors but are unrelenting in their refusal to cancel my service. After seven months of no improvement and worsening conditions, I am extremely frustrated with EcoShield's unhelpful and scripted responses.Ecoshield Pest Control

5 STARS!!!! I dont know why everyone thinks the BBB is so reputable. Ive been confused about this forever. Ive talked to Ecoshields staff and they have over 30k customers in ********** and the ******************** will only take the 1 star reviews. Ive used their service since 2019 and recommended it to everyone I talk to. Dont listen to these 49 people whove had a bad experience with Ecoshield. Thats *******% of customers who are currently receiving their service. SIGN UP WITH THESE GUYS THEY GET RID OF BUGS AND RODENTS!!!Ecoshield Pest Control

They board line are harassing myself and my neighbors. They come anywhere from 3-6 times a day and solicit services. I have a no-soliciting sign up that they completely ignore. I have asked the same people to stop coming by multiple times, they state they will keep coming back. I will be getting the police involved if they return as this is stating to feel like harassment.Ecoshield Pest Control

First they solicited my business then proceeded to lock me into a one year contract. Then when I wished to simply cancel, I have been harassed by e mails and endless texts. I would give zero stars but unfortunately Im forced to give them 1 star against my will. They lie about there pricing, they dont do the work they say theyll do in their contract and then have the audacity to try and charge you for breaking there contract when they already broke it by not doing the work they say theyll provide in the contract. Its a scam. Go buy some bug traps and spray and do it yourself. They are just scamming you. Terrible experience. Would highly recommend to NEVER go there for business. This company said they had a special deal on a one year contract to spray and eliminate the tiny black ants that swarmed over my kitchen counter, kitchen walls and floor for $142 per spray every other month. Their spray was never effective and ants continued to swarm daily all over my kitchen counter tops, walls and floors.I called and emailed Ecoshield repeatedly to tell them that their products and spraying was totally ineffective. I emailed photos of the swarms of ants that continued to appear on my kitchen counters, walls and floor.When I wanted to cancel this service because it wasc ineffective, they wanted to charge me $152. I want all the money they charged me back inasmuch as their product and spraying was totally ineffective.Ecoshield Pest Control
