      The contact was from door to door contact, and no examination made that I did not have an option to cancel at any time. The documentation sent in email confirmation did not explain that if we chose to cancel, we had to pay a cancelation fee. The experience with the company is such that I would never recommend them to any one. The cancelation fee is over $200.00 and my experience is this is a bait and switch company. I want a refund on the cancelation fees. The experience is I do not want any of their employees on my property again.

      Ecoshield came to my house and sold a package to my 19 year old special needs child, she doesn't pay rent doesn't own the house has no interest in pest management of this property. That would be the owner/property management problem. F...ing crooks. Better stay away from my house... used my credit card...

      NO STARS!!!!!!!! Ecoshield has had multiple representatives door knocking in my neighborhood over the last couple of months. In every situation they loudly & repeatedly knock on my door and ring the Ring doorbell until I answer through my speakeasy. I have video from my Ring for every encounter showing that these reps disregard the no soliciting sign clearly posted on my front porch. In each case they are wearing Ecoshield branded hats, jackets, and tool belts and attempt to get me to buy a service contract. When I instruct them to leave my property they become aggressive and incredibly argumentative. Today was one such instance and I had to threaten to call law enforcement in order to get the representative off my property. Their intimidating, disrespectful & combative practices have got to stop!

      Hidden fees. They will lie to you. And once you try to ask about the billing they will procrastinate so you can pass the 150 day **** and put you in collections. Service was halfway done since day one. **************** is horrible once they have your card on file. Do not recomend this business unless you want to fall in their trap. Their services made no difference!

      Did not complete the job, but wanted me to pay anyhow. months later still no attempt to complete job, but sends me to collections. They called several times to get paid, but I told them to finish the job before I pay.

      Such a pushy business. We tried to do business with them but they dont let you know when they are coming to spray and we have a dog that likes to eat/ lick outside. Never cleared up the problem. **************** at this company is garbage. Transfer me to be told that I have to be authorized to pay a bill and cancel an account. Its a freaking circle you go in trying to communicate to them. Even tried emailing their customer service twice and they never responded. They are only out for the money.

      This company is absolute garbage. I had a door-to-door salesman show up to my house, he claimed that one of my neighbors had called because of a rat/rodent issue in the neighborhood so they would be offering rat/rodent removal to the whole block at a discounted rate this week. I said sure, better to be proactive and especially if there's a discount. The salesman then signed me up for a monthly or bi-monthly spider/pest spray service. After I realized that I had been lied to I tried to cancel this service and thats where all h*** broke loose. The customer service at this company is worse than trying to get ******** installed! They didn't cancel my service right away and now they're trying to bill me for an extra service that never happened. They don't seem to have any internal notes because I have had Text, Phone and Email conversations with 20 different people from their company to explain the situation and each time it ends with "OK, sorry for all of the confusion here - I will get rid of this balance due and we will stop reaching out" - And then a day or two later I'll get Calls, Texts and Emails from them - it's getting to the point of harassment now. They lied me into a service to start and are making it impossible to resolve at the end, this is just a company you should not give your hard earned money to

      We experienced pretty much what everyone else who posted reviews experienced. Pushy sales guy lying about the neighbors using the company, and signing us up for an extensive, outrageously expensive crawl space exclusion/cleanout project which they scheduled but then never showed up, and no follow-up. I canceled the contract, but given what others have reported, I am expecting that they will try billing us for the work they did not do.

      I am very disappointed with my service at Ecoshield. I have had 4 treatments and have not noticed any difference with the bugs. The service person who signed me up said I needed to have 4 services and after that, I could cancel. I had one in April, May, August and November. I tried to cancel since I did not see any value in the service and they said I needed a 5th service. They will be charging me $212 to end my contract. They only come out for about 15 minutes for $212 per time. Please beware when the nice guy knocks on your door and wants you to sign up.
