      I am compelled to share my extremely disappointing experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions in Seattle. My expectations for professional and thorough pest control services have been consistently unmet, leading to significant frustration.Firstly, the frequency of service has been inadequate. Despite promises, they have only shown up once every three months. For a service that requires regularity to be effective, this lack of consistency is unacceptable.Moreover, the quality of service is severely lacking. Each time they have performed a service, I have found it to be incomplete. Several areas of my property have consistently been neglected or inadequately treated, forcing me to call them back to complete the job they were supposed to do in the first place. This has been a recurring issue, and it's both tiresome and unacceptable.To add insult to injury, I find their pricing to be exorbitant. Given the subpar service provided, the fact that they overcharge is extremely disappointing. I expected a certain level of professionalism and effectiveness for the price paid, but unfortunately, EcoShield Pest Solutions has failed to deliver on both counts.Overall, my experience with EcoShield Pest Solutions - Seattle has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would urge potential customers to consider other providers if they are seeking reliable, thorough, and reasonably priced pest control services.

      Worst company ever. Trying to cancel my account but they are not letting me. A technician came to my house and rudely yelled at me. I had not answered the door because I did not hear him and he said my dogs attacked him. They did not attack him at all, and they were in my backyard, and if he went in there, then he was the moron, who went in there before being allowed to go back in my backyard. I had everything on the ring he yelled at me and he was so rude and I dont trust any technician that comes out there. Every time I have called they tell me that a supervisor is busy and cannot help me. Customer service is absolutely the worst and I get nowhere. This is absolutely the worst company ever and I dont know why anybody would want to work at this establishment let alone hire it to use their services.

      I have pets and one of them died and the other once are getting sick. we do wait for about 6 to 8 hours before we let them out after they spray. Then when I tell them this, they tell me that it pet friendly spray they use. they text me saying they been trying to get ahold of me but the only thing that seems to happen is they let it ring once and do not let me answer the call. I do not and would not recommend them if you have. The other thing is we still have the rat problem and we now have three times much more spiders.

      Ecoshield went to my door I gave them my card for first day visit at one hundred and something they came and set traps and said they would be back didn't sign anything they been here 2,times since and charged my card 205 dollars I didn't authorize and not for that amount we could never afford they got the 205 a couple times and I need back and work never done and I never set a time for them to come

      I have asked them so many times to stop soliciting (twice in one day last year) but still coming to my house weekly and not leaving until shutting the door on them.No way to run a business.

      Unknowingly signed up for a year long service with high cancellation fee. They charge $200 to spray pesticide around your house for 15 mins every 2 months. A guy caught me as I was leaving my house and told me I could use the service once and easily cancel if I didn't like it, but didn't mention this fee nor that it's a year long commitment. If only I wasn't in a rush to an appointment I would have read the contract more closely, but he obviously was deceptive and made it seem like it's an easy no risk service that I could try out. Overall feel very much like I was scammed even though I know it's partially my fault.

      I am a Hospice and VA nurse who works 70 hours a week. a rep came to my house in the evening when I was sleeping before my night shift. Lied and said they were servicing my neighbors and I could get a discount due to the group rate. I do not have any problems inside except for fleas from my friend who was staying with 3 cats we were treating them ourselves. I also seen some mud wasps which my neighbors said were harmless. I used to work for Orkin but I was a CSR not a pest control expert. The rep advised me he could treat for INDOOR fleas in two treatments for a discounted rate if I signed up for quarterly treatment. He also told me they would treat for those aggressive mud wasps! (they are not aggressive on further review). I signed up without my glasses. The rep gave me his personal cell and acted like we were friends. Sent a rep 2 days later ( cancellation is 3 days). They treated and were to come back for 6 weeks to break flea cycle. Six weeks later came, my roommate asked about the flea treatment and if it would harm the cats. *** says ***, fleas I am not treating for fleas. Read my contract and see it was a big lie. It covers outside fleas. They are spraying my house for pests I don't have with erroneous notes about inspections and such. They did treat for wasps this visit. The ones who are harmless. I called my bank charged back my first payment. Paid for this visit for wasps $185 because I am generous and cancelled. They are now trying to give me a $218 cancellation fee. They are horrid. I wish I would have googled instead of believing the rep. I would give a minus star but no option. I hate liars. What a creep. They diligently call me for the money even though I called 3 times before cancelling, sent emails and calls about the bad service no manager has reached out only collections. RUN AWAY

      A completely fraudulent company that starts by lying to you about their pricing and why they are in the neighborhood. I was told that for $190 I would receive three treatments, one month apart to help eradicate the pests in the neighborhood. They have signed up my neighbors so our participation will benefit everyone and the results will last longer. After one treatment which I paid for, a second visit just three weeks later brought another $190 invoice. I immediately called and cancelled since the person said to me that yes each visit costs $190. Soon thereafter I received a cancellation fee of $192 to close my contract. I did not know I even had a contract (for one year it turns out) since I was just buying a three treatment one time, $190 fee, service! When I called again and told them I am really mad and that I am also seeing a lot of BBB complaints they dropped the cancellation fee. Please never accept any business with these people. They will. say anything to convince you to sign up such as 'because all of your neighbors are participating, we can give you a one-time $190 charge for three visits and your pests will disappear'. The second person BTW spent just 15 minutes applying additional pesticide so at $190/visit that translates into $760.00 per hour to spray around you house. I will be much more aware next time - hopefully these people will go out of business. People beware ECOSHIELD is a SCAM.
