      This company billed me for a month of rent after I had moved out, signed off, returned my keys, and given the noticed specified. I never got my deposit back either. They will not answer any phone calls at the number provided or emails to the email they provide to contact. They will not do anything to resolve this issue. I have stopped into their office countless times only to be assured it will be fixed and was just an error in their system. It has been almost a year. Nothing has been resolved and I still owe this money. This place has been very unethical ever since it sold to *******. They then turned me into collections for not paying! I was sent a copy of my invoice by the collection agency and it clearly supports what I explained happened but NOPE! Still they will not fix it. This shouldnt and cant even be legal. DO NOT RENT HERE! There is a bunch of reviews stating similar things, but the company cycles through employees so frequently no one can ever help you. GET DOCUMENTATION OF EVERYTHING if you currently are living here. They will not provide it so you have to get your own copies. They lost all documentation of my move out, my AC barely worked in summer, the complex has 0 parking, the employees bait and switch, lie, and corporate was no help. The corporate office told me that the apartment complex wouldnt even answer them to be able to look into the claim and thats why they had to turn it over to collections. This company needs investigated and if you also had issues PLEASE REPORT THEM!

      ************ Alert!! Over $2,000 in credit card fraud was committed thorough this firm and they refuse to cooperate in investigation. Refused to return calls and respond to emails. Refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor or accounting department. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.

      This company charged me for a month of rent after I moved out and would not respond with anything documentable when I reached out to have it resolved. The office staff admitted many times it was an error in the system, they would fix it, and everything would be fine. My ledger clearly shows this as well. However somehow this company was able to turn me into collections and state I owe them! They stole my deposit as well. They will not reply at their corporate level or the apartment complex level. This cannot be legal and is blatant theft. STAY AWAY!

      I have been living in SEWER WATER for 4 days now March1,2024 and the problem continues because I can Not get in touch with anyone. I am going through every avenue I can to get a response. In my opinion, the people that work for this company get you in a contract and receive your money but then pretend you don't exist when a problem occurs like SEWER WATER COMING FROM TOILET! HEALTH HAZARD!

      I started working for Avenue5 I decided to stay at the property because I was already working at the property with another previous apartment management company, and Avenue 5 offered me a $3000 sign on bonus, a 1% raise in my hourly pay plus 25% off my rent which helped because I was living onsite. I was not with the company for even 90 days. I had to listen, and deal with an Office manager ************************* who was, Toxic and Practiced Racism here Comments were : 1. I Hate Black People!!! 2. She talked ill of white woman , Interracial Dating towards myself 3. She asked a lot of personal questions, about family, personal relationships.Myself and other coworkers notified the Regional Manager ************************************ of the ****** manager actions and comments,in my personal opinion nothing was done about it. By the second month my Maintenance Supervisor decided to call the Regional Manager and tell him that he was done. He could not work there anymore because of the ****** manager's attitude. Getting close to the third month I leave work for my lunch break I come back, and I was told by some coworkers that the Office Manager made a comment about me Stating on how " I hate black people" for No reason, I went towards to ask her did she say this we share some words, as I leave to go to the maintenance shop on the back of the Property the Regional calls me on the phone with HR and they told me I can leave early and I will get payed for the rest of the day. I leave and I get a call at 12:01am there are 6 police ******rs at my front door. The Office Manger fabricated a story to the Magistrate ****** causing me to have an arrest warrant issued on myself so I had to go through the whole arrest court system then The Regional Manager called me on the phone with Hr to terminate me. 3 weeks later the ****** manager ends up leaving the company voluntarily. I was able to get all charges Dismissed because in my personal opinion in court nothing she was saying made any sense.

      I was handed a printed copy of the pdf of proof of insurance, the management showed me my Insurance was received (on their screen), but a while later I realized they had been signed me up with ANOTHER housing insurance. Weird thing was while I was making sure I filled it out all correctly, the girl in the office that day, said she would "help" and took my cell phone, in shock I watched and followed her as she walked away WITH MY PHONE, I followed her into her office, making sure I always saw my cell phone screen, I have POTS and get dizzy and told her I get light headed standing for long (as I make sure she doesn't try to do something bad to me ) she got MAD AT ME and said to just go sit down (as in leave her alone with my cell phone) I said "uh... no... I'll just bounce on my feet so I don't faint..." She showed me that she got the "email" showing the pdf with the right apartment insurance, printed a hard copy off! Seven months later, went through some trauma so I was not in a space to figure out why **** rent came out to almost **** (ahem...), called, had email back and forth, resent the pdf, nothing at all was settled. Finally I spoke to management and told my story, turned out the girl who took my phone was who I was talking to, of course she said (*********************) "uh, that was me" and proceeded to yell at me, and from June-October STILL CHARGED, I kept sending my proof of insurance, and then new management cancelled it, but NO REFUND! As July, August, September and I'm still charged for insurance when I already had insurance the whole time, new management responded at Aiya (*******) and would not refund me at all. Very dishonest people!!!

      Horrible company. They've owed me a refund on a deposit since 2022. Still waiting. Filed an AG complaint, as well. Stay away from any of these properties.

      Please avoid this complex and company all together. They have zero care about their residents or property. No perimeter gate codes are working and are accessible by just pressing enter. There are homeless people constantly digging through residents trash as well as a convicted murderer who was chased through the complex due to gates not working properly. They have zero communication about any changes or inspections being done. Have a no fault policy where they will not admit fault or fix issues around the property. Many many many unhappy residents. Please avoid this company and property all together.

      Unbelievable! This company charged us for a 13th month on a 12-month lease after we had followed all of their policies, turned in keys, filled out paperwork, etc. Not to mention - they garnished our deposit without explanation while adding an additional month. They will not communicate with you and tell you that everything is settled in person and then send you a collections notice. They are beyond unethical. Avoid when looking for your next rental.

      This company will bill you incorrectly through email, and will not respond to you when you attempt to dispute incorrect charges. They then will send your bill to collections with no warning. Horrible, do not rent from any property managed by them.
