  I would give this management company a zero-star rating if possible. Avoid living in any property they manage, especially in their downtown portfolio, like ******* Lofts. I've experienced extreme unprofessionalism and communication issues with them. Despite being a good tenant with a clean record, I was wrongfully sent an eviction notice, which they had to cancel after I provided proof of payment. ******* Lofts has gone through four management companies in a short period, and since the building's sale, numerous issues have arisen, including non-functional elevators and unusable amenities like the pool, spa, and gym. Despite multiple emails, management has not responded to me in weeks.The previous management, FPI, was finally getting things in order. Avoid all SB Buildings and ******* Lofts terrible service!

  Worst customer service I have ever had with a business. I recently moved out of an Avenue 5 apartment complex, they were charging me an astronomical price when I never had a pet and most of the apartment has wood flooring. I had to keep asking my assigned agent to send me a clear ledger of what Im being charged for and I found out that the utilities company was double charging me for two clear months. When I tried to ask the agent about the utilities she was completely rude and was yelling at me that its not her job to tell me why my utilities are so high. All she had to do was talk to me in a nice way. Then she threatened me that if I dont hurry up and pay my balance Ill go into collections. Im not just going to pay something when the amount is not clear. Also the apartment complex lied on the website saying they had air conditioning in the unit and it didn't. They eventually took that option off their website, after I did a summer in this complex but again. Just terrible company. Terrible apartment complex. Would never stay in an avenue 5 building again.

  I worked there. First thing I noticed was how neglected the residents are. Management has no idea how to run a property, except for into the ground. Their idea of managing people is to give them no tools to do their job appropriately and then hold them accountable after 1 month for how they have been in the hole for 6 months prior. Multiple human rights violations and HR does not take action. Mafia mentality. Find your scapegoat or become one. I couldn't quit soon enough, I didn't even finish my 2 week notice.

  This company is TERRIBLE when it comes to paying a person back thier deposit! I moved out if my apartment on June 1st of 2023..and I never received my $500 deposit back! I left messages and voice mail and I kept getting ignored! Then they had the sick nerve to demand a $150 ,move out fee from me after I had already moved out. They never discussed this with me at all from the beginning! These people are crooks and are very unprofessional!!!

  Our pipes are frozen this happens every year no preventative measures are ever taken and this time we haven't been able to bathe for four days and counting

  Ive been putting in work orders for the same thing for 8 months and they have not came to fix anything. My heater has been out for the last couple of months and I have small children. They refuse to come fix the issue. The very same thing happened in the summer with the air. They did not fix it until the city made them correct it after they were on the news. The grounds are always filthy!

  Terrible, terrible management company. The staff they hire dont do anything. They have limited maintenance and nothing is kept up. STAY CLEAR OF ANYTHING THEY MANAGE!! They manage The ******************** and its terrible! *** reached out to them to let them know my concerns, both routine maintenance and safety concernsno response. When the building falls down the side of the hill, maybe theyll do somethingdoubt it though.

  This company took over a property in ******, ** called ********************. The management they brought in was irresponsible, scummy, and rude. When I moved out, after giving my notice, paperwork filled in, checked out everything smoothly, I got a call from their collections saying I owed another months rent. They claimed I didnt put in a notice that I was leaving at the end of my rental agreement. Even though I had signed everything they needed and was told I was good to go. These people are frauds and should be steered clear of. The lady who called me asking for payment tried calling the management for over 6 months to try and get an answer from them asking about my paperwork. They never responded to her and she made the decision to continue with the collections process. So without answer and knowledge of the situation, I am being charged a full extra month rent that I wasnt there for. Never rent with this company. They have low rental rates for a reason. Theyll stiff you with an extra month after youve been cleared to move on.

  I've lived here going on 8yrs....and they have power washed my nasty stairwells no more than 3 times. The property is SOOOOOO dark good luck trying to navigate walking a mile from your car to your building with your children hoping no one jumps out of the bushes in pitch black darkness while trying to make it to your apartment because the management company "6 Star" aka "1 Star" cannot afford for maintenance to purchase lightbulbs throughout the garages for the safety of their residents. As long as the maintenance shop has a bulb, I guess that's all that matters. There are NO resident events or incentives, or resident letters NOTHING. I have received more "Parking Reminders" than I think anything else they don't care to post that's actually important to the residents. Things were WAYYYYYY better when Cirrus Asset Mgmt was over the property.....I haven't seen a **** thing done around the complex in YEARS. I DO CURRENTLY WORKING IN PROPERTY MGMT MYSELF AND BEING A PM, THIS PROPERTY IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE AND YOUR REGIONAL SHOULD BE ASHAMED & EMBARRASED TO WALK A PROPERTY THEY DON'T CARE TO UPGRADE OR CHANGE. SMH. DO BETTER 6STAR MGMT BECAUSE YOU'RE COMPANY IS CLOSER TO A 1 STAR WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I RATED YOU. & LETTING ******* GO WHO KNOWS THE PROPERTY IM SURE BETTER THAN "1 STAR" WAS THE WORST DECISION YA'LL COULD'VE MADE. THAT'S TRULY MESSED UP. HE DESERVES TO BE WITH A BETTER MANAGEMENT COMPANY "LIKE THE ONE I PROUDLY AND NOT EMBARASSED TO WORK FOR" & IF I CAN GET HIM ON MY TEAM I WILL!!!!
