      Ive attempted multiple times to remove my information from Whitepages using their opt-out process. They require a phone number for verification, and when I accept the robocall, it results in an application error and the call ends abruptly. Despite claiming to offer an opt-out option, the process is broken and ineffective.       On 3/24 I attempted to use their service to look for an individual I used to know. Their add said there was a week free service if I signed up. So I signed up and gave them my credit card info. I used their service that day only and canceled the SAME DAY!! They charged my account $10.79 and$1.06 for a total of $11.85. While I realize the dollar amount is low, I think it's fraudulent to say there is a free trial period when there is not.I want to warn others that there are real free services available so people will not use this service. People should use Spokeo Free or TruePeopleSearch.

      There was a response from *******, but no telephone number to contact him.

      It does look like my information has been removed, but the information about my wife ***** and daughter ***** are still available, and they live with me. These two people will also need to be removed, since finding them will find me. I await their response.

      I have addressed multiple times my name and contact information being listed on the internet and company's website without my knowledge or approval in complaints about the company with the Better Business Bureau where it has then been removed by the company. The company ************************** has again listed my name and information on their company's website and ********* without my approval or knowledge and would like it removed, please.

      I am filling a complaint on white pages since I have tried multiple times to have my personal information removed from their website and their subsidiaries because I am being stalked and harassed but they have refused and made it harder to point where I can even try to opt out anymore since it wont even allow me. This is a violation on my privacy and Nevada law (SB220) which requires them to honor honor opt-outs requests

      I have canceled NUMEROUS times thru the online system as well as through customer service. They continue to charge my card and when you call they say they did not. It's clearly being charged and is illegal. Terrible service.

      Our Terms of Service states under Cancelation and Refunds, you may choose not to renew your Subscription Plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to Paid Content through the end of your billing period (be it monthly, or multi-month). WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS, OR UNUSED PAID CONTENT.
       
      The agreement was to cancel before the trial ends, not after. The Purchase date is * March 5, 2025*, the scheduled billing would be on * March 10, 2025*. Our system processed the payment on *March 31, 2025*. Cancelation was done outside of the trial period on *March 15, 2025*.
       
       
      No refund refunds will be issued. You should see no further billing associated with this account unless you decide to make additional purchases.

      I received a voice mail yesterday (3/27/25) from someone, stating they were going to harm my father because of something he posted on FB. He read off several addresses. One belonging to my sister, one belonging to me, and one belonging to my father. Come to find out, all our info is on **************************, *******, and ****************. Most of which is free and out in the open. I tried reaching out to them to have the information removed. But are refusing to do so. Stating that it's "Customer Privacy". Now, I have never had an account, nor have I ever made a listing with them. And I certainly didn't give them permission to post my info. This information is needs to be removed as it is a threat to me and my family

      For 3 years I have informed them in writing in over the phone to stop retaining my credit card information and they have refused on top of the fact that they charged it multiple times and I never gave them permission and to this day they still have my credit card information illegally (since May 2022)
