I received a voice mail yesterday (3/27/25) from someone, stating they were going to harm my father because of something he posted on FB. He read off several addresses. One belonging to my sister, one belonging to me, and one belonging to my father. Come to find out, all our info is on **************************, *******, and ****************. Most of which is free and out in the open. I tried reaching out to them to have the information removed. But are refusing to do so. Stating that it's "Customer Privacy". Now, I have never had an account, nor have I ever made a listing with them. And I certainly didn't give them permission to post my info. For 3 years I have informed them in writing in over the phone to stop retaining my credit card information and they have refused on top of the fact that they charged it multiple times and I never gave them permission and to this day they still have my credit card information illegally (since May 2022)Business Response

Ive tried to get white pages to remove me from their public records through their process of opting out. They ask for my number to receive a phone call with a code to prove my identity and when I accept the robo call it says application error and hangs up. They say you can opt out but make it impossible to! I want to be removed from their website I am getting spam messages and people who make me feel unsafe finding my information online.Business Response

White Pages has taken my private information and put it all up on the internet for anybody to see especially my personal address. I have tried so many times to contact the xompany and ask them to remove but nothing was done. If I tipybg my name in ****** bar it appear white page with ifn front line my address. Click the link to see if it directs you to a site containing your information. If one of our pages still shows personal contact info, notify us for a fix.

This company has been charging me for a cancelled account since November of 2024. I called to inquire today and not only couldnt anyone confirm the charges. They made me seem like I was making this up. They asked for a screenshot of these charges. However, my bank wont allow screenshots from their app. Imagine them charging 1 million people $5.99 per month. I want every ***** back and for any account I ever had erased and it was 2 different accounts. They even went as far as blaming my bank. This compay is commiting FRAUD and Theft!Business Response

I was charged $21.83 for a membership after the 7 day free trial. The trial was up on 3.6, so I made sure to cancel it 3.5 the evening prior to avoid a charge. The next day, 3.6, the $21.83 showed up. So I called customer service white pages and the lady refused to refund me because in their system it showed 3.6 that it was cancelled, which is false, it was cancelled the previous evening on the 5th. I spoke to her supervisor and she wouldnt listen either, just refused to refund and accused of me lying. Unacceptable.Business Response

Our Terms of Service states under Cancelation and Refunds, you may choose not to renew your Subscription Plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to Paid Content through the end of your billing period (be it monthly, or multi-month). WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS, OR UNUSED PAID CONTENT.
The agreement was to cancel before the trial ends, not after. The Purchase date is *February 28, 2025*, the scheduled billing would be on *March 5, 2025*. Our system processed the payment on *March 6, 2025*. Cancelation was done outside of the trial period on *March 6, 2025*. The service was last used on March 11, 2025.
No refund will be issued. You should see no further billing associated with this account unless you decide to make additional purchases.
