This business is not responsive They only partially and erroneously filled forms. 1 year ago, at first sign up it appeared phone contact was possible, but in reality it was just a runaround. They charged a lot for not completing and submitting forms. There web page autopoulated a few forms but incorrectly They were difficult to cancel They forced an illegal severance agreement to allow cancellationBusiness Response

Because Im between houses, thus involved in a major move between cities to get a new residence, I found it necessary to get a mail receiving and forwarding service. I only received 1 letter and one package since last May from this service. When it occurred to me I was not getting my mail, I emailed this company. They then sent me in circles as I asked to have a correct address to have my mail sent to; with numerous different replys from them listing different addresses to have my mail sent to. Its as though they didnt understand the English language! I finally realized Id been scammed, and this company was trying to get me to buy more products from them, while still keeping my non working mailing address. In other words from the very beginning the intent was to higher this company for more services, while providing a sham mailing address to me. When I asked for a refund they would only offer a $30 refund, stating that they had provided to me with a mailing address! Let me add again, a non working mailing address. I contacted my mailers that I was expecting mail from, who told me they had mailed items which had not been returned to them. So, i have had a non workable address all this time, and this company has kept me totally in the dark about this all that time since May 2023!Customer Answer

I signed up for service to change my registered agent. A timeline was not shown during the sign up process. After I paid, my account page listed 120 days as the timeline for the switch to occur. The service I currently use as a registered agent is up for renewal in 30 days. After seeing that the switch wouldn't happen in time I called into the company and cancelled the service, within 10 minutes of placing the order. The order confirmation email was sent on December 18 at 12:02pm. I called in to cancel the order on December 18 at 12:04pm. I was told I would be refunded and nothing had been done on their end. Today, December 20, I received an email titled "Tell us: Did we get the order for Just One More Gaming LLC right?". I responded back to inform the company that I haven't received a refund or any information in an email detailing the cancellation. This is the response I received: "Hey ******!Hope youre enjoying your Wednesday so far, and are excited for the holidays. It looks like we submitted a rejection request to the state to try and stop this, unfortauntely we have to wait to see if they can catch this in time, and we'll be touch, if we're able to catch this we should be able to get this refunded, if not then we wont.Your filer should be in touch soon regarding this, sorry for the inconvenience. Please feel free to reach back out if you need absolutely anything else.Enjoy the rest of your day and week! :)Happy Holidays!!!!!"Despite calling in and speaking with someone within a few minutes of the order and cancelling, this company went ahead and submitted the change and are claiming the refund is dependent on whether or not the rejection request is successful. This company is attempting to scam me into going through with the registered agent switch despite cancelling the order.Customer Answer

I simply hired this company as a registered agent to mask my home address as I begin non-profit business online. My family is in a sort of limbo waiting to relocate (due to my partner's new job) and after some (perhaps misguided) advice it seems a good idea to get my business off the ground using a registration agent as a way to have my home address masked. While setting up my website and banking I ran into issues using the masking address and then just a few days ago I asked again about masking my personal address on my 1st tax report. I was told that my address would not be visible to the public. But now my personal address is all over the tax form and available for purchase! I want help fixing this. I want them to try and undo this paperwork that makes my personal address available for purchase.Customer Answer

Hi,
I wanted to add that I am now being told about a change to ************ by the Northwest Registration Agents. They say this law went into effect late summer of 2023. (I hired them July, 2023 and I image the industry would have known it was coming by July, 2023). I did a search and found information showing the law was "Effective August 1, 2022, ******** amended the ******************* Law of the State of ******** (DGCL), affecting several provisions. The State of ******** is enforcing ******** Title Code 8. Del.C Sec 502 (a)(3) for the 2022 Annual Report tax year. Companies are now prohibited from using a registered agents address as their principal place of business. If your entity has done this in the past, then an Amended Annual Report to change to your physical address must be completed at once."
I thought I was hiring professionals to help me. Given the questions I asked and the answers I was given before and after they took my money, I believe I was completely and purposefully given incorrect information or this business is so incompetent it shouldn't be able to be in business.

The state of ******** has notified ** that we are not able to use our address as the primary place of business for our clients, which is something we were still trying to resolve as of this summer. We would like **** to tell us how we can help her, please give us a more specific resolution that will allow her to proceed. We can help with a dissolution filing if she no longer wants the company active, or we can file an amendment with the state and update the address if that would work better.Initial Complaint

Northwest Registered Agent fraudulently charged for service that was not provided and are attempting to charge an additional fee to correct their failure to provide service. They failed to submit yearly compliance filing and allowed my business to be administratively dissolved. After several financial oversights and failed communications from the company, northwest agent representative, *******************, only offered to rehire them to get my company back in good standing for $1000 and to credit the $400 towards this cost. The representative tried to call it a discount when I already paid $400 for the filing service that was not done. OR I could file the documents myself and receive a $400 refund. I paid this company to provide business maintenance and document filing services. I did not pay agent fees to file documents myself. I attempted to resolve this directly with the company but I received a lot of run around and I still have not received a satisfactory resolution for this issue after several emails and phone calls since July.Business Response

We called ******* to go over the $400 refund and see what we can do to help her get that back from her bank well as help her get her business reinstated and back up and running. She didn't answer so we left her that in a VM. I am attaching a copy of the receipt showing our refund of the $400 that she paid in January, we are showing it was successful. If she is having trouble with her credit card/bank she can provide this receipt to them and dispute it there, we will help in any way we can if she would like us to call them together. We would like to regain her trust and are willing to cover all charges above the original $400 to get her reinstated if she would accept that solution. If so, we would just need a new payment for $400 which only cover some of the state costs and none of our expenses, and we will file all the necessary paperwork to get her business active with the state including her annual report and reinstatement.

The receipt shown by northwest is of an initiated refund. It doesnt show that the funds were accepted by the bank. I already contacted the finance and billing department for the bank with this receipt and they confirmed the funds were returned due to account closure. Northwest registered agent was made aware that the bank account was closed 2 weeks prior to them initiating a refund on October 5th. They also processed the same account for an additional renewal fee.

I am rejecting this response because: northwest was informed via email that the receipt provided was submitted to the bank. The banks finance and billing department confirmed that the funds were returned to northwest registered agent on October 6 due to account closure. ********************** was informed about the account closure prior to initiating a refund to that account but they proceeded anyway. I would like for northwest to call the bank with me as confirmation that the funds were returned and provide the refund as a check issued to me as previously stated via email. I would be willing to accept the resolution of northwest covering all fees to file the annual and reinstatement documents of my business but I will not submit an additional $400 payment to northwest until the initial $400 refund for the incomplete filing services has been received.Sincerely,

We called ******* multiple times and finally were able to connect with her on 11/01/2023 at 02:23 pm. She said that she called her bank and let them know that they will need to call our Billing / Corporate Filings line directly ************ with her on the line, but that they let her know that they would follow up with her to see how to make that happen as they usually don't call merchants / 3rd party's (us) for clients. We asked her if they gave her a time frame and she said they may call her this afternoon but that they didn't give an exact time frame. We have continued to follow up with ******* and are stuck until the conversation happens between her bank and ****************, since we show that the refund was received and according to ******* the bank is saying otherwise. In order to resolve this, we need *******'s help to arrange the conversation with her bank if they have not returned the money to her that we refunded. We would like to help her and are just stuck trying to solve that issue.Initial Complaint

I engaged the services of Northwest Registered Agent with the specific purpose of submitting Certificates of Limited Partnerships on behalf of 11 new businesses in the state of ********. It is critical to highlight that during our engagement, Northwest Registered Agent did not request the critical information regarding the identity of the "General Partner", a fact that both parties acknowledge.Regrettably, their submission of the paperwork was erroneous, a fact they have admitted. Northwest Registered Agent has provided what we deem to be inadequate explanations for the inaccuracies, along with an unsatisfactory offer of a partial refund. Their assertion that we provided the "partner" name is grounded in their previous definition of "partner" as "the responsible party." However, it is imperative to emphasize the clear legal distinction between a "partner" and a "General Partner." It is inappropriate and legally unfounded to assume that any designated "partner" automatically holds the status of "General Partner," as they wrongly presumed in this particular case.Despite our multiple opportunities for Northwest Registered Agent to address and rectify their mistake, they have chosen to acknowledge the error but have, disappointingly, refused to take the necessary actions to remedy the situation. I am therefore requesting assistance in rectifying my damages occurred.Business Response

On 9/24, I engaged with Northwest Registered Agent, LLC. to handle filing my LLC creation forms through the ************** and act as my registered agent. On 9/25, I engaged with the business to provide a virtual office and phone number for my business purposes. The fees charged were all listed as one item line. Northwest, without making clear what the fee was for, included a $100 fee that they keep together with the mandatory state filing fees. They listed all these as a filing fee, implying that it was all mandatory from the **************. At no time did they make it clear that they charge an additional fee for this.In addition, upon selection of the virtual office, I discovered that the phone they provide is a trial only, despite appearing to come as an included benefit. They never made this trial clear.Had any of these been made clear, as is required when doing business, I would never have gone with this service. I requested a refund under their refund policy, and told me they could not refund me for the filing fee. However, the refund policy only states that:All state filing fees are non-refundable.However, the $100 fee they charged erroneously is not a state filing fee, it is a service fee they charge.Business Response

Our intention is to be transparent in all our filing and service fees, and we attempted to do this during the checkout process. The refund was processed in our system on 9/28 at 11:33am, within **** business days or sooner that money should show in the customer's credit or bank account.Customer Answer

Northwest Registered Agent told me the initial report (Statement of Information) was due within 90 days of the *** being approved. I had a notification on my NWRA profile that this needed to be completed. NWRA advertised that they provided this service, so I paid for it. The Statement of Information was filed promptly. However, when I went on my NWRA account to download copies of my business documents, I noticed the Statement of Information was already filed previously by NWRA. I brought this to their attention, provided copies, timestamps, screenshots and asked for a refund for being charged for a duplicate service they already provided and was clearly a part of the original package I already paid for (it was not disclosed that filing the Statement of Information was a part of this initial package). The response from NWRA was, "[The Statement of Information] was still due to the state. You paid for this service and now it's been filed. Have a great day :)" Logging in the state's portal, there is confirmation that it was already filed by NWRA. The state portal stated it was no longer due along with the second copy NWRA filed that I paid extra for. I responded back to NWRA with this screenshot.I wanted to chalk this up to a mistake by them, but NWRA deliberately lying to me stating it was still due in an email 5/25 when the state has record of this already being done by them and refusing to provide a refund for a duplicate service, makes me think otherwise.I also do not appreciate the ***** response from customer **********************. I have two Statements of Information on record with the state BOTH filed by NWRA from 5/24/2023 - one filed at 12:39PM PST and the second at 4:29PM PST.I appreciate your assistance in helping me resolve this matter with them as this is completely unacceptable.Business Response

The cost to file your company's Statement of Information is included as a part of our formation filing service, and you should never have been charged for it separately. To Whom It May ********* am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with Northwest Registered Agent's services. After having an extremely poor experience, I feel compelled to share my disappointment on Trustpilot, in order to alert potential clients and hopefully prompt a resolution from the company. My primary grievance with Northwest Registered Agent is their blatant unresponsiveness to my inquiries and concerns. I have attempted to contact them numerous times through various channels, including emails, phone calls, and even their online chat system. Despite my efforts, I have received no response whatsoever, which is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable for a company that claims to pride itself on outstanding customer ************************* addition to their lack of communication, Northwest Registered Agent has refused to refund my payment after I decided to cancel their services. This decision was not made lightly, as it was driven by the aforementioned unresponsiveness and poor customer **********************. However, despite my clear and justified reasoning for cancellation, the company has failed to honor their refund policy and return my payment. This experience has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed in Northwest Registered Agent. I expected a much higher level of professionalism, transparency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Instead, I have been met with disregard for my concerns, a lack of accountability, and an utter failure to provide the services I paid for.I sincerely hope that my review serves as a warning to potential clients of Northwest Registered Agent, and I strongly urge the company to address these issues immediately. I expect a prompt response, a resolution to my concerns, and a full refund of the fees I paid. Failure to do so will result in further escalation of this matter and potentially irreversible damage to the company's reputation.Sincerely,Business Response
