      Service was great. Technicians were courteous, fast and efficient. And best of all knowledgeable, they had came and the parts that they brought weren't going to work, they called the office and went to pick up the correct parts and WOW same day.

      Milgard Refused to honor the Lifetime warranty (Oct ****** - April 4, 2005) with no exceptions for the open encasement windows that I purchased in 2003. They replaced the glass in 4 windows which en abled my windows open & close properly. They spent the remainder of the time trying to get out of the warranty terms as not address the issue of the failed hardware caused by the design of the open encasement windows causing to much weight causing the windows to sag so they were not able to lock, open & shut properly. They did not return my phone calls.

      The crew came in and repaired our sliding door as planned and addressed some on-sight concerns about overall function of the doors and screens. And left us some spray to ensure the doors continue to slide smoothly.

      Service Tech called in advance; made the glass change out at his truck, reinstalled window and departed. Typical of Milgard techs, he was prompt, efficient, polite.

      The technition was quick, efficient, and super friendly. Definitely worth buying a Milgard window to have the window fixed without any money out of pocket.
