      Service was great and warranty can't be beat. Only negative was moving our service date by a week and not letting us know, and not getting a call with an estimated time window.

      ***** was great and solved our problem. Gave us a 20 minute courtesy call and was flexible, as we were a few minutes late getting home. He was professional, courteous and provide us with great information about maintaining our Milgard doors and hardward.

      Having the warranty to replace broken windows was great and very thankful for it. However, using the ***** customer service number was a waste of time as they were rude and refused to honor the warranty. By going through my dealer, I was able to have them replaced. The technicians who came to do the replacement were friendly, efficient, and the new windows look great.

      My experiences with Milgard have been great!. From the office staff who helped me ,to the workmen who came to replace several windows under warrantee after almost 20 years since the initial installation. I am very happy I chose Milgard windows!       Milgard has to be the best window company out there. I emailed Milgard with information about a broken window (hit by a rock) and a cloudy window. I received a response the next morning. Within three weeks the claim was processed, new windows made up, and the windows were installed.The technician called to give me a 15 minute heads-up (he going to be 15 minutes earlier than the service window). He was quick, neat, and clean.These windows were installed 12 years ago! I think most other companies at best, would charge for labor and, at worst, tell you to go pound sand.I couldn't be more pleased.

      They did such a great job and they were on time and friendly. They did the job fast and told us how to keep our windows clean. Very happy with the company.
