      Was very happy with the response time concerning replacing the weather stripping on our French Doors. Thought **** did an outstanding job making sure the doors were properly sealed. Good guy that obviously knows what he is doing.

      PROBLEM: sliding door very difficult to slide. **** Lumber Milgard rep arranged appt. soon after, **** arrived, quickly identified original track failure, replaced track (new design),adjusted wheels, lubed track, --door now operates correctly. ---Thanks Milgard /****--service was prompt, pleasant, effective!       Terrific Windows, fabulous warranty and ******** the replacement technician was early, finished in an hour, replaced 4 windows and was MOST Professional. Will never buy any other windows except MILGARD!

      The techs were excellent! The windows went in without a hassle. One window needed a different size because the house has settled, they explained the situation to instead trying to force the window to fit. Overall a very pleasant experience.
