      Even though I sent pictures and described the window grids accurately, they showed up with a replacement window with no grids. The technicians are great but somebody somewhere in an office is perhaps not up to Milgard's usual high standards.

      We placed a service order in February 2024, and after multiple calls in March we got scheduled for an inspection in April. This person advised it could be 6+ weeks. After 8 weeks we called again and were informed our service order was closed inappropriately as completed. They said they'd follow up. One week later we got a new service order, so we called again. They explained it could be November, as they only paint windows in November or next Spring. We were super frustrated. A week later we got a call from their paint contractor, who had staff in our area and could they show up and evaluate and possible do they painting. To our surprise they came and did the job the next day.... ******** hired by Milgard to repaint our windows did an excelled job. Milgard themselves and their service is very poor... they should seek to do better. Would never recommend Milgard based on this and our initial experience, which was also poor.

      Milgard replaced multiple windows that exhibited leaks, at no charge, on a 25-year old house! Their service is outstanding. I will stick with Milgard windows for my future needs.

      Very happy with out Milgard windows. We had to have the lock replaced on sliding door and the springs on a double hung window. Both the door and window are 10+ years old, and both repairs were completed quickly and at no charge. I would highly recommend Milgard to anyone looking to replace their windows!
