      It took 6 months to perform work under warranty after multiple cancellation of scheduled appointments that were cancelled on the day of (***** minutes prior to arrival many times). The moving section of some smaller windows do not match after replacement; they're either too loose causing loud noise when closing or move too far when closing causing the frame of the moving section to crack. Milgard's response: home owner's responsibility!Once they do the work they never accept any mistakes on the quality of work done under warranty - in fact they have an attitude performing such work at all and try their best to refuse contractual warranty. Windows are low quality & defective, warranty service quality unacceptable.

      Technicians were great. **************** not so good. Builder installed dark frame windows in the desert heat. The beading has been annually replaced since new (4th time). The builder has since replaced the windows in the model home with tan frames. (Would have been nice if Milgard had coached them on color) Now on our 4th replacement we were told and advised in writing to remove ALL blinds, draperies, shutters and move all furniture near the windows (complete home). Our custom *************************** Pirouettes are not designed to go up and down and our custom drapery would need to be stored folded properly. We considered hiring a pro to R&R all window treatments but cost drove us to try. After working all day Sunday to comply with Milgard's instructions, the crew showed up and said "No, we don't need to go indoors". Milgard needs to get their %#@! together and communicate specifics to the actual job.

      Milgard is a great company to stand behind their products. They have always given great customer service and the technicians they send to my home are always respectful and good workers.

      they garantee there product and they meant it they replaced 10 windows no charge and they where 10 years old I would recommend this company to anyone needing new windows fantastic

      Warranty repair on my sliding glass door panel was easy and efficient. Claim submission online was easy. The customer service rep ****** followed up on my online submission and was professional and timely in her communications. The technician ***** did a great job removing and installing the new glass door panel. Thank you
