      Brainless...We had Milgard out to warranty our windows. They've come out many times now either because they forgot a window they were supposed to bring or they found new ones that needed to be replaced. They came to install some 2nd story windows and when they showed up they expected a boom lift to be there for them. They said they couldn't get to that window without it. They said we were supposed to order it but no one told us anything. So they scheduled another appt (always alt least 8 weeks out) but still gave us no direction on what size of lift to order. After asking a bunch or boom lift rental companies a bunch of questions and spending $950 for the lift ourselves they showed up and said they can't drive it, they don't know how and can't for liability reasons. That would have been wonderful to know about ahead of time! No one at this company knows how to communicate important information. Someone from the rental company ended up coming and teaching us how to do it. After all of that they still forgot a window. I can't wait for this to be over with.

      We had a wonderful experience with our service technicians. They fixed and serviced all of our concerns, provide great tips, and educated us on how our windows work and what as homeowners we can do to keep them operating properly. It was such a pleasure to have them in our home helping us on our new windows.

      Technician was great. Absolutely no issues!Overall customer service from ********************** is negative. You have to submit a claim online (absolutely no way to talk to someone regarding a warranty) and wait weeks if not months to hear from them. They then assign you a date for your repair which is 3-4 months away. This is unacceptable. The lack of interacting with a human and waiting 6 months for a repair is not customer centric. Unfortunate.

      Milgard is true to their word about a lifetime guarantee. We had the glass on a sliding door replaced and recently had our kitchen window replaced. The workers have been efficient, polite, pleasant and fast. And, the phone representatives have been extremely helpful, too.I would recommend Milgard windows and doors to anyone who asks!!!

      I have had warranty service from Milgard over the years since the windows were installed. The service could not have been better. It does take a while from when you request service to when it is scheduled, but each service person was efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend Milgard window any time.
