      We were most pleased that you took care of our shattered window...It is #3 that we've experienced while living here the last ************************************************************************ have we had windows shatter as these have...it was very shocking to hear.....especially with this last one being in our bedroom in the middle of the night and hearing the loud noise as it cracked...It would be interesting to hear what the cause might be. We are hopeful, not to have this problem again. Again, we thank you for handling the situation.

      Having a lifetime warranty is awesome. Seal broke on window after 10 years and it was promptly replaced at no cost. Technician was professional, pleasant and fast.

      We replaced our windows with Milgard windows in 1997 and they have been excellent to date.I guess that the time has arrived for all of them since we have had 3 in a period of 4-5 months where the cord broke.However, ***** showed up right on time this morning and fixed the two latest.Very efficient and quick!
