      Milgard did a fantastic job for us! Great, friendly servicemen. They replaced our foggy windows and repaired our double-hung, no problem. I highly recommend Milgard for your doors and windows.

      well, the issue is still there.The guy said it was the seal has to break in.I think that is no way to run a business.We still have a window that does not properly operate VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!!!.

      The customer service on the phone was wonderful and so helpful. ****, the man who came to fix the window was professional and had a friendly and kind manner. I really appreciate the follow up I've had with Milgard.

      Love our Milgard windows! We had them installed, along with slider, when we bought our current house (approx 22 years ago). They look as good now as the day they were installed. Over the years, we've had 3 windows lose their seals and needed replacing. Milgard stands behind their lifetime warranty. Windows were replaced in a timely manner by very courteous and friendly installers. Very pleased with everything about Milgard windows and doors and I highly recommend them to my clients and friends.

      I don't know where to start. Almost 6 months to get a replacement window frame seems outside what would be normal. You would think if you have a lifetime warranty you would keep the material around as you have hundreds of thousands of these windows installed. Scheduling did not happen until the second time without me calling and asking for a supervisor to handle the call. This should never happen, the customer service team is a one-star performer. Your installer was much better and nicer.

      Bought our windows in 1988. Complained in 1990. Tar leaking our of sides of window. Told I needed to learn to wash windows better or I didn't wash windows enough. I had cancer, I called back in 1994. No record of my first call. Told those windows were no longer made because of the exact problem we were having, but they could only give us $200. I ended up have a heart attack, brain surgery, 3 jaw surgeries and 3 kidney surgeries, over the next 30 years. I called many times asking for help. Their new response was/is THIS IS NOT A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM AND THE ONLY THING THE WINDOWS COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY IS THE ****** So, what holds the glass in place is NOT covered. Then I was told we put the windows in the wrong direction. These windows can not go over temperatures over 100 degrees. Outraged, I told them we live in ****************** where the temperature rarely goes over 90. And, if that is the case we should have been asked what direction are these windows going to be facing. So, if you bought a pair of jeans, and the zipper does not work, Milgard is saying, "This in not a manufacturing problem". They just cancelled my last attempt to get help. They never told me and again, in writing at their place of work, the manager says, "This is NOT a manufacturing problem. I now have mold stains on the plastic, mold along side of the tar, still seeping out of the windows. The other thing they just told me is to hire someone who can clean windows correctly. Well, what I want to tell them, I can't. Enough is enough. I am happy the rest of you had such good service. Maybe it is because they don't make these windows anymore, or they changed the material that holds the glass in place. This IS a MANUFACTURING PROBLEM. I am 76 years old and have been dealing with this since I was 42. It's time someone in that company does something RIGHT.

      I'm a lifelong Milgard customer due to my great experience since buying my windows. The warranty is amazing, the fact that they replaced some of my windows years later, amazing. ***************** has been my service tech both times, and is always polite, courteous, and does a great job. This is why I always recommend Milgard to my friends and family and why I'll only by Milgard, their customer service has won me over for life.
