      I was very impressed with the people who replaced my two picture windows under warranty. They were efficient and friendly. They showed up 90 minutes early, but that's much better than late. And their work order included only two of the three windows scheduled for replacement; clearly not their fault. I called the service number after they left and Milgard rescheduled the third window for four weeks from now.**********

      My only problem was that I received a notice (email) saying that Milgard would be out to my house on May 17. The email also stated that I would get another email 2 days before the 17th to confirm they were coming on the 17th and what time they would be coming on the 17th. I never received this noticed. So I was not sure when or if Milgard was really going to show up on the 17th. Fortunately they did show up at 0900 hours As for the rest of the visit, it went smooth. ********* (service tech) was fantastic. He was very courteous, clean and professional.

      The seals had broken on two large Milgard picture windows facing the ocean. Milgard sent a team to replace them at no cost to us. The team was quick and efficient. I was impressed. In the past, I've replaced original windows in two houses I've owned with Milgard windows and have been extremely happy with them.

      It took an extra week to get our replacement window but sometimes that happens; however, the quality of the window is worth the wait.We were very impressed with the people who installed the window. They were efficient, respectful of the property, and had a cheery attitude.

      Calling the warranty department and working with ****** was fabulous. She was very polite and professional and I felt like she wanted to help get my replacement windows taken care of. Excellent service.******* who was here the other day and replaced eight (8) windows was also excellent. He came in, took care of business and was gone in about 1.5 hrs. Very professional and polite as well. The entire process of replacing windows has been above expectations. Very, very nice experience.

      I am thrilled with Milgard's waranty service. Two crews came to my home to replace and repair faulty windows. Both crews were professional and courteous. Fabulous!

      Milgard backs there product. We needed the outside window frames painted because the paint was failing. Milgard repainted them under warranty no charge. The work performed was excellent.
